From basic dental procedures to crowns to cosmetic needs. The office staff is just as nice and always helpful with any questions I have. He’s had to redo a lot of work I’ve had done by previous “dentist.” If you want things done correctly and right the first time, then this is where you need to go. 10/10 recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Having recently experienced a dental emergency I contacted Premier Dental Wellness to get an appointment ASAP. Even though I was not an existing patient they were able to schedule me 1st thing the next business day and proceeded to resolve my affliction during that appointment and at a very reasonable cost. Additionally, their patient-centric approach and impeccable 'bedside manner' are second to none, which made my visit actually a pleasurable experience. I highly commend their entire staff and strongly recommend their practice to anyone seeking dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to Statesboro in 2024, and I have never been fond of going to the dentist (is anyone...?) However, Premier Dental has changed how I view a visit now. From the friendly and personable staff to the professionalism and timeliness, even down to the music selection — Everything is tailored towards a great customer experience. Last week I needed a crown replaced, and to my amazement they designed, created, painted it and had it in place within two hours; Dr. Marz noticed my curiosity and even let me watch the crown being milled. If you live in Statesboro (Or anywhere even close) I would highly, highly recommend visiting Premier Dental Wellness!!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a pretty complicated dental procedure at Premier Dental Wellness, an old root canal removed that turned out to be cracked and required a lot of digging and stitches. I went in fully expecting an unpleasant experience because I’ve had extractions before… but Dr. Walker has silk hands. Truly. I could hardly believe how smoothly everything went. His precision, his calm manner, and the way he made sure I was comfortable the whole time were unbelievable. A few days later I returned to have some fillings repaired in my front teeth, and once again , Dr. Walker did it AGAIN. He reshaped and bonded my teeth so beautifully that my smile looks straighter, brighter, and the color match is PERFECT. You can’t even tell what’s bonded and what’s natural. That level of detail is rare. I also had my routine cleaning with Rubi, and what an absolute angel. She also has “silk hands”! Gentle, patient, and so good at what she does. Honestly, they must all train with the same magic touch. From start to finish, this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Professional, caring, skilled, and truly the best in the Boro. I recommend Premier Dental Wellness and Dr. Walker 100%.

Dr. Marz is cutting edge in his field. He also demands that his employees and partners live up to the same standards he demands of himself. The office staff has made getting appointment easy and within an acceptable time and date. They don't waste your time and deal with you like a human being and make you feel special. They will make you feel welcomed when you go there but they'll stick you with false billing charges after you leave their office. Keep your receipts! If you like getting upcharged and overcharged then this is the place for you. If you like shady billing practices then this is the place for you. Experiencia negativa: This dental office uses absolute shady billing practices. This is not the first review regarding their shady billing practices either(see review written by Dylan Woody). I absolutely see a pattern here! They have upcharged/upcoded my child's visit! My entire family was seen at their office. I was never given an estimate or a breakdown of what my charges would be up front prior to services rendered as I stated I was out of network which means self pay or out of pocket pay up front and then file to my insurance. I should have been given an estimate or an invoice with the breakdown of what I would be charged to know what my charges would be up front prior to any services rendered. I was not given anything at all. When I left, I paid in full. Then they filed to my insurance and charged one of my children as an adult at age 13 when I clearly spoke to my insurance representative and they stated my child is not considered an adult until the age of 14! Then 6 months later they come after me for another $200+ after the fact and the fact that when I left my original visit I walked out with a receipt stating I had paid in full!!! When I spoke to the office manager who just apparently became the office manager and has no knowledge of my situation as she was not at the practice at the time of my original visit. The only thing she did was give me excuses as to why they dropped the ball and billed wrongly!! Yes she admitted they did wrong!!!! She never once offered to fix anything or compromise in any way at all whatsoever!!!! Even though she admitted wrong doing. In fact she threatened me that they were turning me over to collections!!! For a debt I do not owe!!! Go right ahead!!! Some managerial skills!!! Know your insurance and keep all receipts and explanations of benefits, if you expect to be seen here which I absolutely would not recommend at all whatsoever!!

