Experiencia fantástica: First time here and everyone was very nice! They were upfront with all out of pocket costs beforehand and I didn’t feel pressured to add anything on that I didn’t want. Dr Tren was fast and efficient but still listened to my concerns with compassion. My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step.

Prior to my wife and I moving we were close to the office, however, now it’s a longer commute and sadly will be looking for a closer dentist by us. I will definitely miss the great staff at Forward Dental and their welcoming hospitality.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the dentists at this location when I had a few dental emergencies in the last year. I am happy I switched to this location.

Experiencia fantástica: I had cracked a tooth while traveling over the weekend. I couldn’t put any pressure on the tooth without pain. I left a voicemail message for the Forward Dental team on Sun. evening. Early Monday morning I received a call from them, asking me to come in for an exam. Dr. Tran spent hours going between me and her scheduled patients, to take care of my tooth. When I left, I could eat without pain. I am so grateful to her and Dee for their help and flexibility in treating me that day!

Experiencia positiva: When I transferred 3 of my kids to this location, I called this location to ensure they'd have access to recent radiographic imaging from their sister location. They assured me that they have direct access to it because it's the same mother company. But then they ran the same imaging on their own for one of my kids. Considering that most ins. carriers will not cover radiographic imaging repeated only a few weeks apart, someone in the office could've said *something* to my husband to ask if he was ok with the fact that he'd be absorbing those costs. He probably would've said, "yes". But still...it would've been better to say something to him instead of letting him discover it on an ins. EOB list. Anyway, they were equally uncommunicative about administering nitrous oxide to my 4 yr old. Don't get me wrong. For some patients and their dentists, it's a safer and kinder option. But it's also considered elective for a reason. Not all kids require it. I'm guessing it's Forward company policy (both locations did this) to just administer it to minors without getting verbal/written consent directly from parents. Even if it were generally covered by insurance, it is still a passive slam at a parent's authority to bypass him altogether on something like this.

He repaired my front chipped tooth so seamlessly you can’t tell it was ever damaged, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with the result. The staff was friendly and kind, and the entire visit felt truly patient-centered. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Forward Dental Oak Creek because I was looking for a thorough dental exam and cleaning. The exam met my expectations and the cleaning met them as well. I will return to this location because of the attention to the technical and medical details the dental technician and dentist paid to my teeth and gums. They clearly understand and care about their patients dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Took me in 30 mins after my appt time. 2.5 hrs in the chair to do a temporary crown prep… I’ve had several and it never took more than an hour. Assistant seemed odd . I had to hold back her hand from pushing on my gums, she dropped my temporary tooth on the floor. I asked if she sterilized it. Dentist glued the sides of the crown in so I couldn’t floss for 3 weeks. This was a 3hr visit!!! Went back for permanent crown which was done quickly and this time he let me know he was putting disinfectant in before applying the tooth . I did let him know the tooth next to it( an implant) aches . Still does but not interested in going back. I just thought I’d switch to this location as it was closer to home. Not a good experience at all.

Experiencia fantástica: I did a lot of research prior to transitioning to a new dental office and took me a long time to decide. I’m extremely happy with the decision of coming to Forward Dental- Oak Creek. My first visit was on a “busy” day. However, all I saw was how they worked in an incredible team. The office manager stepped in any way possible for his team. Dr. Hamdan took the time to educate and also spoke highly of his colleague Dr.Tran. Jackie, my dental hygienist also did an incredible job with educating me and ensuring she did a great job with the cleaning. I also appreciated the team’s transparency with cost prior to doing any procedure. This can cause some anxiety at times and appreciated having that. I was highly impressed by this team. I personally work in healthcare you can tell when a place has a great team dynamic and this dental office has it!

They always do a fantastic job for any dental exams, they are gentle and thorough with cleaning and fillings, even explaining what they are doing as they are doing it. And I mean it when I say they are so gentle and careful— I have tooth gems that are on my teeth using the same bonding agent as braces, and they’re always so careful around them. On top of all that good stuff, I goofed and missed my scheduled cleaning. Just forgot because I’m human. But they were able to schedule me the next day! I really love that they could help me still and do it so soon. Thank you ForwardDental oak creek for making not-so-fun stuff so much more bearable!

Lucy placed some foam/spongy pieces on the ends of the appliances which was helpful but still hurt. I appreciated being welcomed, especially after 35 years with my previous dentist.
