They are very accommodating and even use Vaseline on your lips before they do the work in your mouth ! I have never had a dentist do this ever !! Experiencia negativa: I do not re commend this place. They discharge you without a reason and with lies.My family and I( 5 patients total) were patients there like two three years ago. One day I called to make an appointment for my husband for a filling Amber told me that the insurance didn't cover my husband' fillings with them. I knew that was a lie but I was at work and didn't want to spend more time on the phone, she told me that she will send me his file so I could make an appointment where his treatment was covered. In the past amber tried to charge me more than the contracted amount between the doctor and the insurance. That time I called and asked Haley, she said I was right. I had Cigna at that time and had been having Cigna for so many years so I knew how much I was suppose to pay for everything I also called the insurance and asked them. I am not sure if it was her idea or the doctor's. She sent me all the files of me and my family. I always paid my copayments before my appointment never had any issues except that she wanted to overcharge me. A year later I called the office and asked if they take Cigna spoke to the manager she said yes, then I told her about Amber and that she sent me my family files, she said she would check and call me back. She called me and said they don't take my insurance even though she had said they did. The only reason I wanted to go there is because is close to my house. The other thing is that the doctor wanted to extract a few teeth to my husband and I decided to go with a oral surgeon, maybe he didn't like that because he lost money.

I needed a root canal that I went for today and was terrified! Dr. Hoang told me everything he was doing before he did it and checked on me every few minutes to make sure I was in no pain at all ! I have major dental anxiety and a bad gag reflex! But Dr Hoang was extremely patient and understanding. I need another root canal and am not worried in the least . You are in great hands here ! The office is inviting , calming and so clean . 100/10 !!!! Will be getting all my dental work here going forward

I received a message from the front office confirming a morning appointment with Dr. Hoang. The clinic is over an hour away from my home, and while I was already halfway there, I received another message informing me—without any prior notice—that the appointment had been cancelled. Despite this, I continued to the office as my orthodontist had specifically advised me to consult with Dr. Hoang. Upon arrival, I requested to speak with him, but I have no idea what was communicated to him by the front desk. When Dr. Hoang eventually came out, he seemed visibly irritated and spoke in a dismissive tone. The staff was unprofessional, and Dr. Hoang’s attitude was shockingly rude. This was truly one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had with a dental practice. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for respectful and reliable care. SAVE your MONEY and TIME.

If you dread going to the dentist because the thought of your minor or major procedure(s) has your stomach in knots; If the sound of Drilling, Filing, or getting Fillings palpitates your heart and sends your anxiety levels through the roof; If having a Root Canal or a Crown, has you in fear of possibly cancelling your appointment with your current Dentist, then you should run and not walk. Actually, and honestly, you should Call the Gentle Dental in Bethlehem, GA and make an appointment. I’ve always hated the dental office and ANY procedure that I was scheduled to have until I found this office. Since then, I have had 3 appointments at the Gentle Dental. All of which were so awesome! From the front of the office to the back… This team of professionals are truly the BEST!! The Administrative Managers (Amber & Victoria) always greets you with a smile. They make sure your appointments get scheduled properly; to include a reminder call. They also make you feel important and valued right there at that front desk. They are so very nice, pleasant, and professional! Dr. Uyen Hoang is truly wonderful. He makes sure that you are thoroughly knowledgeable about your procedure before he begins and thoroughly satisfied when he finishes. He has the best mannerisms. He’s always checking with you during the process to make sure you are ok. I must say, I’ve never felt ANY PAIN. I have had 2 major procedures that I would have cancelled at my other Dental Office. However, between Dr. Uyen’s workmanship and the help of his 3 Assistants (Julia, Ana, & Naomi) who happen to be the sweetest young ladies; the thought of cancelling never crossed my mind. They definitely compliment his work with such professionalism and knowledge as well. They are truly GREAT Assistants! People, if you are looking for a Dental Office where you, your family members, and friends will have a great experience… Call or go to the GENTLE DENTAL and make an appointment. I had a root canal done about 7-8 years ago from a previous dental office and my tooth recently started to hurt really bad due to the poor work that was done with the root canal. I figured it was infected due to the swelling and pain. I got an appointment with gentle dental fairly quickly, which is awesome given they are only open Monday through Thursday. I have dental anxiety really bad because of my poor experience with my root canal, they made me feel so calm and well taken care of. The front desk staff is so beyond helpful and so kind, something I really look for in any kind of medical/dental office. They also have a texting line you can reach them at which helps me out so much given that I work 7-4 monday-friday and I truly have no time to talk over the phone. The dentist himself is very very kind and knowledgeable. I knew even before going in that my tooth needed to come out because it's cracked down so bad. He did a thorough check over my whole mouth and kept me updated on the status of all my teeth. I just had my tooth pulled yesterday along with my cleaning since he recommended waiting for the cleaning so it wouldn't irritate my infected tooth. The whole process took less than an hour including the cleaning and tooth extraction. I didn't feel anything which was surprising because the previous dentist stabbed me so many times and it never numbed my mouth but this time I was numbed within minutes. The dentist made sure to ask me MULTIPLE times if I was okay and if I was in any pain, something my previous dentist never did. I felt so comfortable and never once felt any pain. I honestly didn't even feel my tooth come out, within about 10 minutes he had my whole tooth out which was stellar since it came out in pieces. I was given pain meds and more antibiotics and extra gauze to put on my extracted tooth. I felt a lot of pain as the numbing shots wore off but I took the pain meds I was prescribed and it helped a lot. Today I woke up with no pain!! I also was given a whole sheet on what to do afterwards to make sure it heals properly. I've been resting since yesterday to make sure it heals right and I just got a text from the office asking how I was doing. Never have I felt so safe and comfortable in a medical setting, I will recommend this office 10,000 times over to every stranger, family, and friends I have!!! They will forever get my business and my money. I love love love this office!!!

Experiencia negativa: I had an abscessed tooth that I had ignored until my jaw started to lock. I called for an emergency appointment and I will say they got me in immediately. I couldn't open my mouth at all but the dentist insisted on doing a full exam with x-rays while I'm in horrible pain. If I would have been able to open my jaw I would have pulled the tooth myself at home, thats how much pain i was in. At the end of the exam the dentist told me he could not help me. He would give me a referral to a dental surgeon. This dentist literally tortured me so they could build my insurance company for a full examination with x-rays. This place does not have patient care in mind, only money. Shame on y'all, shame. This was about 5 years ago BTW but I just thought about leaving a review today so people can be warned

I had to switch due to insurance & tried out Gentle Dental because of the high reviews. Front office is very sweet though!
