Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kupcha and his Assistant, Pam, are the best duo since Peanut butter and Jelly. Together they orchestrate a seamless appointment. Pam greets you with a beautiful smile and gets you situated, letting you know, up front, what the protocol is for the days appointment. Dr. Kupcha comes in and flawlessly executes your procedure and all the while, his right arm, Pam, is already anticipating what is needed and always with a smile and a humorous twist, executes the proper flow of instruments. I would never, ever, go to another office. Put me on the lease, Im here to stay. Thankyou, Newtown Dental for taking my phobia of Dentists and replacing it with looking forward to seeing my friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first visit with New Town Dental and they were wonderful! I expressed my concern about dentists offices (due to previous bad experiences) and the hygienist reassured me she and the doctor would talk me through everything they do before they do it to help ease my anxiety. They were very communicative and as gentle as possible throughout the cleaning and examination process and very thorough with the X-Rays taken. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks from when I called (it would have been less but 2 weeks was what worked with my schedule) which was a blessing and I’m ao glad that they were in my dental coverage’s network!

They were both patient with me and personable. And was able to patch up the tooth so I no longer was in pain. That’s why I still drive to NJ for my dentist from Maryland! lol

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor John is the BEST I called on Monday they squeezed me in on Tuesday afternoon, and luckily for me nothing serious!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to New Town Dental for a cleaning and it was great. The hygienist was very through and gentle. Lori was very concise, told me what she was doing and all was good. Really a great cleaning. Girls at the reception desk were polite and made another appointment for me as well as talked to me about Invisalign and end of the year statements. Very through talk and they were great with answers. Great place to go even if it is a dentist office.

Clean and bright examination room, with great music piped in. At the end I was given a lovely new patient gift of dental supplies and a coffee mug, wrapped in cellophane. I liked this dentist because it felt like a hometown dentist, not a practice with ten different doctors. I’ll see you again in October, New Town Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are the best. I lost a filling on Friday night. On Sunday it was so painful that i called for an emergency appointment. They took me Monday morning first thing and set me up for a new crown. Everything was smooth and painless!! Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kupcha was my "go to" for anything related to my dental needs. I recently retired and went on Medicare. Dr. Kupcha didn't take my insurance so I unfortunately had to go to someone else. I wasn't happy with what was available to me through Medicare. I made the decision to go back to Dr. Kupcha and his team. It was the best decision I've made since my retirement. He and Pam and Kathy are the Best!!! If your searching for a Dentist and a great support staff...you need not look any further. When I show up for an appointment...I'm always treated like family....honestly!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the time and energy you give your patients! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend this dental office enough. I put off going to the dentist for the past two years due to horrible experiences at other offices. I bit the bullet and decided to give this office a shot and they were absolutely fantastic. The hygienist was extremely empathetic and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during my cleaning. The hygienist and the doctor both had wonderful bedside manners and treated me as if I was a lifelong patient. There was zero judgement or harsh criticism which is SO IMPORTANT to have patients come back to receive care that is so important to our health. I will be back!

Experiencia fantástica: Last week I had composite bonding done in office by Andrew on my four front teeth, and I am incredibly happy with my results! I had never gotten this done before, and I wanted to fix some tiny gaps and make my teeth more uniform. Andrew made sure I liked the result each step of the way, which made me feel 100% confident in getting this done at New Town Dental. I can’t stop looking at my smile, and I’m impressed with Andrew’s attention to detail. To anyone considering composite bonding, I highly recommend New Town Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist and employees ever! Always a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: New Town Dental is by far the best in the area. I have a toddler who comes with me to appointments and they include him throughout the appointment, make sure he’s entertained, and get me in and out quickly. Whenever I have dental issues, they make sure to provide education and solutions as well as honest and direct prognosis. Dr. Kupcha takes care of several of my family members and all of us have had an excellent experience!

Experiencia fantástica: My very first appointment was awesome, just a great family atmosphere. Judy at the front desk is amazing and remembered me and my family from years ago at another office which just goes to show that you aren't just another face and from the moment you walk in the door the care begins. Debbie was also amazing and incredibly nice and attentive, as well as, so easy to talk to; she continually asked how I was doing. I feel like I have an annoying reflex and always feel bad about it but Debbie assured me that this wasn't a problem at all and if I needed breaks, just ask. Lastly, Dr. Andrew came in and was so positive and energetic, even at 830 in the morning :). He was so easy to talk to, which seems to be mandatory to work at this office. From start to finish, I felt welcome and in good hands. The quality of people and work is of the highest standard.

Experiencia fantástica: They treat you like family

Experiencia fantástica: A wonderful practice! Saved my abscess tooth from being pulled; with treatment and then creating a perfect cosmetic cap over it Also saved another tooth - my front tooth from a break caused by fork hitting it. I was mortified but DR M fixed it and made it look like it never happened! Beautiful work! Thank goodness! Dr. M and his staff are really excellent ! You’re in highly experienced, skilled , very good hands here! You can tell they all enjoy what they do! I feel so lucky I found them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kupcha and his staff are extremely accommodating and caring. They got me in on time and fixed my problem efficiently. The dental assistant Pam and the front office people Cathy and Angelina (?) are very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this practice. Am very glad we switched to New Town Dental!
