Experiencia fantástica: They are really awesome here. We've been with them for several years. My daughter was 4 or 5 when we started and they've been very patient. They would explain everything and let her touch and see the equipment and give her an extra "drink" of water.

I did not think she would get much done but both the dental hygienist and dentist were so good and friendly that they were able to brush her teeth, count, inspect, floss and apply fluoride. She loved her goodie bag at the end and walked out of the office happy!

They are patient and kind. They walk through everything they are going to do before they do anything to make sure our daughter understands what's happening. I will never take my daughter to another dentist. She’s been going there since she’s four years old and she’s just turning 16 this month. They are always great at getting both of my children in at the same time and in and out as quick as possible. Experiencia fantástica: This place is fantastic. My kiddo was already established elsewhere but on a Friday afternoon she had a toothache (and I could tell she had to be seen before the weekend). I called several practices and someone recommended this one, so I called them. They squeezed us in for the afternoon, and my daughter has been back twice now to have some fillings and two extractions. They are so wonderful- from Dr. Rob and Karen to the front desk staff, these people are heroes. They made us all so comfortable and have made my daughter’s experience at the dentist positive (which an extraction at her age could have gone quite opposite). We will make the drive to be long term patients at this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Came here for a second opinion. Straight away I felt comfortable even just on the phone. They listened, gave advice and weren’t quick to judge. Explained things and even got my 3 year old to do X-rays first try. Very happy with our choice.

Experiencia fantástica: We absolutely love Plaistow Pediatric Dentistry! When my oldest broke her front teeth at just 1 year old, they got her in quickly and took such amazing care of her. Now she’s 4, and even though she doesn’t usually enjoy doctor visits, she loves going to the dentist! She recently had two fillings, and the care, patience, and kindness they showed her were truly incredible. My youngest had her first appointment a few months back and she loved it too! We couldn’t be more grateful for this team!

Dr Rob and all the hygienists are amazing with children and walk them through everything which is great for my kiddo who has anxiety! The front desk is always so kind and willing to answer any questions. We actually don’t live close to Plaistow anymore but I refuse to switch dentist since they are so great here. Can’t say enough good things!

I never have a problem. the office is clean, the team, etc. is amazing. everyone is so kind, helpful, gentle. there also patient, & will answer any questions big or small you may have with no judgement. also, if you are struggling financially too, they work with you so your child(ren) can still be seen. I have never had a problem with this office, the staff, or even scheduling either!!! my son loves it here. I am so glad my husband, & I found this office!!! My son needed to have a tooth extracted and they made the whole experience from start to finish as comfortable as possible for him. They explained everything they were doing it while doing it. They have a TV on the ceiling so the kids can watch something while they do their work. Such an amazing team! So happy to bring my kids here!

Experiencia positiva: From the front desk employees to the orthodontist, our experience was nothing short of amazing. It started when I frantically called the office for a second opinion and the staff treated me with such care and respect despite not being a current patient. I was blown away by their immediate compassion as I was frazzled, confused and near tears over my daughter's experience at another office. At the appointment, the orthodontist spent significant time discussing my concerns and even had staff watch my four children in the waiting room while she went over her recommendations that covered some cosmetic concerns. She didn't want my impressionable 8-year-old daughter to become unnecessarily self-conscious of her smile. My only critique is that they had a number of Halloween decorations that were, frankly, scary and very intense for young kids and bothered my kids (ages 3 to 9). They were impossible to avoid as they were very prominent. Otherwise A+!

Their energy was so positive and fun. He talked to my son the whole time, explained what was happening in a way he could understand, and made him laugh throughout the appointment. It’s clear he truly cares about kids and makes sure they feel comfortable and included. We’re so glad to have found this practice!

My daughter has had several cavities that had to be filled recently, and he was very quick , making her experience very positive. I highly recommend coming here . My other daughter who has sensory issues was also able to come and have her teeth cleaned without issue. At previous practices, she was very nervous and more scared.
