Experiencia negativa: I am giving two stars because this office was good for several years but something happened in the last year. My crown was not done correctly and the color was off even as I told them upfront. I went in last year and they quoted me a night guard for over a $1000 dollars, but I got somewhere else for a fraction of that. Furthermore, for years they were billing my insurance then this past 2025 they made a change and they didn’t bill to my type of insurance anymore and upon scheduling and conducting an expensive procedure didn’t tell me? SO I all of sudden owed them thousand of dollars rather than hundreds. My crown is very bad I was in pain and the tooth now collects food all around it. The office is going down hill. I changed and I am happy where I am at now. And they will probably respond how they take these matters seriously, and put client customer first - well I will say they did not for me and communication was dismissive and lacking. I was going there for a few years.

Experiencia negativa: I had horrible expirience I felt like all you guys did was squeeze money out of the insurance and didn't do anything with me. I had set an appointment for the 4th so someone can take their time with me. I was even told that I needed to make two hours of my time for the first appointment Instead I got called to come in today 12/21 Just so I can take xrays and be told they don't have time for me to come back at a later time. Total time 30 mins since I came in 20 mins lates. Regardless I made arrangements for 2 hours. All the dentist did was scrape my teeth and and told me you need this this and that and walked away. Why would would I come back to spend $3000.so ridiculous I came for a cleaning came out with a paper saying need to pay $3000 for services.

I had a previous dentist drill too deep, and they fit me in for an emergency appointment and got me set up for a root canal and crown. They are genuine, and don’t try to screw you over. It was as pleasant as a root canal can be, and they set me up for success for afterwards. I have never had a dentist pay so much attention to adjusting my bite. Dr H was so great and he noticed if I even flinched at pain- I’m not the person to say anything. A painless dental appointment is a wonder. Sandra, Dental Assistant, was fabulous. Everything about her bedside manner. This is my new dentist, and I can’t say enough good things.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about this place. I moved to the area in July 2021 and need to find a new dentist. My first appointment was X-rays and meeting the dentist. Everyone was extremely friendly and so concerned about my comfort. From pillows to blankets and making sure the pieces they put in your mouth for X-rays were not poking me. Dr. Eben met with me and and took his time explaining what he saw on the x rays. 3 cavities YIKES! My next visit was a cleaning which was very gentle followed by my appointment for the cavities. I opted for the laughing gas as I hate getting dental work. Again, everyone was very concerned about my comfort. The novocaine they use is special in that you are not numb all day. One thing I was really happy to see is that Dr Eben was so gentle and patient. His assistant was new and in training and he was teaching her so nicely through the process. After I was all fixed up, I booked another appt for zoom whitening. I sound like a broken record but again… comfort, comfort, comfort. My teeth look amazing and I have already referred 2 others to them. You will not be disappointed!
