Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sharma was very thorough in her explanation of my procedure and her assistant was impeccable.

Experiencia negativa: You can't just get one appointment where you get a cleaning and a checkup. It has to be done in two appointments. They send multiple emails and text messages to be sure you confirm your appointment, but if they cancel they only send you one voicemail not even making sure you received it. I went all the way over there to find out my disabled daughter's appointment was canceled a few minutes after they sent the confirmation email. So how is it you can make me confirm the appointment and then cancel a few minutes later not knowing if I received it or not? Shame I can't go anywhere else because the state of New Jersey specifies where you can go and this is the only place you can go. I can't even choose the dentist even if I find a good one in which case the dentist before here was great no problems ever. Now all I get are a lot of problems and inconveniences. Shame on you do better people have lives they got to lead and other doctors to see.

I’m pretty much in a desperate situation to even obtain care here, which was reflected by how I was rushed out of the examination chair, just as quickly as I got a consultation. This should scare anyone who is serious about their dental health or dental emergencies, which I have. I was in the emergency room for a tooth abscess and it won’t even come close to be taken care of properly for another two months— via the provider that they referred me out to. A tooth abscess is serious because the infection can spread to your heart or blood and cause sepsis, which can kill you. But no worries about that with this dental office because you aren’t treated like a patient, you are treated like a number. If you want to dance with the devil for a little while, then I fully encourage you to book an appointment here. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday was my first tooth cleaning at Glassboro Complete Care. Patty was the technician who took care of me. I felt very comfortable with her,she listened to my concerns/tooth sensitivity issues. She was quick and gentle with my tooth cleaning. We went over how I could do better with my tooth care and I am satisfied with the services.

( I already have a partial that was made at complete care a few years ago, that I could never wear because it did not fit right even after numerous adjustments by the dentist). So I am very skeptical this time around! I want all these teeth out and THEN I will get full dentures! Update:****below…… 7/7/23 I have been working on having my teeth out prior to getting dentures. I cannot recommend Dr. Zhao highly enough! She is the best! So caring and truly never hurts me during extractions! Constantly asking me if I am ok and to tell get if I have any pain. Which I never do because she numbs me up so well before hand! She is truly the best dentist and the only one I will see! I am sure they are all good but I know her first hand how good Dr. Zhao is so I will always stay with her! She is a true blessing. And such a kind , sweet person on top of it! I think to think we have actually become friends.

Even as a new patient they will not do an exam and cleaning on the same day, which is a routine and widely accepted practice. I didn't bother and cancelled my appointment when they confirmed this.

Experiencia negativa: This office will make you come in two seperate times every 6 months. Once for the check up and once for the cleaning. They don’t do it all in one visit. Super annoying. My last appointment I waited in the waiting room over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. This most recent visit they were trying to do created but the computer wasn’t working and they shoved the bite grip in my mouth and tried 3 separate times, unsuccessfully. I finally got up and left and told them I’d find a new dentist.

My last visit with her, she did a filling where I was having sensitivity, filled a chipped tooth without having to ask and fixed another spot. She is without a doubt the best dentist they have there.

Experiencia negativa: I am looking for new dentist. If you have 6 cavities they make you make 6 appointments and get painful injections 6 times! They do not seem to care about their patients. Some push off responsibility to the next doctor since they bounce you around different dentists. The dentists are terrible at giving shots. I've had many procedures throughout my life but have never been put in so much pain as I had with Complete Care. They must get fed the same line to give cause several said that the location of the shot they are giving is extra painful. When I mentioned what they said to a veteran dentist she made a face like they were crazy. The veteran dentist gave me shots for the exact tooth on the opposite side and I did not feel a think. Another time I literally jumped 6 inches off the chair from the pain and could hear the needle scraping my bone every time he went back in. Half of my face was paralyzed and drooped until the next morning even after the numbness wore off and I was petrified. On one visit for a painful tooth I waited about a month to be seen which is fine if they were full. But after taking off work, getting up 3am to take care of my duties and going to the appointment, the dentist (not the one who initially xrayed and said I needed cavity filled) said there is no way to do a filling and I needed a root canal for $3500 or they could pull the tooth. I ended up having to make a new appointment to get the tooth pulled and again the injections were crazy painful like nothing I've ever felt before. And I've been seen by Marine Corps dentists who were brutal. But these people are wayyy worse. I left an internal review and complained. The manager called me and assured me I would see the same dentist from now on and not the bad one who wasted all my time from the first visit. But sure enough at my next appointment I get the same bad dentist! This time she was very rude, I'm guessing because she heard about my complaint. Save yourself tons of time and pain and go somewhere else. This place should be investigated.

