Hudson Dentistry and Braces

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience bringing in my mom who had a broken tooth. The dentist and the hygienist were very kind and helpful. They squeezed her in to have the rest of the root pulled out.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient at Hudson Dentistry and Braces for approximately two years now and I continue to be totally satisfied with the practice. The dentists, hygienists, and receptionists are always courteous and professional, and have met my oral health needs at each visit.

Experiencia fantástica: They are fantastic with both of my kids, including my youngest that came at 10 months old! They were also able to get me scheduled in 6 days for a new patient appointment. Everyone is so friendly, which is a refreshing change.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff and clean office. Hygienist was wonderful, attentive, thorough and gentle. Dentist was knowledgeable and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service. Very attentive to me during visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a kind and professional staff! I called with a somewhat urgent concern on a Monday morning and they took me in the same afternoon. The facility was clean and updated with plenty of parking. I will now be receiving my regular dental care here. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was very pleasant. I didn’t have to wait, they took me right on time. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Nadia Basharat is an exceptional Dentist and I highly recommend her. She is the best Dentist I've ever had, due to her superior work as well as her patience and trustworthiness. You will be very happy with her.

Experiencia negativa: When I first called to make an appointment for a tooth extraction I asked, if I would receive anything for the pain afterwards. I was told they can't discuss it over the phone, but the doctor does prescribe a couple of prescriptions. I live 45 minutes away and I did not want to waste each other's time by going there to find out that I will only be given Tylenol after the extraction. I then called the morning of the appointment and asked again. They were aware that I'm allergic to Ibuprofen beforehand. Again, I was told the doctor will give a prescriptions that she can't say what. I arrived and the assistant brought me into the room and was aware of my allergy to Ibuprofen. I asked once again, will I receive something for the pain. I was told, Ibuprofen and Tylenol. Because I'm allergic to Ibuprofen it will be, "Tylenol only prescription." That's not a prescription. That's an over the counter medication. She proceeded to tell me that Tylenol will work fine just like a headache. That I won't feel pain and downplayed and sugarcoated the procedure. I stood up and was getting ready to leave because I wasn't doing it. She told me the Dr. won't prescribe anything else only if it was a difficult extraction and because there is a chance of an addiction. I told her I'm not doing it then to find out afterwards how the Dr feels about prescribing me something and then receive Tylenol. She asked me to wait and she will speak to the Dr. about it and that's when I walked out. I wasn't waiting around because I would not trust whatever they said afterwards. They should have been honest from the beginning and not give you the runaround. I think it was pretty shady they try to get you in there and downplay everything hoping you will stay. The chance of an addiction would be someone being in pain and not getting the right prescription and they make a friend with a street pharmacist. I have a high tolerance for pain, but not for a tooth. I needed extensive work done and it won't be there due to the lack of honesty.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s my first time Visiting their office. I had a wonderful experience and the staff are very Friendly and Professional and they explained everything very well & Clearly for me to Understand. This will be my New Dentist office for treatment, I definitely Recommend this office to anyone that’s New in the area like myself.. Thank You”

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist office! The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are very experienced

Experiencia fantástica: They were ALL Great... Everything that was done for me was explained fully before and during the procedures I received...

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly cannot say enough good things about my dentist office. No one likes going to the dentist, but, if I must go, I am happy to choose Hudson dentistry and Braces. The hygienist who got me settled in the chair was funny and chatty and took my mind off of the worst part of dental work, the novocaine shot! I appreciate that very much. As far as my dentist is concerned, she fixed the cavity with great care and skill and was extremely efficient. She got me in and out and happy with another satisfied visit. I am very appreciative to the entire staff. Not to leave out the young lady at the front desk.. she is always extremely pleasant and happy to help me schedule my next appointment. I'll be back there in September for a cleaning and Truth be told, I'm not dreading it! Thank you Hudson Dentistry and Braces. See you soon!

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for a dentist in metrowest, check out Hudson Dentistry in Highland Commons. Beautiful office, friendly staff, and a state of the art facility with the most gentle treatments I've ever experienced. Highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: They treat me very good, and they are so professional!

Experiencia fantástica: Very good experience. Best I’ve had!

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my daughter to have her braces adjusted and a regular check up and the music feed or loop if you will they had going on this stereo system had a great beat a lot of dance tunes I got up from the boring chair and started dancing probably to three or four songs the staff although they kept working interacted with me acknowledging that this was a positive vibe . And then to top it off my daughter made the wall of smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, thorough, friendly staff of professionals! Impeccable service and follow through . Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is truly amazing, lin and Dr.B are amazing! Definitely recommend this office !

