Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to Clinicas for decades and have seen my share of providers over the years. Tammy P. is truly an amazing, knowledgeable, and caring nurse practitioner. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and attentive. I never once felt rushed, and it’s clear that she has a great deal of experience and genuinely cares about her patients. She is definitely an asset to Clinicas, and I sincerely hope they recognize her value and do everything they can to keep her. Unfortunately, the staff turnover at Clinicas has been pretty disappointing, so having a provider like Tammy P who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistent makes a huge difference. Thank you, Tammy P, for providing such exceptional care! You are a true gem.

Experiencia negativa: Its not horrible. Just feel like doctors dont listen to u and your wants. Nurse told me the doctor is impatient with children and to be careful yet she was supposed to be an obgyn. I appreciate the honesty but was it a lie. I dont no. I like honest people. Just felt really judged there based on my tattoos. I guess this is all we got for Medical gold coast. MADERA IS BETTER IF U ASK ME. Only been there a few times. So ill wait til I go more to give my full review. I tell it how it is.

Experiencia negativa: They used to be my regular dentist however they made my first set of full dentures. They never fitted good and hurt my mouth. I went back there many times to have them adjusted however they made them worse. I could not eat or talk with them in my mouth. I had to gum my food for three years until I started seeking out another dentist. I have had a lot of bad luck with dentists. Hopefully I have recently found a reliable one that is next door to my apartment. Hopefully they will work out for me. My health went downhill very fast and I lost a lot of weight. I am 5ft 11 and fell down to 121lbs. My doctors at UCLA were very concerned . I primary care physician gave me ensure therapy drinks and I gained back to a 152 lbs. Hopefully the new dentist I see on the 1 st of July will be a good one. I told them about what happened to me in the past and they seemed concerned. Very respectful.

Experiencia fantástica: My primary care provider, Dr. Qadi, has raised the bar. No questions went unanswered, referrals were quickly attended to, health issues addressed. It was easy to make an appointment. In the four months that he was my provider, Dr. Qadi referred me to four specialists (and I was able to see all of them). That’s the quality of care that I received.

Experiencia negativa: *** updating my review as it has been since June since I started this process it’s now October and I still haven’t got my permanent crown…. Switched to a new dentist. Clinicas told me their next available appointment is in January. Ridiculous. No reputable dentist would take on a bunch of new clients before finishing the work on existing ones on top of that you are sitting in a room with about 5 other people getting their work done there’s no privacy or anything. Everyone hears everything that’s going on with your situation. Grateful that I found a doctor where my son and I are the only ones in the room and I’m actually being taken care of 1 on 1 with privacy, and the doctor isn’t bouncing from chair to chair to work on multiple people at the same time. __________ Changing my review to 0 stars if I could. I’m really disappointed with how my crown situation has been handled. I was told the stainless steel crown I received would only be in for one week. Instead, it’s been over a month and now I’m being told I can’t get the permanent crown until September. This whole process was started in June. I had surgery and followed every step I was given. I even called the day after my last appointment with Camarillo Periodontics two weeks ago to let them know the doctor cleared me for a crown after two weeks. I was told the office would check the results and call me back, but no one ever did. When I called the periodontist myself today, they confirmed they were just waiting on this office to reach out for the results. To make matters worse, when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, they let the phone ring, answered it, and then immediately put me back on hold to avoid accountability. This went on for a total of 30 minutes before I just hung up and decided I’ll come in after work face to face then since they wanted to be so immature about it. Completely unprofessional and shows zero regard for patient care. It takes a few seconds to verify that the doctor approved me to move forward, yet instead of being proactive, I’ve been left in limbo. Even the periodontist commented she didn’t understand why a stainless steel crown was used in the first place. I’m in a client-facing role and was assured this would only be temporary for a week, and now I’m stuck with it for months. I’ve been nothing but kind and even left a 5-star review early on, but this entire process has been handled so poorly that I can’t recommend this office. If this is how they manage follow-up and communication, especially with something as simple as checking results and scheduling a crown, I’d strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stanley Chiropractor was amazing. He took the time to thoroughly review my history/ailments, make me feel comfortable and in good hands. His treatment was individualized and flawless. My adjustment was spectacular, providing relief of symptoms after many chiropractic adjustments that have been subpar here in southern california - and he went above and beyond to give me tools to maintain results and prevent ailments in the future. The staff in the optical/chiropractic office provided a friendly, easy, efficient check in and check out. Couldn't recommend him enough.