I would have to come back and make another appt for the cleaning. According to her, I would have to come back 7 additional times for 7 fillings(no way I need 7 fillings) This place can't be trusted.

First visit xray no work on tooth had to make another appointment. 2nd time tooth throbbing, they said had to make another appointment cause I was there for cleaning. 3rd time worked on tooth but didn't get the cavity. 4th visit said I had to come back cause I wasn't there for that tooth but would xray no work on tooth and must make another appointment! Now they want me to wait till July 7 th . This is a terrible place to go if you are in pain ! Different dentist each time !

Experiencia negativa: I arrived at the Dentist with a pain scale at a 10 level and she marked my pain level at a 4. I was given 3 xrays which clearly showed i had a issue. I was given 3 options extraction,root canal,and filling i asked for a filling and she said she don't think it's a good idea yet i asked for it. I asked for antibiotics and Motrin and she denied me that also. I literally wasted my time going there and I wouldn't recommend anyone to her. I assume I was only treated this way because I only had straight Medicaid and that my HMO insurance wouldn't kick in till the 1st of April. Also my paperwork states that she informed me other Health services provided at Complete care which was a lie. All she did was request a 3rd x ray,Tapped on my tooth that I told her was giving me pain, then talked about referring me to another Dr in Somers Point New jersey that didn't accept straight Medicaid. Jennifer McCormack services in my words were completely useless,and unhelpful,especially when I told her I was in pain and wouldn't even give me a motrin script. Thank GOD my HMO kicks in on the first because I will find a Dentist who Completely Cares because Jennifer Didnt

Or a great experience on top of the dental experience also w/o permission! Because I deff was not cool with it ! Had they asked I would have passed as to now my mouth is soar n bruised along the inside jaw line , keep in mind I have no teeth at the moment and is already a nitemare to eat anything and now this ! Mouth is raw and really sore at the moment…… not a complainer by any means but this was uncalled for ‍♂️

Experiencia positiva: The initial visit was fine, it took a few weeks to schedule a routine checkup as a new patient but that's pretty normal. I got some X-rays and spoke with the dentist about my teeth and that was pretty much it. Then they said that I would have to come back to schedule the cleaning separately. I don't understand why I didn't get the cleaning done as part of the initial visit as a new patient. During my visit I spoke with the dentist about an old filing that might be chipped so I'd like to have that addressed. But bow I have to get the cleaning scheduled for next month first and then I can get a filing that following month. On top of that, there's apparently no way to directly call the office regarding appointments, it has to get routed through this complete care network and I was on hold for 25 minutes before I just gave up. I decided to go here because this dentist office is closer than my old one but if I was made aware of the process of making individual appointments for a routine checkup, cleaning, then filing I would've just stuck with my old dentist. My initial impressions seemed fine but I've never had to schedule an appointment just for cleaning (and theoretically I'd have to wait two months for a repair of an old filing). Update, after I called to attempt to reschedule my appointment for the filing I was unable to get anything sooner than 2 months from now in any of the dentist offices. It is definitely not a regular dentist experience to have to wait several months for a routine filing. I'm going back to my old dentist

Experiencia negativa: Completely unprofessional i’ve been in severe pain for months. They told me to come back if it gets infected and made my appointment for near 7 months later. I waited the 7 months only for them to cancel the day of my appointment & tell me the doctor called out of work. Rescheduled me for 2 more months later. Ridiculous I could’ve went elsewhere and gotten in way sooner i’ve been waiting in pain for no reason.

The facility is pristine and the staff are knowledgeable. The only negative aspect is that multiple services (x-rays + cleaning) cannot be done at the same appointment.