Experiencia fantástica: The space is clean, They’re very friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and professional!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything has been excellent. Friendly professional, empathetic, compassionate, thorough. Thank you so much.

Experiencia fantástica: The place was amazing, and staff was amazing as well and good providers to help and attend their services to me also.

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient, I had a great experience. The doctor, receptionist and staff were all incredibly friendly and very professional. I received an excellent treatment, preparing me with a temporary crown, to later have a permanent crown. May 20, 2025 Tha staff and technicians were very friendly and courteous. The doctor who performed my dental feeling was caring, knowledgeable and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Olivia at Hudson Dentistry did a wonderful job with my routine cleaning. She was thorough, kind, personable, and frequently checked in with me while she worked. She addressed all concerns and relayed them to the DMD accurately. I would recommend Hudson Dentistry to anyone looking for a practice that has the highest standards for their hygienists -- exemplified with Olivia.

Experiencia fantástica: Front desk was extremely welcoming when I got to the office. The hygienist did a great job of communicating what she was doing and why, along with the changes in my oral health since my last visit. The team told me what areas to watch out for and clearly identified what was needed next for treatment. I finally found an office I don’t feel like is just trying to take my money and not actually help me. I can’t wait for my next visit and refer everyone I know to the office.

Experiencia fantástica: They are so nice and help as needed

Experiencia fantástica: Super kind and helpful staff and dentist. Front desk, assistant, and hygienist all lovely. Everything was explained thoroughly and every question answered to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. Office was very nice - efficient and spotless. Going back to address ongoing issues and I’m not stressed about it like I usually am going to dentist! Update Went back today for work. Again fantastic experience! Dr was amazing! Felt no pain or discomfort and assistant excellent as well. Can’t believe I’m typing this but actually looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks. Dr. Basharat is the best dentist ever! Update 2 Another wonderful experience with Dr. Basharat! She is so kind and skilled and Tammie is wonderful too! They make sure you’re totally comfortable and informed ! Update 3 Again, Dr Basharat is an excellent, thorough and caring dentist. Staff and assistants fantastic too! Update 4 Went in for cleaning today. Everyone so kind. Excellent provider - Dr. Alankarli - explained potential reasons for sensitivity I was having and came up with a plan. As always great staff and experience! Do yourself a favor and come here!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Hudson dentistry, but I had a great experience with the doctor, the person that took care of me and I wholeheartedly appreciate her for helping my health. She was gentle with me, She was communicative with me, She always wanted to know if I am in pain and She was very super nice to me. I like her and She’s a very good dentist and good at her job. This time I take likeness to the front girl and how I was welcomed and how I was spoken to and everything went right.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a cleaning done and it was an awesome experience! The young lady, Lee, who took care of me was so delicate and kind. She kept asking me if I was okay throughout the whole appointment, which made me feel very comfortable. She has such soft hands that I felt no pain at all, even though my teeth are very sensitive. The dentist was great as well — she explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood everything. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here at hudson dentistry and braces are so kind and quick, the waiting room was spacious and clean and dr. Catalina was amazing and ill be seeing her real soon for a impacted k9 to come out yay.

Experiencia positiva: Staff was nice. Office was very clean. The only downfall was they asked me to arrive at 2:30 instead of 3 PM. They called me in the room 230 to do an x-ray and then I was sitting in the room. Nobody said anything. I did ask one of the assistance what was going on and she was kind enough to go find out for me and she did apologize. The doctor did not come into the room until after 3 o’clock.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, the secretary and bilingual super polite. The dental service was according to our expectations. Clean and organized place.

Experiencia positiva: Great work- Friendly staff! I’m overall happy here! - They just often run behind on schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: 10 Stars out of 10! Everyone puts you at ease!

Experiencia fantástica: The whole visit went so smoothly. The dental tech was so nice! Dr. B was a doll and so patient and kind. Very pleased with how things went

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for explaining about the dental appointment instructions

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! I have struggled over the years finding a good dentist and practice to go to. The staff is amazing and super kind. Olivia did my cleaning and she was so gentle and attentive. She informed me all types of toothpaste I could use with my sensitive teeth. Overall I would definitely recommend. My kids also come here too!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Nadia Basharat is such a delight. Dr. Nadia is kind, gentle, compassionate and professional. She is fantastic and I would highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Nadia for giving one hundred percent in making the patient feel comfortable. :)

Experiencia fantástica: They are very professional. Are doing a great job on my braces.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding Service! Professional Treatment, from the Receptionist, to the Doctor! Thank You Very Much!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dental office. It's very clean and they're very nice and they do a great job, you can tell they care

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to say that I am Autistic and I have sensory issues. The staff at this place are amazing and super compassionate. They helped make my experience with them very comforting and supportive. I would highly recommend this place to everyone especially those with special needs.

