Liverpool Dentistry, PC Timothy B. Kaltaler, DDS

Experiencia fantástica: Was a fantastic office very professional and caring would recommend 100 percent

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist office! Everyone is always friendly, professional, and they do a great job staying on schedule. My only wish is that they were open more days during the week. They’re so busy that six-month cleanings often end up being scheduled 8 to 9 months apart. More availability would make an already great experience even better!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience as usual, was outstanding my dental hygienist performs every task perfectly

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good visit! Lizzy is amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I always feel anxious before going to the dentist but since coming here Lizzie has been the best. She is so sweet, so gentle and great at explaining everything. Cleanings and x rays are a breeze

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were new pts yesterday… first appt was a cleaning w/ a Hygienist. We agreed wholeheartedly after this . We had each, never had such a thorough, excellent, unbelievable cleaning . And we’ve had excellent dentists and staff prior to this . Dr Kaltaler was then thorough and highly knowledgeable and professional after cleanings were done . A plan in place for further appts , receptionist extremely knowledgeable and pleasant as well,! with insurance details explained . I am so impressed with this office and each person that cared for me . I am a retired nurse, and I understand the patient’s needs top to bottom . This office is exceptional . Excellent and thorough dental care . ~ Thank you ! Kristy Muraca

And in order to find out just what was wrong, Dr K examined me after my cleaning, determined what was causing the malfunction and pain, and fixed it. It was pretty amazing! This office is always professional and at the top of its quality work (and I've been to a number of other practices before, let me tell you). I must say that I always feel like I'm treated as a relative there, very relaxing and welcoming. This is the first dentistry that when I have an upcoming appointment I do not get shivers down my back prior to the visit but rather an excitement of sorts that my mouth will be "refreshed" again :) Dr. Kaltaler and his staff rocks!!! Thank you for.your amazing work!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The Dental Hygienist, Lizzie, is great! She’s personable, thorough, and has a great chair-side manner. It can be anxiety-inducing just thinking about going to the dentist, but she relieves those fears and puts the patient at ease. I keep coming back (and request her specifically) because I had such a positive experience the first time I walked in the door, and her level of care has exceeded my expectation every time after that. Thank you for everyone’s welcoming and easy going nature - from the front desk to Lizzie to Dr. Kaltaler. It’s a rarity in the medical field to find dedicated professionals who set the bar high and maintain it.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited Liverpool Dentistry and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The professionalism displayed by the team made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. Lizzie, my hygienist, was particularly outstanding. She was gentle during the cleaning process and took the time to educate me about proper dental hygiene practices. Her informative approach not only made me feel comfortable but also empowered me with knowledge on how to maintain my oral health. I genuinely appreciated her thoroughness and friendly demeanor. Overall, it was a fantastic dental visit, and I highly recommend Liverpool Dentistry for anyone seeking quality care.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Kaltaler, treats his dentistry very poorly. Uses it as a quick money grabber to have a large volume of clients. Nothing but a big rush. Dental hygienist are trained to get customer's out real fast.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service!!!!The hygienist that cleaned my teeth did an EXCELLENT job and was very detailed. The doctor is also great and engaging. Even though I go every 6 months, he knows my family members that see him too. Another great experience

Experiencia fantástica: Dental hygienist was so nice & attentive to my needs. The dentist was very nice as well & explained everything very thoroughly. Front end staff greeting as I walked in & when I left.

Experiencia fantástica: Liverpool dentistry is the best practice I have ever visited. Yesterday was my first visit. The location was conveniently located and parking was abundant. Upon entering the building the very first thing that I noticed was how much of a home vibe I got from the reception area and the waiting room it was clean and decorated very nice. I was received a very welcoming greeting from the very kind and lovely receptionist and she quickly got me checked in. I didn't have to wait too long before I was brought in for my x-ray and exam. The x-ray technician was incredibly gentle and very good at what she does. The exam room and procedure room was very clean and also had a very home like vibe which made me feel very comfortable. When the Dr came in he was very personable and knowledgeable I have multiple issues going on and he was very good about coming up with the best treatment plan I could go about to fix all my issues as fast as possible covered by my insurance. Then came the extraction I had an infected impacted wisdom tooth that was absolutely killing me. He got me numb and before I even though he had gotten started he had it out and I was ready to go home. I couldn't believe how well he did that I never had an extraction go that smoothly. After care was explained to me very well and then I was on the way to reception again to do the finances. The woman who checked me out was just as awesome as the one who checked me in she went through my insurance and figured out what was covered and I was suprised and grateful as to the fact I just owed a copay and everything else was covered. Making my follow up appointment was simple. I wouldn't recommend going anyplace else Liverpool Dentistry is the only place I will go for my care from now on.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the experience. Everyone was soo nice. I just hate I have to wait 8 months for my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: People were caring, polite, very knowledgeable and knew their job. Very friendly and beyond. I like going there. I will be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Tim and the staff couldn’t be nicer! Professional and courteous, caring and always on time. Very short waiting for appointment.
