We’ve been their clients for almost five years now, and every visit has been consistently smooth. I just had my cracked tooth filled today, and the procedure was quick and comfortable. Dr. Jenna Chung has such a light, gentle touch — her hands are not heavy at all, and she explains everything clearly so you feel at ease the whole time. The front desk team is also very organized, and scheduling has always been easy. They make you feel cared for from the moment you walk in until you leave. It’s rare to find a dental office that stays this consistent for years, but KOP Smile Care truly does. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and caring dental team.

Experiencia negativa: New to the KOP area and I was looking forward to trying this practice and getting my teeth cleaned. When I initially called I asked to only send email reminders and not texts because I drive alot with a toddler. They sent almost a dozen text messages and at very early off times. And another text saying if i didn't respond my appointment would be canceled. I called and asked them to please stop with the texts and the texts still continued. I ended up canceling my appointment because at that point I was just uncomfortable. Too aggressive and stressful. I emailed my feedback and didnt get a response.

So I know she’s a good dentist, because she noticed it and is monitoring it. I also like that they don’t try to oversell. They’re not pushing cosmetic dentistry. Even when I’m asking about certain things they’re being very open and laying out all the alternatives and talking about the pros and cons. It feels like a very honest practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chung has provided outstanding dental care for my mother, who's currently 91 years old. My mother lost a crown with a bridge shortly before the 2024 holidays, and Dr. Chung saw us through the process of getting a temporary fix (AKA, a flipper), a dental implant through an oral surgeon, and a new crown and bridge. The new crown and bridge went in like a charm on the first try and simply couldn't look better. She did great work. Dr. Jenna is also personable, plain-spoken, and upbeat. My mom loves her!

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is amazing!!! I’ve never had this great experience anywhere. My dental hygienist really took her time and was so gentle during my cleaning. I can hear all the scraping but didn’t feel any pain at all that surprised me. Dr. Jen my dentist did a full checkup which I’ve never had any dentist do, and pointed out her concerns and mentioned that she will monitor in the future. I think this office is more personalized and really pays attention to one on one experience. Not just get you in and out in 30 minutes. Terry the receptionist whom took my call months ago is also very nice, I really appreciate that she was in contact with me through text. I am very busy and sometimes texting is my best way of communicating. Over all best experience!!! 5 stars!

Having bad experiences at ALL of my previous dental offices, I saw the great reviews and took a chance here and I am SO glad I did! Nothing but positive things to say. The office is clean, organized, timely, and they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I just moved about 30 minutes away but I am keeping them as my dentist because they are THAT great!!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly I’m blown away by all the 5 star reviews, they’re why I went to this dentist in the first place. So maybe my experience was a blip but I’m a 30 year old woman and never in my life have I had such a horrible experience as I did at KOP smile care. I had 3 cavities filled and 2 veneers put in. I had to go back (and I wish I was exaggerating) 12 times because I was constantly in pain from the cavities and the veneers kept chipping off. By my last few visits I’d apologize vigorously saying I was sorry for taking so much of their time but I literallt couldn’t eat or chew. Meanwhile the doctor started to blame me, saying it was my fault for not wearing a mouth guard when I sleep (something I’ve never been told before and I got a second opinion and was told that wasn’t necessary). I ended up finally giving up and seeing a new dentist but it’s been a year and I’m still trying to resolve the issues this doctor caused. I understand I’m one bad review out of hundreds, but I would still absolutely never recommend this dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I like their services but had very bad experience with their billing system. They sent me a invoice for the service after more than a year and I was not able to use my health care card due to this delay. They even failed to provide a proper estimate on out of pocket expense and made me opt in for the service. I ended up paying a lot from out of pocket for their miss communication and delays in billing process. Please exercise caution while dealing with insurance and billing with them.

Not because they’re not busy but they want to help a new customer which is cool in my book. The call was seamless, staff was really nice, and I was done within 30 minutes. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and I enjoyed my interaction with them. I thought that teeth cleaning would be painful, but it wasn't. Dental hygienist, Gretchen was so careful and considerate. And Dr. Jenna handled me with such great care with removing a little piece of my baby tooth that was stuck in there. Christie, (front desk) was terrific! She also gave me a free sonic electric toothbrush at the end of my visit when I was about to leave. KOP Smiles is happily recommended by me! We recently moved to KOP and were looking for a dentist for the family. We tried one dentist in the past and did not had any good experience with them. Also my wife was in middle of her Invisalign treatment and she needed to transfer her records so we end up calling KOP and from very onset they were very friendly and did best to help us transfer the records and also make an appointment for both of us. Both Christie and Jaclyn are super friendly and they went above and beyond to get us an appointment as my wife was missing one of her attachment and needed something sooner. I have never had better cleaning done on my teeth than what I got at this place. Allison was just wonderful. You can tell you are at right place when she was double and triple checking the teeth to make sure its all good. She was very patient and took her time to clean and analyze the teeth. For my wife she also got her attachments fixed and taken care by Dr. Jenna Chung, she replaced most of her attachments and made sure my wife was all comfortable in her Invisalign. She had an amazing experience with Dr. Jenna, her assistant Megan and also the hygienist Allison. They take time to make sure everything is good. In past we were out of the door in about 30 minutes here it was about an hour for each one of us. Overall we love the team, Dr. Jenna Chung, Allison, Megan, Christie and Jaclyn. Best of luck to them and we are now a long term customers. Definitely recommend them to anyone 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't recommend this place enough...from the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between, my experiences could not have gone better! Everyone I met was friendly, kind and provided great communication! The dentist explained everything to me and costs were calculated before we agreed to do anything; so not only wasn't I surprised about what was taking place on the day of my appt but I knew what the cost would be. The best part though is really how caring everyone is; you can feel it the moment you walk in the door and the reception area is clean and welcoming with comfy chairs, great music and no one waiting so you can relax before the appt. I haven't waited more than 5 mins to be taken back for my appt, they just keep the work going! This dentist practice puts the patient first and you can tell; I actually look forward to going to the dentist now! Thank you KOP Smile Care!