Experiencia fantástica: Thee best service ever!! All the staff is wonderful, but my hygienist was Ruby and she was so phenomenal. I was so terrified due to having a chipped tooth and she calmed me down and I was able to get the numbing shot and didn’t feel a thing. They are top quality so I highly recommend booking with them!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the best dental experience today. I was hesitant at first coz i had a bad experience from a different clinic in statesboro. But when I was greeted by Paige she was my dental hygienist all of my worries were gone. She was the best ever. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and gently! She is very receptive and never did I feel any discomfort the whole time she was cleaning my teeth. I love her! Shoutout and kudos to you Paige. Will highly recommend Premier Dental Wellness for to my friends and family . Come and visit them! They will not disappoint you! Dr Walker is the best.

I didn't have any tooth ache or pain prior to the fillings, in February 2025 I went in an had fillings done on 2 teeth on the top right side and now I can't eat on that side of my mouth and it is July my mouth hurts so bad I went back and they offered a red light treatment but that didn't work now I have to find someone to fix what they messed up.

We really liked them and returned again but because they were out of network we decided to try to find a place that was in network. After trying two other places, in network -- Thomas Dental and Aspen Dental -- we said the heck with this, we'd rather pay more out of pocket and have a great hygienist, and that would be Paige at Premier Dental.

During the procedure, Dr. Marz & Irene (assistant) went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable at all times. There was no running back & forth between patients, even though I had a lengthy procedure with periodic wait times between steps. The receptionist (Beth) was a pleasure to work with as well. I called around to many offices but thankfully Premier was able to fit me in that very same morning. They did a cleaning and then Dr. Marz checked my teeth and saw that a wisdom tooth was heavily decayed and needed to come out. They were able to call and get me in the oral surgeons office that very same day to have it pulled! The entire staff was very welcoming and professional. Experiencia fantástica: I love this dentist. I am a big baby about going to the dentist and I told them so. I have had several visits with them now. They are great about offering to take breaks for me, and they talk me through everything they are doing to help me deal with my dental anxiety. With a little luck I'll never go to another dentist. Experiencia negativa: After visiting this dentist office I came away feeling disrespected and lied to. I was informed I had 11 fillings and needed other work done. I acquired a second opinion from two other dentists and both concluded that I only needed one or two fillings. In addition during a consultation with Dr. Brown he proceeded to tell me that my teeth were "toilet bowl white". It was the most disrespectful comment a dentist has ever made to me before. Which I'm sure is a tactic he was using to make me feel self conscious so I'd feel the need to use their whitening regiment. I wouldn't trust this operation. After visiting I believe they are in it for profit more than to help their patients.

Premier Dental had great reviews, so I decided to contact them. The receptionist was so kind, answering all of my new patient questions happily! Experiencia negativa: My initial visit to this dentist seemed promising. The dental staff was friendly as able to answer my questions. I received a advanced cleaning and a consultation. Lets back it up though, before the cleaning and the consulation I spoke with their insurance representative. I told them I had two insurances and before any procedures I wanted to be sure there was not going to be a cost. They said they would be able to confirm billing on my appointment date. On my appointment date I confirmed with the receptionist once again that there would be no charges. I had the advanced cleaning and a consultation. During my consultation and during scheduling I was crystal clear that I was moving out of state within a few months. I told them I was not interested in any services if we were not going to be able to move somewhat quickly. The consultation went well and the doctor assured me that timing would not be an issue. I spoke with billing on the way out and they once again told me I owed nothing. Great! They said they would contact me with a follow-up. I was never contacted again, I called back once and was told someone would immediately reach back out to me to get my work scheduled. Weeks turned into months and my move date arrived. Literal months went by, out of the blue I received a $159 bill, when I reached out I was told that billing “is never sure of the cost” until after the fact. So it took them 6 months to figure out billing for a cleaning? When I told them I disagreed they informed me billing would reach out with an explanation of benefits. Well they never reached out and after a YEAR they finally emailed me.. and now my bill is ever increasing because of “finance charges”. Fine guys, you win. To the owner's comment: I'm not sure how I was supposed to contact you. Your front staff made it clear that I either pay or pound sand, then they stopped replying to my emails while adding interest to my account.. Cool deal.

