Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about this office! We recently switched from our previous dentist in Providence, and I was a little hesitant about making the change. From the moment we walked in, those concerns disappeared. The office was exceptionally clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which immediately put us at ease. Our appointment started right on time, and the entire visit was prompt and efficient without ever feeling rushed. The dentist was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. She took the time to make her feel comfortable, explained everything in a gentle and reassuring way, and showed genuine care and compassion throughout the visit. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to have a positive experience. As a parent, seeing your child feel safe and comfortable during a dental appointment means everything. We left extremely happy with our experience and are so glad we made the switch. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring, skilled dentist with a clean office and excellent, timely service!

Experiencia positiva: I brought my children to this dental office for their first visit and I was not completely comfortable with how the appointment was handled. My children are young (ages 6, 4, and 2), and I was not given the opportunity to stay present with them or accompany them during their exams. They were taken from the waiting room and placed in separate rooms without any prior explanation or discussion with me as their parent. In previous dental offices we have visited, all of my children were seen together in one room and treated one after the other, which made the experience much more comfortable for both them and me. Because of their ages and it being their first time at this office, I expected a similar approach or at least a conversation about how the visit would be handled. For future appointments, I will need to schedule my children on separate days if necessary in order to be present with them during their visits. I was not comfortable being separated from them during their care, especially without being informed beforehand.

Experiencia negativa: Been going here for 2-3 years. Have 4 kids ranging from 14 to 3 .. Unfortunately while my first appointment far exceeded my expectations I really really wanted to stay + support this office. The assistants working there are lovely, I have nothing but great things to say. The dentists that work here are lovely. They are very engaging + are really amazing at keeping kids comfortable. The administrative staff need some work which is why I give this office 2 Stars. They've changed systems a few times in the 3 years I've been there. The process about the new patient forms come in a text link that may or may not work; you fill everything out either before hand and or then present at the office with more forms needing to be filled out some of them the exact same as the ones you fill out online- I think the system is flawed. I was given a tablet at check in for 3 apts which requires 3 patients infomation verification. I did all of them. None of my insurance was asked at check in given that I am an established patient I assumed that it was all set; error one. Then after showing up early + finished the forms required which weren't texted or emailed before my apt while 1 child had been being in treatment as I was waiting in the waiting area which is also [Tiny 6-7 seats at best] the office assistant handed a tablet to another patient to fill out additional forms, when this patient responded I have 1 child + its not my child's name (its was in fact my child. Its funny I apparently missed signing the hippa form) error 2. So not only was a tablet handed with my sons infomation to this random person in the waiting area, it was then passed to me for me to finish which I'm 100% positive was completed about 45 minutes prior to the apts for all my children. I would of never handed back the tablet if not all the green was checked for every patient, which I'm 100% sure it was because I scrolled up + down to get all of them done. What sealed the deal for me + why I'm expressing all of these issues I've had since being here for the general public. Is this last scenario. While the last child was in treatment I decided to move things along & check out, from Dec 2025 to Jan 2026 the only thing that 'changed for anyone in my family' was additional coverage added effective Jan 1 2026. Due to their error I was met with + due my annoyance/concerns about paying for a service- the staff responded to me "As a courtesy we do you a favor + put your insurance in your apt/record, and its up to the patients to know what they have for insurance for their appointments" yes this is what was said to me. Its kind of funny their only job is to verify patient infomation which includes patient insurance + to do confirmation calls, which are also kind of redundant because they confirm it several days in Advance and then call when you respond or don't respond seems tedious. Not an effective way to utilize someone's time but what do I know about operating effectively. Now I am fully aware sometime in the fall 2025 this office changed systems to become more efficient and when speaking with administrative staff in December I was told only "2 insurances are allowed to show up in the new system" + they need to toggle between both the old record and the new record for the 3rd plan to be verified. How else would I know this if I didn't talk to them in December '25 to give them the new additional insurance for every child- I have 4 I'm not incompetent, I called like a good patient + gave them everything (they don't scan your insurance cards either so its kind of mind boggling) Make it make sense, because it certainly does not make sense to me, as a person who too also does this for a living as a practice coordinator for 10+ years. Customer service 101 at any medical or dental office you verify insurance at check in, period the end. NO Surprise billing is a legit a law in the state of Mass; had they verified my infomation at check in none of my concerns, annoyance or anything of that sort would of brought it here out in the open. Needless to say I won't be back.

