Experiencia fantástica: This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist appointment. Dr Patty and whole team were so friendly and welcoming. I was a little nervous for a filling today, and they offered comfort and support to help put me at ease before doing the filling which was quick and well done. I will never go anywhere else!

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment to get a cavity filling based on the discounted price I was quoted at the office since I was going to pay for the procedure out of pocket. On the day of the appointment, I was not given any prior notice that the discounted price would not be honored. After the procedure was done, I had to pay more than the amount I was originally told. Use this as a cautionary tale to always get everything in writing. It's a business after all.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Dr Patty and her staff since 2018 and I plan to stay with them forever! I recommend them to all my friends since they are kind, the office is very efficient (sees me within a few minutes of appointment time), they are great w nervous people like my kids (2 and 4 - they give them a bag of dental goodies and ask them to pick a small toy from the toy chest; my son LOVES to see Dr Patty, Audrey and the rest of the staff), very skilled (Dr Patty did my root canal and I felt nothing, I am currently doing invisalign with Dr Patty and love the results), parking is also easy, they have great hours including weekends, late afternoons, early mornings. They inform me if there is a chance to come in earlier that day. They take many standard insurances and will work with you for payments of noninsurance covered things. I love this office and how much everyone cares for each person who walks in!

Experiencia negativa: Called to ask if they took my healthcare, the lady on the phone just said “no” and hung up immediately. Not even an “I’m sorry” or anything. Very rude. It’s challenging finding care covered by your health plan, and things like this are discouraging.

I needed major repair work, was devastated, & in pain. Understanding what I was going through, She was very kind & gentle in her approach. The work has been substantial, over years, in reconstructing my upper palate. Dr. Patty has worked diligently with me, & I now finally have a beautiful smile back. Experiencia positiva: Love this dentist! The only detractor is that if you miss an appointment the receptionist—who is otherwise very lovely—will guilt you and ask you why you missed it. I could do without the judgement. She calls the day before to remind you (which I dislike, would much prefer a text) so I get it but things happen! I cannot refuse my boss’ call or do anything when calls go over. This happened sadly a few times; I’ve been doing my retainer and there are MANY appointments, over a year’s worth. I try my best but yes, things happen and I’m already paying for the misses appointment so why also give me a hard time?

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Patty is amazing and wonderful dentist unfortunately the staff is not great, my husband has an appointment three months ago and he had to cancelled because he was very sick and he was coughing, the staff indicated that he will be charge, I felt it was unfair because he was sick, I made an appointment which is given to me three months after, unfortunately I forget, I was abroad and was unable to get phone calls, they called me, on the day of the appointment, and mentioned that I will be CHARGE because I did not show, I tried to explain to them but they dont give me any options, once again Dr. Patty is amazing, but staff is not helpful