Experiencia fantástica: I was displaced from my home in Florida by Hurricane Ian and right in the middle of some extensive dental work that I was undergoing. After I moved to Georgia, I sought a referral and was directed to Dr. Marz here in Statesboro at Premier Dental Wellness. What a lucky turn of fortune that was, as Dr. Marz is a fantastic dentist. He is a kind person, truly cares about his patients, and is most prideful of the work that he does. I also have to include here the fact that he gives 100% painless Novocain injections; seriously, I never felt a thing, and that matters. All of the dental work that I needed has been handled in a very professional manner. Dr. Marz has all of the latest dental technology in his office and the crowns and bridge work that I have received are perfect, right down to matching the correct color, which Dr. Marz does in-office. Lastly, I will include the fact that the staff in his office are great people, too. They all are kind, friendly, and seem to be really happy in their work. Thank you for all of the help that I have been given so far. My smile says it all now.

Due to traumatizing and painful memories of a prior dentist, I pretty much refused to go see a dentist ever again. I trusted a family member who ensured me that RICHARD F. MARZ DDS & staff at Premier Dental Wellness was amazing! With much hesitation and many cancelled appointments, I finally have started on a journey back to a healthy smile. My first major appointment was long due to the work needed, but I can say it was PAINLESS! When I say Dr. Marz is very professional, gentle, caring, understanding & non judgmental that too is an understatement! If I can start the journey after the fears I had anyone can!

I called about an emergency extraction and they saw me the same day and was able to squeeze me in for the day after.The receptionists were awesome as soon as I walked in & “Miss” Caitlyn was amazing at making me feel extremely comfortable before, during, & after my procedure. Dr. Brown was very understanding & did my procedure smoothly. I highly recommend this place for any and all dental needs.

Then I found Dr.Marz. He does beautiful work and makes sure you're happy. He doesn't rush or get impatient with questions (I ask a lot of questions) and takes the time to explain everything. She said she did and I proceeded to mention my dental concerns with her. She mentioned that there were 2 Dentists there and that they both were great. After spending some time with her discussing my needs I decided to make a appointment. From the first time I scheduled my appointment and from my first visit everyone was very nice and attentive. I was greeted by everyone who was employed by the Premier Dental Wellness. My Dental Hygienist was awesome and she was very polite and she explained each step of my dental examine and procedures. She made me feel comfortable and confident with her skills. I then met Dr. Alex Brown and he also examined my dental work and then discussed my needs. Experiencia fantástica: We moved to Statesboro about a year and half ago. I check with my insurance company to see which dentist I could go to. I picked one of those corporate dentist, and was disappointed. I was telling some new friends about my experience, and one of them referred me to Premier Dental Wellness. I have been very pleased with Premier! All the staff, are very professional, and friendly! I just had a crown done, and Dr Marz is a master craftsman! This wasn’t my first rodeo. I have had several crowns done by other dentist, and I was impressed!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a lifetime of experience of which I remember 60 years of going to the dentist every 6 months. Over the last 65 years, dentists have changed from working on you with a cigarette dangling from their mouth to absolutely the most modern dental practice i have ever experienced. Being new to Statesboro, I had to research who would be my dentist. I have lived in big cities and small towns all my life, and have seen dentists change with time. So I made some phone calls to local orthodontists and periodontists on the advice of my last dentist, asking them, "if you had to have dental work done, who would you go to"? Dr Marz (Premier) was the most recommended dental practice by the other professionals i asked. That being said, I took a chance. I had what I thought was a broken molar. It turned out that had broken a crown. When it was originally placed, it took close to 3 weeks from start to finish. Dr Marz's practice is so modern, he removed and replaced my crown in 2½ hours. I was totally amazed how he and the assistant worked like a well oiled machine. While waiting for the crown to finish the manufacturing process (in house), they have a full body massage chair that i sat in for the ½ hour wait time. I brought my own headphones and was able to listen to the music I had on my phone. I think the practice offers headphones, but I don’t remember. Everything was so easy. Even the device used to keep my mouth open was soft and allowed me to actually relax. Unlike past experiences that had implements that hurt stuffed into my mouth. So, if you are looking for a dental practice that is modern, efficient, and makes the experience fun, Premier Dental is the place to go. I left the office and jokingly told the doctor, "see you next week " Never in my life have I felt like that as far as going to the dentist. Thanks Doc & Staff