I had Clinicas picked out months in advance and I have not been disappointed at all. The staff reached out to me first, which is very helpful for someone with near-crippling anxiety. Appointments were set up fast for the initial visit and the blood draw. Within a day of getting a referral I was contacted for two more appointments. The staff here is such a friendly group, and key in on mental health quickly. My Dr, Mohamud Qadi, listened, asked questions and was tuned in. Any changes or tests he needed done were fully explained and he answered my questions in a way I could understand. The nurse who drew my blood was so nice as well, very gentle and I could barely feel the needle. She took my unease around them serious and didn't dismiss my feelings at all. I got to hear first hand how quickly the staff responded to a medical emergency in their lobby during the process. I think I made the best choice with this provider and look forward to continued visits.

They should have submitted it to Medicare part D, I believe. But they submitted the prescription to Optimum RX, which is a commercial insurance. I had to deal with sorting out this mess. Not a good way to start out the day.

Experiencia negativa: The hypocrisy is glaring as they pretend to address the issue, yet only provide a number that leads to the operator. If management genuinely cares, they would furnish a direct number or email address. However, this company seems to prioritize their internal population over their external clientele, neglecting to acknowledge that "free" healthcare for my child isn't actually free. I contribute to Medicare with each paycheck, and they are compensated for their services. It's far from free. I urge the company to invest in coaching and training for their employees, rather than acting as though they are bestowing a favor upon us. It's unacceptable to tolerate rudeness from employees. Instead, they should fulfill the responsibilities for which they were hired.

Experiencia negativa: Clinicas as a whole is a wonderful company, but Dr. Vikram Naga Prasad Sarva Rama Murthi fell short on so many things while my son was under his care. Dr. Murthi was not thorough at my son's physical checkup, prescribed him an incorrect prescription amount twice (30 ml vs. 50 ml, delaying the process), did not reassure my questions/concerns, did not communicate about next steps once his medication ran out, and after just under 10 phone calls back and forth between myself and the doctor and the pharmacy, his new medication was doubled dosage without explanation. This is an iron prescription that has a high chance of overdose if taken incorrectly, and without explanation or blood work, it was doubled. Even the pharmacist wasn't comfortable prescribing the medication, and I'm thankful for at least one caring doctor that took a second to think about my son. When the pharmacist checked the dosage again with Dr. Murthi, the doctor reverted to the original dosage once questioned. Needless to say, my infant son will not be seeing this doctor again with this disappointing potentially damaging mistake.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking my special needs sister in-law to here for almost 2 years. Dr Padmaja Manthena is a skilled physician, caring, gentle and professional. My sister in-law feels very confortable with her. The front desk staff (Janet and Yolanda) are great, very polite and efficient. Dr Manthena assistants are also very caring and professional (Perla, Alejandra, José…) all of them who work here are friendly!

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Angela Sepulveda is the WORST Dr. I've ever been to! She gave me meds several times and instructions didn't match pill counts in the bottle. I tried calling over and over only to keep being told make another appointment in 2 weeks. I had to go weeks with no meds that I'm supposed to take daily. I went to my appointment today and after telling the nurse I had a problem with her she came in the room and said no meds today and you can find another Dr. since you aren't happy with your care here. I started crying and the only option I was given was talking to a manager. Who defended HER! I'm going to follow up with a complaint to the medical board this lady was so rude I can't believe it's legal to treat a patient in distress this way. STAY AWAY FROM HER AND YOU WILL BE SAFER!

She had no idea. Then went on to be rude and would shush me and proceeded to keep telling me to calm down. I asked for a refill of something I've been on for a year and she kept insisting she can't give me new meds. Honestly I've never had a good experience with clinicas. Its embarrassing honestly. You all need to find somehwere else to be seen they refuse to treat you at clinicas
