Experiencia fantástica: Today I had a complicated procedure that was completed with ease, efficiency and comfort thank you Dr Anderson and Devon for making my procedure comfortable and painless.

Experiencia negativa: When I called to make the appointment I was VERY clear I wanted traditional regular dentures. That I did not have dental insurance and could only afford traditional dentures. I drove 130 miles round trip to only find out they don't do that. Quoted $14,000.00 for traditional upper and fixed lower with extractions. Absolutely ridiculous! I guess I am going to affordable dentures and implant in Phoenix where I can get the extractions, immediate dentures same day and permeant when healed all in a package deal under $6,000.00.....$14,000 dollars Very disappointed and their consult office could use a good cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: After a lifetime of trying to save my teeth with so many procedures, pain and money I finally explored the denture implant option. I have consulted with numerous doctors who specialise in this procedure to be certain of my options. Many I discovered did not provide the All on X implant that I chose to do. This office provided a very in depth examination at no charge and explained in great length how it would work and what to expect unlike some other consultations. The professional staff were very knowledgeable and I left with confidence I was with a great team of experts. When I look at the $$$K I had spent for the last 50 years the price for a perfectly permanent smile was well worth it. I had my surgery a week ago and was expecting a great deal of trauma for such an extensive procedure. But I was absolutely stunned by how little discomfort I had and how quickly my healing progressed. Also after surgery I had a denture implant (temporary) that provided me with a gorgeous smile. This experience was something I would have done many years ago if the dental profession hadn’t insisted that every tooth is worth saving. That’s just BS. Bad teeth are bad teeth and no amount of money is going to make them good. This doctor and the entire staff are amazing. If you are thinking about doing implants I highly recommend them. And take this from someone who has had EVERY dental experience ever performed. This experience has been a godsend and the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Another note. The price was lower than any other place I consulted with. I can’t was for the final set and the beautiful smile. Thanks to everyone who brought me through this experience ❤️

Dr. Anderson is one of the most patient, thorough, and knowledgeable dentists I've ever met. He took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before moving forward. Every appointment was organized, smooth, and comfortable. It’s clear that he and his team work together so well. Even though he is very efficient, he never sacrificed quality or attention to detail. He is very precise and accurate. I know I was receiving the best possible care. The entire staff is friendly, compassionate, and professional. Every visit felt positive. But, his staff is great about telling you what you want to hear and once they have your money ,good luck. 4 hr tooth removal . They charge my credit card 4700.00 and now won't refund my money . Dr Nelson was great and honest. Taylor Anderson is a the new owner . So don't be fooled by the great reviews. Different staff and ownership

He took his time talking with me and worked hard behind the scenes with the labs on making my tooth and smile perfect. He is an implant artist! On top of that, every other team member along the way was so kind, patient, and wonderful to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my implant, I will be recommending Dr. Nelson and his team to all my friends and family if/when they are in need of implants/dentures. Kim and Callie took excellent care of me, explained all the benefits and risks associated with their 'All on 4' procedure I was interested in having done. I believe I am in capable hands and will probably proceed with process of finally resolving all of my smile and teeth issues. I will post additional reviews as I move forward with the process. 1 month post procedure update: Everything went great, had new teeth in 8 hours. Dr. Nelson worked miracles, I am very impressed with the fine work and support of the entire staff.

This Wednesday I’ll be trying my waxes of both arch’s and being able to change ANYTHING I feel necessary. Oh, this first “temporary”set I’m wearing is already getting some nice compliments, this is exciting and absolutely the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. So at this time I have to give them 9.98 stars, the previous 8 stars isn’t good enough! //////The following is my first review a few months ago and now they’re even better than I thought. They deserve 8 stars but 5 is the limit! They changed my life!!! From the first call to their answering service to now,2 months after surgery, every step has been fantastic! First visit I was impressed with their office, state of art equipment and cleanliness. Dr. Frank Nelson is a dedicated dentist/surgeon that is constantly perfecting his process due to his care and kindness of his fellow man, this guy truly cares! He answered ALL my questions in detail and I was never rushed along … After years of inferior dental work and implants done incorrectly, it was time to invest in my health , best thing I’ve EVER done for myself! I chose the All on 4 and in hindsight I wish I would have done it sooner. I had infection surrounding my sinuses and have been a mouth breather all my life. In 1 day ALL the infection was GONE and I had beautiful teeth… 1 day!!!!!!!!!! Surgery was a joke.. had a comfy lounge , a few deep breath of oxygen and good night!!!! Woke to …wake up Steve! My anesthesiologist was fantastic too. He explained everything he was doing and had excellent bed side manners! A true gentleman! First 3 days after surgery was painless and I was starving. Learned how to cook great soft food and lots of it. After 3 days Advil and tylonal was all I needed. Now my sense of taste and smell has skyrocketed and I can breath through my nose…weird having been a mouth breather… My energy and motivation has multiplied 10 fold! No more infection stench and I look pretty good too. I want to thank everyone there , you made me feel like family (family you like) Special thanks to Callie for making all this go so smoothly, you’re a special person that cares and ooozes kindness! So I give them 10 stars cuz they’re twice as good as the best I’ve ever had before! At 65, I’ve had many dentists , Dr. Nelson is my angel and I guarantee you WILL be blown away by his kindness and intelligence! YOU ALL ROCK !!!! I love you all, you’ve changed my life! My next appt is tomorrow and I’m looking forward to it.

I went back and paid $300 for a lab reline that was not sopossed to delaminate and was told all the ols]\d would be removed, wasn't the case and feel I am worse off than before. Very unhappy with the lab reline on a few different points
