Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience, as always. I used the online system to request an appointment, got a call first thing the next morning and was seen within two days for a lost filling. Dr. Nguyen Treated me, and she was fantastic.

Experiencia negativa: I had my first visit here and was amazed at the caring and friendliness of my hygienist, Julie, the thoroughness of the comprehensive exam (some tests I've never had done in my life) and the education I received along the way about how to better care for my mouth. The office was clean, I had no wait for my appointment, and front desk staff was also personable. Here's the issue--they seemed knowledgeable about my insurance, and assured me they checked that my exam/Xrays and cleaning were covered, however now I'm getting an explanation of benefits saying I'll owe. They also recommended I have them redo a filling, and said insurance doesn't cover a redo, so gave me an estimate out of pocket. Now that it's done, I've gotten an EOB showing it's double their estimate, AND now the tooth is bothering me when before it was fine.

The treatment I receive from this practice is far superior to many of my past dental experiences. I highly recommend this practice.

Cleanings, fillings, implants, mouth guards , X-rays, you name it- they do it and best of all, Dr Soto makes sure it’s done right. They participate with our dental insurance & clean our teeth every six months. My wife is very sensitive when it comes to her mouth & has no problem whatsoever at Westampton Dental. I don’t believe you will either. Update 5/13/25 Forgot to mention crowns. I recently fractured a back molar. In a short amount of time, Dr. Soto and her team prepared the tooth this morning , and I was left with a temporary crown. Notably, the procedure was painless. Every individual at Westampton Dental is dedicated to providing the highest quality care possible.

She even noticed things about my teeth that I thought only I knew! The dentist was also excellent and very professional. Everything about my visit was top-notch. Keeping all my appointments for my current treatment plan has made me realize that I have been responsible for my oral health. Now the year is almost over and my Invisalign will be completed as originally planned. Staff occasionally calls when I forget to confirm via text and I’m grateful they take steps to insure I don’t incur a fee. Always friendly, a pleasure to be a patient.

From the front staff, Carinna (I hope i said & spelled it kinda right) who took my x rays & chatted with me the whole way through, to the doctor who explained everything she was doing & went over my treatment plan with me, she was efficient and kind, to miss Julia who made me laugh, made me comfortable as she cleaned my teeth, gave me a good lesson on ways to keep my mouth & teeth healthy, she is truly a GEM & I adored her!! Kayla who was the last stop was wonderful as well, printed me out a full breakdown, made me a follow up appt, explained everything with my insurance. I had nothing shirt of an incredible experience here! I can say Ive never felt more comfortable ay a dentist office than I was here. Everyone else was kind! Highly reccomend & will be a life long patient!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place! I started going here again a few years ago when I got back on private insurance. Very quick and clean. Comprehensive with care, too. My teeth/gums have always been bad and I've had a lot of work done over my lifetime. But they're great with recommending inexpensive, preventative options. No one likes going to the dentist, but I don't mind going here.

DURING: Dr. Nguyen, Julie, and Francesca were wonderful!!! They were very friendly, welcoming, and seemed knowledgeable as they explained everything they were doing in detail. The office itself is by far the cleanest office I have ever been to. AFTER: my entire mouth feels so clean!!!!!! Plus they include chapstick in the nice goodie bag that included a toothbrush and floss!!! The chapstick is pure genius!

Experiencia negativa: I cannot comment on in-office experience, but I made an appointment as a new patient in the month of August. They scheduled me for November, but told me that I had to get them my set of x-rays from my prior dentist. I emailed them from my prior dentist in August. Apparently they were never reviewed because the office rang me 2 hours prior to my appointment (!) to tell me the x-rays were not full mouth and therefore I could not come in. If the office has a cancellation policy, then it does not seem fair or professional to cancel on a patient with such short notice (due to an oversight on their part).

She made sure any discomfort I was feeling was minimized and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The whole cleaning was pretty sick but I can tell it was thorough by the look and feel after I was done.

Experiencia positiva: Good practice with a friendly staff. They do a great job with regular cleanings, but the office’s time management and/or scheduling practices need improvement. My last two appointments were morning appointments and both started at least 15 minutes late. To be 15+ minutes behind schedule, just 45 minutes after opening, indicates that there is a time management issue in the way appointments are scheduled.

Experiencia positiva: Dr Soto is the only dentist that I trust at this practice. She is very kind and has excellent bedside manner. I had been going to this practice for a number of years however late last year I went in and saw one of the newer dentists. Not only was he very rough, he broke part of an instrument in my tooth forcing me to pay additional money to see a dental specialist(due to no fault of my own) who was still unable to even get it out. He should have been the one to pay for my visit to the specialist due to his malpractice. He also did another filling and after completing it told me he did something he wasn’t supposed to do but did it anyway. Talk about nightmare. If you cant get an appointment with Dr Soto don’t waste your time.
