Experiencia fantástica: Had a crown replaced recently at this practice. It was a great experience. The staff is extremely professional with wonderful attitude and personalities. I enjoy going to the office for all my cleanings and dental work. The whole staff, front office, dental assistants, and dentists are top notch and personable. UPDATE: Just finished another crown n a tooth that had started to crack. Again the staff was wonderful, pleasant, and utterly professional. I enjoy going to this practice. Everyone is still top notch. New Update: Had to be refitted for my nighttime braces retainers after the new crown. This appointment went excellently. Was called in before my scheduled time and the retainer images were taken smoothly despite some problems getting the full images. Excellent visit. The staff is totally professional and still happy and pleasant. Great atmosphere for all dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jameel for a while now, and one thing I really appreciate is how thorough he is. I’ve had ongoing gum issues, and he always keeps a close eye on them, making sure they’re improving and addressing anything before it becomes a bigger problem. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Jameel and the Midway Family dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic practice! Great people and great vibe! They are so helpful! Every single staff member is on their game and they all work as an amazing team. Dr Elias is kind and helpful. Dr. Lexi and Shannon are the “Dynamic Duo of Dentistry.” They are efficient, precise and funny! If you are going to have to sit in a chair, it might as well be pleasant and entertaining! Also, screens on the ceilings, screens with nature scenes and cool music make it even better! *They are under the same management as Unique Smile in Milford. The bed-side manner of their doctors are like night and day. Unique Smile has a lovely front desk staff, but that is as far as I will go, unless it’s an emergency.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and of course, makes my smile even brighter. Katie was wonderful cleaning my teeth I just went back this morning because an old crown broke. I called yesterday and Lindsey got me in first thing, thanks Linsey. Then the dental assistant Edwarda was amazing and dr Lexi was as well. They worked magic together to fix my tooth and now I can head off on vacation in the morning. Incredible teamwork, professionalism and they sure know their stuff

She attends to every detail, step by step; first, she makes you feel comfortable with the environment and with her, and then she explains the cleaning procedure—how it will be performed. I'd been going to Medway Family Dental for a couple of decades and it was good, but i especially appreciate the modern upgrades over the last few years. More modern cleaning equipment. The massage chair is real nice and relaxing. Christine usually does my cleanings and she is awesome! Very professional and does a great job as hygienist. she's very personable making the appointment less stressful. Five stars and 2 thumbs up!

One of the office workers specializing in health insurance even advised me that my own current coverage was set to expire the end of this current year... something even my own insurance company HAD NOT advised me of!! MANY thanks to them both for their work!!

Experiencia negativa: I came in and got 2 fillings, 3 weeks later 1 Filling came out so I got it replaced. Today, another 2 months later the other filling came out. Do not Recommend at all, previously I have had absolutely no issue and I am incredibly disappointed with this all the extra dental work needed due to their incompetence and poor work

We received your message over the holiday weekend, and once the office reopened we reached out twice and left voicemails so we could speak with you directly and understand what happened. We haven’t been able to connect yet, but we would still like the chance to talk and work toward a resolution.
The doctor who completed your treatment now has a reduced schedule, is in the office only once every other week, and is transitioning out. Because of that, our full-time doctor is available to evaluate the area, review everything with you, and discuss the best next steps to ensure your concerns are addressed properly.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dentist! I moved 40 mins away & refuse to switch. The front desk ladies are always super friendly & welcoming, the dental assistants always make you feel comfortable before a procedure, the hygienist gives great advice & is so thorough with cleanings. The dentist does a great job at making you feel comfortable as well. My fillings & crown came out so natural & clean. Highly recommend them, & their Holliston location for kids is amazing as well. My kiddo had a great first experience there.

Sadly, my dentist, Olivia Fletcher, moved away, however, the other personal more than up for the lost. Experiencia fantástica: The entire team is fabulous from who I have met so far in my 2 visits. It’s a great environment, with a calming homey feel to it. The receptionist staff is super helpful when it comes to figuring out treatment and insurance policy coverage. The hygienists are amazing and handle patients with care and patience. Katie did my cleaning, she was very gentle and kept me informed the entire time. Dr. Cesario also showed kindness and professionalism. When I left my appointment I had the thought - “I wish I worked there.” Everyone seemed so positive and happy to be there (on a Saturday morning)

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn't been to the dentists in years and I have extreme anxiety. The staff was so friendly and very comforting and understanding. They allowed me to take my time and moved at my pace and what felt comfortable for me. I will be back for future cleanings. Christine, Dianna and Lindsey were all very pleasant and helped make my experience a little more calming.

Experiencia fantástica: The scheduling was smooth and the office confirmed my coverage ahead of time which was great! The staff is very kind. The hygienist, Katie was fantastic! Katie ensured I was comfortable and communicated about what needed to be done to lessen and avoid any anxiety. I also received great information for better oral health! The Dentist was available and I completed my appointment in less than an hour! Great Experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional visit at Medway Family Dental. Staff are friendly and service was efficient and effective. Katie basically restored my teeth to a normal state, removing all stains and deep cleaning as well. Would recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Coming in as a new patient, I am very happy that I chose Medway Family Dental! Very professional and nice at the front desk, I had Christine for my cleaning and she informed me more on proper dental hygiene in our 30 minute appointment than I have ever been informed in my life. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable as I haven’t been to the dentist in quite some time. Definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienist is absolutely 5 stars best personality explains very well , communicates during cleaning to make sure all is well the back desk told me I had to fill out a questionnaire to make sure nothing had changed they gave me a new patient questionnaire when I should of gotten a quick form pain in the butt it took 20 minutes on an I pad

Much better than having cutie-pie baby animal photos everywhere. Suggestion: add low-level relaxing ocean sounds to the background for a comprehensive sensory experience. :-D

Experiencia fantástica: Hello, Yesterday was my 1st visit to your office haven't been to a dentist in over a year. I have teeth/mouth issues and was full of anxiety/fear of what the treatment was going to be physically and financially. Then I saw Chelsea with her beautiful smile and her kind approach I knew I was in good hands and boy was I right. She was so comforting, knowledgeable, kind and professional through the whole procedure. I can’t say enough about her by the time I left she was more like a friend than a acquaintance. Then I also had the best Dentist I've ever had examine me , she listened to all my concerns and was compassionate, kind, non judgmental and of course professional. She did a test I've never have had done and I found I have bad periodontal disease. She was very knowledgeable explaining what was needed and why step by step. Now I'm going to mention your kind hygienist Katie and Christine who didnt work hands on with me but also with a great big smile and calming voice came and spoke with me and gave me reassurance things were going to work out. Now last but not least Anna, she came to me also with a big smile and kindness and went over the plan and cost of treatments answered all my question professionally with kindness. I know this is long review but needed to let you know what a wonderful team you have working at your office are not only employees but ANGELS on earth. May God bless you all now and always!!
