Experiencia fantástica: Update 7/6/2026 I had my teeth cleaned yesterday. As always, the team was friendly, professional and efficient. I was seen on time and I was out on time. The cleaning itself was uneventful, just the way I like them. I'm glad I found this dentist office! This is a well run office. My wait times have been minimal. I feel like I’m getting very good dental care here. I don’t have dental insurance, but White Oak Family Dentistry has an annual paid membership that helps reduce costs. My wife and I are sticking with this Dentist Office.

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist Hilary is amazing!! When I first came as a new patient I told her my concerns and and things that cause me to have a bad experience at the dentist. She has made sure that I each of my concerns were addressed and has made every effort to eliminate the bad dentist experiences. My last visit on 5/19/2021, Hilary was so great I almost took a nap during my cleaning. I highly recommend White Oak Family Dentistry, but especially the very skilled, professional, and friendly hygienist Hilary!

The Staff and as well as Dr. Sigmon are very friendly. They provide a relaxing atmosphere. I was just in there for a cleaning and a check-up. Their location is very convenient between home and work.

She and her staff truly care for their patients and are informative, professional and knowledgeable in all matters of the mouth and what is in it ( the teeth and gums ). They provide advice for all who want it for the continuation of healthy teeth and gums. I always learn something beneficial when I visit , proving you are not too old to learn. They are friendly, courteous and good!

Experiencia negativa: The whole atmosphere screams "we don't care we just want your money" front desk staff rude. Nobody cares about the actual patient. I got in a car accident and had to call to reschedule my appt. With zero remorse or empathy they charged me $134 for missing the appt. I will not be paying and collections can suck it. THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT YOU FIND A DENTIST THAT DOES.

After receiving my dentures, I was not satisfied with the end results and tried several times to explain my problem after many adjustment visits. The look is very unacceptable to me; I am VERY unhappy and do not like wearing them at all. Totally Embarrassed!

Experiencia negativa: The actual dentist is amazing, its the rest of the staff that need work. One of the hygienist gave me the worst cleaning, I called 24 hours in advance to move my appointment due to a mandatory work requirement and they actually charged me $50. I could see if I did this all the time, but I dont. Making me pay for the behavior of others is ridiculous. I have since changed my dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my son in for a broken tooth. Dentist and all staff were very nice. Office was decorated nicely. They explained the procedure well, he needs a root canal. Granted, we have good dental insurance but I feel the prices were pretty good.

The front desk employees are great and seem to support each other as they perform their duties. Hygienists are personable and professional. Experiencia positiva: Usually great and very gentle but this time they were so rough poking me in the gums and I noticed she purposely didn't schedule a next appointment with me. The new dentist was also a little loud and rough not telling me when she was going to put her hand in my mouth moving my head all around while she had her hand in my mouth etc. It was just a weird experience :( bring back the quiet gentle dentist that never gives me any info about my teeth and ushers me out without saying anything at least she's considerate. I would have gladly left this feedback privately but I wasn't given that option, I was only asked to leave a public review.

For the few moments that I spoke with Dr Rachel, she was and is professional and has become more pleasant in recent visits. Maybe it has come with familiarity. I was called back 20 minutes after my appointment time slot, which is unusual for this office.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental emergency and didn’t have a dentist in Garner. The staff went out of their way to get me in within 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and professional and the procedure was done quickly and I was out in one hour. Excellent service and extremely professional.

Experiencia negativa: This place has totally screwed me over right before the holidays. Today is 12/21/23. I called an scheduled an appointment for a tooth extraction 2 days ago, scheduling it for today at 11 am, the day before I am supposed to leave for vacation. Was able to make the appointment no issues I was sent the new patient paperwork to fill out no issues. The next day after making the appointment, making that day yesterday 12/20/23, I was called in the morning and asked to reschedule my appointment from 11 am on the 21st, to 2 pm to ensure I could get all 3 of the teeth extracted that I needed after providing them x-rays. I had no issue with the re-scheduling as long as it was before my departure date which I explained to the woman. She assured me I would be able to get the extracted. I have awoken today the mornin of my appointment to a phone call of them informing me they now cannot extract ANY of the 3 teeth they initially told me they could extract. The reasoning I was told was that my new appointment time (which was only a thing because they called me and asked to push it back to ensure I could get my teeth extracted) was too late in the day or something to that effect. I now have to scramble to find another dentist that accepts my insurance, also has an opening today, and can extract 3 teeth. This process has been tough to deal with already due to my tooth pain which is why I scheduled this appointment so quickly. I am unsure if anyone actually reads these but please do not trust these people in a pinch.

I received a quick and accurate consult and appreciated their attention to details answering all my questions. It’s a new facility too! I highly recommend them!