Experiencia fantástica: I have MS and have had a lot of issues with my teeth. I have had to have a lot of cosmetic dentistry done by Dr Alex Brown who was an Amazing dentist. His assistant Kaytlyn was amazing as well.. I was amazed at how well my teeth looked once we were done and I ha e not stopped smiling.. They treat you like family and they make you feel so welcome at this office. I truly recommend Premier Dental Wellness above any other Dentist office. I can not Thank them enough for giving me my smile back!! God bless you and all of the people who are able to smile again because of you guys!!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, Dr. Marz was able to replace 2 of my crowns with permanent crowns in 1 short appointment using new digital technology. I was amazed! He digitally scanned my teeth with a wand instead of the old messy molding method of the past. A digital machine quickly created the crowns there in his office and while they were being processed, I got to enjoy a relaxing massage in a special massage chair in a peaceful room with plants. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. I also liked that everyone was screened for fever and any symptoms of COVID-19 before entering the building, and our hands were sprayed to disinfect them. All staff wore masks to protect the patients. Wish I had switched over to Dr. Marz sooner! I highly recommend Premier Dental Wellness. All my family goes there now.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Marz and staff are the greatest! I chipped a tooth on Saturday, and called on Monday to be "fit in", and was able to go in that morning. The procedure of having crowns made and fitted would take 3 hours, which I expected would be hard to schedule. I was actually able to go in the next day. In 2 1/2 hours, Dr. Marz was able to analyze, produce, custom-color, and install two crowns that look exactly like my own teeth. His skill, along with the technology he has available is truly amazing. I expected it would take at least several days and maybe weeks to get this done, and that it would be hard to replicate crowns that look and feel like real teeth. Thank goodness I was wrong on both counts. I heartily recommend Dr. Marz and his wonderful staff for all dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: First off let me day this, I am not a bot or a paid review, second, i VERY rarely do reviews unless i find the service something very special or i wouldn't waste my thumb muscles. I am a 36 year old man and i was so scared of the dentist due to a prior event from my youth. Needless to say i was so nerve racked i was counting down the days until my appointment. Next i consider the work Dr. Marz did to my teeth was nothing short of re constructive face surgery. that's kind of a joke but i had such worn down molars my face now feels amazing with my 3 crowns. He also did a million cavities or so with in 4 sittings. Dr. Marz knows what he is doing. I will trust no one else with my teeth until I'm forced to and i will not be happy about it. Like all good things in life dental work can be pricey but i can't say enough good things about my result. My wife also got hers done and she is also very happy customer, my mother and father too. If your nervous about this, just go, you will be so happy and they go above and beyond for comfort. This service will no doubt increase the quality of my life in ways i didn't understand. I'm so proud of my smile now and i want to share this with everyone.

