My cleaning by Hannah was very thorough and I really liked how she explained each step and took the time to answer my questions and provide suggestions on how to improve flossing/brushing. She also made efforts to get to know me which really helped reduce some of the “white coat” doctors/dentist anxiety I have. The doctor was also very personable and clearly explained my X-rays to me and noted any concerns to keep an eye on. I will definitely be back for my next cleaning in 6 months!

I had two chipped teeth I wanted them to look at. They were able to repair both while I was there so you never would know they were chipped. A very positive experience.

At my latest visit (today) I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately checked in and taken right back. The office set up my appointment so that my dental hygienist was the same person as the last few visits, so she knew my history and a bit about me from previous visits. The x-rays and cleaning went smoothly, and I was checked out by the dentist/owner after my cleaning and given a smiling thumbs-up. If you are looking for a dentist practice that is welcoming, great at what they do, are proactive about your health, explain your options when needed, and don’t try to sell you any services you don’t need—this is the place. I highly recommend!!

Experiencia negativa: After 9 years at Sancrest Dental, we will not be returning. At my 13-year-old son’s appointment, we declined fluoride and were told they would no longer see him as a patient. We were treated disrespectfully, pulled aside, and made to feel like bad parents. Both my son and I were embarrassed and deeply uncomfortable. This used to be a wonderful office, but sadly, things have changed.

After thorough review of my X-rays and examination of my current crown, it was determined that I only needed the core buildup ie a permanent filling.