Experiencia negativa: They will cancel your appointment. Same feedback as another patient recently. Unacceptable behavior. They may have too many customers now.

Experiencia fantástica: I was great experience now we good clean up

Experiencia positiva: If you don’t confirm your appointment they will cancel it. I showed up 40 minutes early for my appointment and was told it was already taken by someone else. So if you work a lot and don’t have time to confirm things, this might not be the practice for you. Also, I had a dental “evaluation” with a hygienist for my first appointment and never met with a dentist. The hygienist identified periodontal disease and told me I needed a deep cleaning, but I was not counseled by a dentist on my health until the follow up appointment. The actual care I got in the facility from the hygienist was thoughtful and good, but their policies don’t work for me as a patient so I will be relocating.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist very knowledgeable. Friendly service.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick service and attentitive to every detail, amazing work!

Experiencia fantástica: They are unbelievably good with my children. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. They are kind, efficient, communicative, and when I needed a cavity filled last minute, it's easy and painless. No matter where I live in MA - I'm returning to this office for all my dental work.

Experiencia negativa: The person on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. Not going there…

Experiencia fantástica: Best cleaning I’ve ever had. Thorough but painless. Hygienist might be the most polite person on the planet. Dr. Is awesome. Stopped in to check on me. Love this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very nice they explained every step of the way. Roane is great takes her time to explain everything

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience. The office is really nice, but more importantly the staff from the Orthodontist to the dental assistant to the front office were excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Just like most people I have always put going to the dentist as the most hated task of my to do list , however going to Hudson Dentistry and Braces was a game changer. I was greeted by Nicole the office manager with a friendly greeting and smile . My xrays all 18 of them were done by Victoria who explained each step and was gentle. Dr Saif ( Alankarli)was funny and he explained each step not only verbally But with a camera so I could see what he sees. treatment was so comfortable I fell asleep while he worked on my filling. True story. Pricing was even a great deal as we are all feeling the pressure of everything going up. All in all it was a wonderful day.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a loyal patient ‘cause I always have a great experience going to this place, all of the people working are very professional, friendly and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Haven’t experienced such great service as I’ve had since going to this place, I’ve now had two dental hygienists and both were spectacular, super gentle to the point that I almost fell asleep, Had a crown done with the Dentist and the experience was excellent, Dentistry & Braces is highly recommended and this is coming from someone who is (was) terrified of going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Basharat gave a clear explanation for the needed work at the outset, and then did an excellent job with the replacement of an old crown that had fallen out. She is attentive to managing any discomfort, and made the experience pain free. She even worked with the insurance company to overturn part of a claim denial. I had just had an insurance change and was looking for a new dentist, and I now plan on staying with Hudson Dentistry and Braces.

Experiencia fantástica: Knowledge-based, no-fluff, careful and precise execution of what was sought after. Welcoming environment, friendly, educated, and personable staff. Thoughtful and thorough—nothing of note to leave an individual left wanting. 10/10 If you are not sure or are on the fence—feel confident in this place, come and check it out. Just don’t book over my timeframes please

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful Office, Amazing doctor and team, really welcoming! Looking forward to my next appointment

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Matute has been taking me through the lengthy process to have an implant placed in a front tooth. Despite challenging anatomy, the implant is in and in good shape. Really well done! Dr Matute is clearly the kind of dentist who exudes competence and makes you feel that you’re in really good hands. I’m 68, have had a lot of dentists and so far Dr. Matute is my #1 favorite and Hudson Dentistry and Braces is it nicely run office. I am very happy that I found this practice for my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great experience whenever I visit Hudson Dentistry and Braces. From check-in to check-out, the entire team is warm, professional, and efficient. Experiencia fantástica: I am delighted with the service from the reception to the consultation! The receptionists were very polite and friendly, the technician was very careful and interacted with my daughter, making her feel comfortable on her first visit. Excellent work by Dr. Saif, who also made a balloon in the shape of a dog—my daughter loves balloons! This means she will always want to return to the dentist because of the attention and care she received!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the same dental practice for 62 years and I was leery about changing practices. Insurance changed and I had to switch. Hudson Dentistry and Braces is terrific. So glad I was forced to switch.

Experiencia fantástica: everyone was so nice and they did an excellent job. plus they got me in same day.

Experiencia fantástica: I never write reviews but I was so impressed with the entire staff! I hadn’t been to the dentist in some time and didn’t know what to expect.
