Experiencia fantástica: I called Dr. Brokaw‘s office because I thought I had cracked my tooth or maybe there was an abscess or a huge cavity. Doctor Brokaw called me personally and told me to come in and he checked my teeth over and said that it was basically maxillary sinus issues. I didn’t realize that my allergies could cause such issues with my teeth so I was flabbergasted. He took a lot of time with me explaining about allergies and sinus issues and he gave me a regimen of hydration nasal sprays such as Flonase and nasal congestion, called Mucinex, D and to take an antihistamine like Claritin. It was a wonderful appointment. Dr. Brokaw has been my dentist for a long time. He is a wonderful caring dentist….That I wouldn’t trade for the world.

Experiencia fantástica: I love seeing Dr. Brokaw! His staff is wonderful too!

Dr. Brokaw took his time and made sure I was comfortable - I didn’t end up feeling a thing! Was a very easy and painless experience. You can tell he really cares about his patients and knows what he is doing. Mandy, the administrator, is also very pleasant to speak with and schedule through. Can’t speak highly enough of this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience with the skilled and experienced Emily, my Hygienist and of course Dr. Matthew Brokaw. What a great dental practice including the friendly and outstanding Mandy, the Practice Administrator. Ann Johnson

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Brokaw provided quality care and through explanation of my current oral health.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent! The entire office makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve had awful experiences with other dentists & this office far exceeds my expectations.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been coming here since the Fall of 2021, whereby we had retired to Virginia from Chicago. My cousin Eric, who lives in Richmond, knew we were in search of a good dentist; he had recommended Dr. Brokaw's office with the highest of praises (my cousin did not steer us wrong). The dentist, dental hygienists, and front desk staff are wonderful, compassionate, and personable. My husband and I travel a good distance (Hopewell, VA) to come to Dr. Brokaw's office for excellent dental healthcare; however, it is worth every ounce of gas, every stretch of miles, and every minute of time, we would NOT go anywhere else. This dental office is a well oil machine (it exhibits what a good business model and customer/patient service should look like) because everyone there works and act as a team...actually they act as a family...WE LOVE IT!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brokaw allowed me to come in immediately when he heard I was having an emergency with my tooth. He educated me thoroughly about the situation, and referred me to the correct surgeon that would complete taking care of the issue. I really appreciate him.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick, painless cleaning. In & out in no time at all. Kind, and professional service!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brokaw D.D.S. And staff are always wonderful

Experiencia fantástica: A very clean environment the staff and faculty are very friendly and helpful both the dentist and the nurse know exactly what they’re doing and very patient. If you’re looking for an expert dentist who cares …this is it!

Experiencia fantástica: I Love Dr. Brokaw and all his staff. They are a good fit for me and always friendly and concerned about my good health. Thank you and God bless!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Brokaw and his staff continue to be 5 stars! (I somehow reposted my last review, I don't leave reviews, but Dr. Brokaw is definitely deserving!) My insurance changed and it has been a huge pain! My kid went to his appointment, I had sent the wrong info, I told the office I would pay now and figure out the insurance stuff later. Just as I was trying to set up ANOTHER account to access my dental insurance the office had the information, let me know, and made my life a little easier. Thank you!

Experiencia positiva: No issue at the dentist. What is annoying is being asked to confirm my appointment four times bia email and via text message in the week and a half leading up to my appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: He and his staff are very friendly and very professional

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brokaw saw me when I was experiencing an extremely painful dental emergency. He and his staff were extremely accommodating and patient. They went above and beyond to address my pain and concerns. Dr. Brokaw explained my situation to me in detail, making sure I understood the plan of treatment. He and his team turned a horrible day into a very pleasant experience. I will absolutely be returning for future dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. I was greeted when I entered the office by the friendly receptionist. Emily is thorough in cleaning my teeth as always. She is very nice. Dr. Brokaw checked my teeth when Emily finished. He is personable and ready to answer any questions.