Experiencia negativa: Incredibly rude front counter staff. Surprised anybody would hire these people to be the face of their business. Will never go back there. Dentist and hygienist were nice but having to deal with the front office isn't worth it.

Experiencia negativa: I would like to share my experience with the orthodontist in the Franklin office. Unfortunately, I found it quite challenging to book an appointment, as availability seems limited for several months. This can be quite frustrating, especially if your child has an issue that requires attention. It might be beneficial for the practice to improve their scheduling system to better accommodate patients. Additionally, once you commit to braces, it feels like you're somewhat locked in without much flexibility. They should advertise this lack of appointments to all patients so that we can make a right choice.

Experiencia negativa: We loved this office a few years ago, but sadly the dentist who was so kind and so very good moved. Since she left, this place has declined to the point that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My daughter chipped her front tooth and they said it was too far gone for them to do the filling. We went to another dentist who did. The next cleaning, they scraped it as if it were a natural tooth and the next morning the new bonding fell off. I called in advance of our next appointment and asked if we needed to reschedule because we could not be late for a gymnastics competition; they assured me that we would be out. They kept us late with no place to stand or sit. When I went back to the office to speak to the dentist, my children were let standing in the hallway, and they heard the office staff complaining about me needing to go to gymnastics. They used a sarcastic tone, and my daughter was shocked. We left the office after that interaction. When the new office called to get the records, they mentioned how unprofessional the office staff was. Today, I was reminded of this whole ordeal because I filled out the medical transfer forms 4/1, and they still had not sent them. When I emailed to ask why, I received no response. Simply put, terrible service.

Experiencia fantástica: In the almost 8 years visiting this place, we haven't had an issue. All the cleanings have gone well. The two cavities that our child had were treated without a problem, and the staff has been very nice to us.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend the Orthodontist group that is affiliated with this dental practice. They have failed at three attempts to fit a space saver in my grandson's mouth. The first time they lost the mold. The second time it broke in his mouth and they couldn't see him for a week so his step father had to get it out with pliers. The third time the whole thing fell out in two days.

You check in and bing bong boop they called my son’s name. He went in alone this time because I truly feel safe with the staff here as does he! He’s ten, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming! No surprises as we walk out the door. And quick follow up for any additional work needed! Like a filling. It’s also a bonus that they have orthodontist in the same office!

Experiencia negativa: Dentist are very hard on kids, kids raise their hands because it hurts and they keep going because they are always on a hurry to finish. Don’t even give time for the anesthesia to work. If you have an emergency they are always booked and can’t see you even if it’s an emergency. The receptionists are rude and also lazy. Patients can wait 20 even 30 min past their appointment time but if you get there 4 min past your appointment time they can’t see you “because it’s their policy “ all because it’s super hot outside and you end up being their last patient and they want to go home early. They called to get me in earlier but I had my baby in the NICU in Boston and had to go home get my girls and bring them on a busy afternoon but they didn’t care.

Experiencia negativa: We’ve been going here for a few years. My daughter was told to see the orthodontist. We were told she needed a pallet expander and the price they gave me seemed ridiculous. I went to an orthodontist in town that is highly rated and was told yes she did need the pallet expander (they actually explained why in great detail with lots of pictures ) and the cost was 1000 CHEAPER! So we went with them and had a great experience. I stayed with pediatric dental group for the dentist thinking it was just the orthodontist who was not quite the most honest. I was proved wrong when they told me my daughter had 6 cavities that needed fillings. I went to another dentist ( Chestnut Dental) for a second opinion. Turns out she has 2 cavities that don’t even need to be filled, just sealed and watched! That’s a huge difference. I’m not sure why pediatric dental group would try to subject a 9 year old to 6 unnecessary fillings but needless to say all my children will be going elsewhere and I feel like people need to be warned that they shouldn’t trust this place …

Experiencia negativa: I never leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to warn parents that Pediatric Dental Group Of Franklin may not be providing your child the best care. I feel they never explain things well to me or my children. We see a different dentist every time and only for seconds. They told me my six year old has a cavity that needs filling. I took her to my own dentist (Bellingham Family Dental) and they said she doesn’t have any cavities! It’s scary to think my child would have had laughing gas, shots, and drilling for NO REASON! Two of my friends have had similar experiences here. I feel this practice is in it for the money not the patients. Beware.

