Plus there are arcade games in the waiting area and everyone gets a token to pick a toy from the ball machine after their visit.

Experiencia negativa: Great dentists front needs some work. Didn’t tell me there was a copay and the amount I had to pay for my child’s dental work until I returned. I asked before and was told nothing. When I signed everything. Then the moment I called them out on it I was told they can put a note on my account. This is the first time I experienced a scheduled appointment that went from I didn’t have to pay anything then when arriving I have had to pay. Then they have an attitude because I’m upset I wasn’t told anything.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time taking my two sons to Bright Smiles, as soon as we walked in we were greeted and assisted immediately. Dr. Alex was amazing with the boys and all the fears they had went away. Her assistant Lindsay also made my sons feel very safe and even put a movie for them while they were getting checked out. I definitely recommend Bright Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: Started bringing my son here recently after hearing great things from friends and it is such a great atmosphere! The entire office staff is great! Front desk is so helpful with navigating insurance, hygienists and assistants are warm and kind, making the patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their appointments. Dr. Alex is so nice and really takes the time to answer and address any concerns and/or questions the parent may have. Parents are always welcome to accompany their child in the room for their cleanings and treatment. Each room is equipped with a tv on the ceiling so the patient can pick something to watch during their appointment. The office is clean, bright and we have never been kept waiting. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental home for their child!

My son and I can be anxious, especially in medical office settings. Dr. Dela Rosa has the perfect touch to keep us both calm while he works. He explained everything perfectly and has excellent patient-side manners (so did his team member!). My son (4 y.o) did great with his first filling, thanks in no small part to all the great staff here. This will hopefully be his dental home for years to come.

He went from five people holding him down at another pediatric practice - to walking in himself happily. Her manner, voice, calm office has done wonders for him. She has always treated my son with respect and has answered all of our questions and concerns. No matter where we live, we will continue to go to her practice. She is the best.

The staff was warm, friendly, and courteous. The area was neat, clean, and well-lit. The appointment went smoothly, my little one was comfortable and amenable throughout their entire treatment. Claudia and Dr. Alex were gentle and patient. 1000% would recommend. Downside? They don't see adults; what a pity.

Bright Smiles turned our frowns upside down ! They make my 3 year old extremely comfortable with compliments praises and incentives for great brushing and NO CAVITIES! Dr. Alex and “Team “are very pleasant and thorough!!! The entire office is very clean and kid friendly !!! Can’t wait until our visit in March ! UPDATE!!!! Almost 3 years later and I am just as happy as I was when we first came!!! We LOVE Dr. ALEX!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We just love Bright Smiles of Burlington county. Dr. Alex is amazing. Her hygienists are wonderful too. We are always given great care and attention. Both my kids are a little nervous so bringing their stuffies with them and having the staff and Dr Alex interact with both of them made the whole experience relaxing and smooth. The tv on the ceiling with Disney plus and kid friendly tooth paste helps too. The office is so clean and updated as my 8yr old pointed out. If you have kids this is the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to start by saying that my son is terrified to visit his pediatrician for standard visits because he had a slightly traumatizing hospital experience. Naturally, when he sees a doctor or nurse he is just terrified. Without even explaining his past experiences, everyone at Bright Smiles treated him with such gentle care. It's almost like they knew that particular child needed just a bit more time and patience and care. It was his first visit, so they made sure it was a great experience for him. Of course he freaked out but again they were extremely patient and gentle with him. Any concerns that we may have had were addressed immediately and thoroughly explained to us, as well as great explanations of what he should eat or drink, time of day and how often. We definitely left very knowledgeable and we will absolutely go back.

This was our first time there and I accidentally booked the appointment in the Cherry Hill office thinking I booked it in the Lumberton office. Instead of turning us away and making us reschedule they they actually squeezed us in right then we literally went straight back to exam room and was meeting the dr within minutes! The doctor could not have been any more patient and pleasant as well as the rest of the staff. My son is only two, this was his first visit to the dentist. And he was not very happy to say the least but the staff there was very welcoming and very patient and very kind to us. I also noticed how CLEAN the office was! We were so happy with our visit that we scheduled appointment for our five year old for a check up as well.I would highly recommend their office to anyone of my friends and family members!Thank you bright smile for making my sons first dentist appointment as pleasant as it could get! you guys are all great! They really enjoyed their first visit, especially knowing they left with no cavities I recommend using them if you want a pediatric dentist.

My youngest (3), was not as open to having his teeth checked, and the staff showed great care and patience in engaging him, while ensuring to answer my questions. I only wish they served adults too! Glad we switched from the other practioner for our kids.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my 3 kids for (6 and under) for their long overdo checkups. The team was so amazing, patient, and great with the kids! They walked them through every step in a kid friendly and genuine way. I was expecting the usual tears just from fear of the unknown, but everyone had smiles on their faces the whole time! My oldest needed some pretty hefty work done that included root treatment and a crown. Dr. Alex was wonderful! He didn't blink an eye or shed one year! He has to come back for another filling and is looking forward to watching Moana on the ceiling television again! We are so lucky to have found this dentistry!

Dr. Alex took the time to explain everything to me and the why to everything without me having to ask a single question, and I am a nurse who normally would have a ton of questions. I have never had a dentist take that type of time with me or my daughters and I appreciate it so much. I felt so confident about my daughter’s plan of care when we left the office. My daughter is special needs as well, so she was very vocal with her before doing anything. This was the first time my 9 year old sat in the chair without jumping or screaming.
