At my last visit in June, I was given an appointment card with the December 10th at 10am. On December 4th, I received a text asking me to confirm an appointment on December 18th. I called their office and was informed that I did not have an appointment on the 10th and told them that I could not make it on the 18th. As I live 2 hours away, I had planned on making the trip to the Dentist in Prescott Valley part of a full day of activities. Fortunately, they had a cancellation and they were able to accommodate me at noon on the 10th.