It’s important to me that Dr. Marz does root canals in his office and also has a lab in-house for crowns. You never have to come back for a “permanent” because you leave the same day with one. The staff works well with insurance companies and will fight to get necessary procedures approved. The cost for services is comparable with other dentists in the area. I completely trust Dr. Marz and would recommend him for your dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: I've recently started going to Premier Dental. I've had a cleaning as well as a crown that needed replacing. My interactions with the staff at Premier have been very pleasant. They were helpful with filing my insurance and working with my schedule. Dr. Marz was very careful and considerate while putting my crown on. It is the best fit for a crown I've ever had done. Also, I tend to get very nervous having dental work done and he talked me through each step. I also feel that he did not recommend work that was not needed. (I have had that happen at other dentist.) The office is clean and pleasant without being overly fancy. Overall I am very pleased with the work that they have done. I will be continuing as a regular patient and switching my family over to them as well. They made a very good first impression.

Dr. Marz has done extensive work on my mouth (5 crowns and additional fillings) and it has all been first rate. They work with you to develop a plan and then help you through the process. Many of my family members have now swapped over also. My 4 year old daughter actually asked me when she could go back to the dentist after I took her for her first time. Highly recommended!

With the hours and complexity of my job it’s usually quite a challenge to get appointments lined up, but his office staff has always worked with me to make sure I get seen. One of the first things a person sees when they meet someone is their smile. Having a beautiful smile and a healthy mouth not only makes you feel better but it can definitely save your life. Dr. Marz is so patient with any questions or issues I may have and explains everything thoroughly with me. He makes sure that I am comfortable with everything that needs to be done. The greatest advantage that I think this office has over others is the ability to make the crowns in THAT office. In some circumstances it may be necessary to have the crown made in an outside lab. In that case, the mold is made digitally and sent to the lab at the push of a button that is right beside you. I watched Dr. Marz work on the computer at the side of the exam chair to the precise fit for the crown and was then ordered within seconds. No need for the mouth full of mold for impressions and mailing it off in the mail then waiting for the permanent crown to return. It really cuts down the time of treatment. Best of all is the prices! For the convenience and quality, it’s the best.

The staff is personable and professional, the equipment is state of the art, the waiting area is comfortable, and the whole place looks like it's cleaned with a toothbrush every day! The dentist is so kind and so skilled; I had major work done, including a root canal, and everything went well. Also, he and his staff are able to clean, x-ray, and work on my adult disabled son's teeth. You can tell by our beautiful smiles just how well we are treated, both clinically and personally. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve used Dr. Marz for the last few years and I have always been satisfied. His staff is very nice as well. They even let my daughter come with me one day and kept her occupied coloring and entertaining her while I got my teeth cleaned! BUT make sure when they call to confirm your appointment you call them back and speak with someone. I worked a 12 shift one day and missed their call, it was to late by the time I seen it to call back and I showed up at my appt time the next day to be told I would not be seen after driving 45 minutes there. I was upset but know they were just doing their job. The wait time is less than 5 minutes and the office is super clean!

Experiencia fantástica: I am extremely happy with Dr. Marz dental work! When my wife was a child she broke her front tooth in half and he has taken care of it since. Since broken she has had a root canal, the tooth bonded back together, bleachings, and a crown. Most recently she went in to get it taken care of because over the years since the root canal the color has changed and we wanted it fixed before the possibility of it falling off again. Her case was tough because of it being the front top tooth and I have an extremely deep bite. He went above and beyond. He internally bleached the tooth and took 3 dimensional pictures to create an exact replica of the tooth. The tooth came out perfect and looks amazing. It looks like her original tooth and so natural even in the sunlight! We wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of dental needs. I feel he was truly honest and had our best care in mind. Highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Dr. Marz took the time out of his busy schedule to work me in and made sure that I was seen by an oral surgeon the very same day. He was very informative, polite, and compassionate to my dental needs, even though my problem was beyond his scope. His staff made several calls and were able to get me referred to East Georgia Center for Oral and Facial Surgery that very same afternoon. Most dentists won't do this for "new patients".