She is great with kids. The dentist helped me understand what the next steps are in my son’s dental needs. She explained at the level of detail I needed to decide on the next step. Having had not great experiences with other dentists I appreciate that.

So all the brushing and (not so much) flossing was not enough - and pediatric dental has saved my three kids teeth. I’m very upset that my prior dentist did not even hint at problems here and there. But moving forward, I’m so so so grateful for their care. They are top notch. I love this facility. Bring your precious ones here. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Staff works well with kids and parents alike. So far no cons My only suggestion for them is to maybe make the rooms actual rooms. Maybe there’s a reason to be semi open, but it makes hearing the dentist and hygienist difficult for the parent and is a little awkward. But really not a big deal.

We know bad offices and have been very disappointed elsewhere. But from the girl at the front desk and all who work here we have received exceptional care. I highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: 2023 Update: I was told this hygienist is no longer in the office.. what a shame.. new staff is not as attentive or good with kids Amazing!! I was so nervous to bring my son to his first dentist appointment but the hygienist Jennifer made him feel so comfortable.. it was a breeze. He can’t wait to go back!

Experiencia negativa: The dentist are very nice and professional (some of them). The receptionist including the administrative part are very unprofessional. I was very disappointed. When I went there I thought I had the right insurance care and the secretary said that the service was around $500 or $700. I was I shocked because I know that my dental insurance is good. But anyway I told her if I can make a payment arrange and the administrative lady came and in front of everyone said that I have to pay and she will not do any payment arrangement. Seh asked me if i have a credit card. I was so frustrated becasue there was people around including my kids with me. It was a very embarrassing moment. I told her that I will just pay that day $50 and that I will find out with my dental insurance becasue something doesn't sounds right to me. The insurance they use was my health insurance by mistake and the didn't even check that. I felt that were racist because I'm Hispanic. I felt treated like a no body poor person that was in the wrong place that I couldn't afford the treatment that's how I felt. They still charging me $250. I went again do finish a filling for my daughter. Her dad bring her to the appointment for her filling and because she was scare they didn't door anything and make pay $122 because of the anesthesia that the NEVER used on her because she was scare. Never recommended this place.

Experiencia negativa: My child had a cleaning appointment booked six months in advance on a Friday at 4pm. The office called at 1:50pm the day of the appointment to ask if my child’s wires were off their braces and if not the appointment would have to be rescheduled. I asked why and she said they couldn’t do x-rays. Since there was no way I could have the wires removed in such short notice, I asked if we could do the x-rays next time and she said no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager had already left for the day. It seems like they were all trying to leave early on a Friday. So unprofessional. We will not be back.

Experiencia negativa: Had daughter seen and booked the next appointment for six months out. Three days before I was asked if I wanted move the time up, declined because she was driving home from college for the appointment. Day of appointment received multiple calls while I was at work and basically the ended up cancelling her appointment because she is 18. They knew she was 18 at her last appointment as well, but suddenly they couldn’t do a basic cleaning and allow us to find a general dentist in the meantime. Complete lack of care for her and an utterly disappointing way of communicating.

Experiencia negativa: I didn’t have a pleasant experience at this dental place. They told me they checked with my insurance beforehand that I don’t have a copay or anything. After the visit, they called me and told me I have to have half of the visit. We waited for over half an hour for a dentist that only saw my child for couple of minutes to brush his teeth. The dentist didn’t even introduce herself and I didn’t find her friendly. I won’t come back again!

They asked if we could keep coming to this dentist office and not go back to their old one. Even my 4 year old loved them and she had a great experience as well. We have already booked their next appointments. I am very happy I decided to switch my kids dentist and they are now getting the care they deserve.
