Experiencia fantástica: I had such a great experience at this office! Patty, the hygienist, was honestly the nicest and made me feel so comfortable throughout my cleaning. She was gentle, attentive, and my teeth have never felt this clean! Dr. Carvan was also wonderful and very professional. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and friendly. Experiencia fantástica: I am a patient of Dr. Gaunci’s and have been absolutely thrilled with my experience from the moment I walked through the door. His entire staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making every visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. Dr. Gaunci took the time to thoroughly evaluate me and develop a treatment plan tailored to my complicated case. I truly appreciate his expertise, patience, and dedication to my care. Danielle, the hygienist, was also wonderful—friendly, gentle, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Gaunci and his amazing team!

Experiencia fantástica: My old dentist retired last year, so I have recently started going to Dental365. I have had the best dental experience of my life so far with Dental365. The entire care team is incredibly kind and professional. I’ve seen Dr. Carvan, who gave me a much needed crown to replace a collection of older, breaking fillings on a molar. This previously problematic tooth feels great a month later. She also found and fixed another area of decay that my previous dentist had missed. She even personally called me to check in on my healing :) In my early adulthood, I had a couple of traumatic experiences with dentists. So I am quite nervous about dental work. If you’re nervous or have very sensitive teeth, I couldn’t recommend this practice more. You will be in great hands!

Experiencia fantástica: First visit. Great practice. Glad I switched.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very nice and diligent in their work. Would recommend to others!

Experiencia fantástica: Got me in quick for an emergent issue I was having while traveling. Staff was great. Doc was great.

Experiencia fantástica: They are great! Patty is great too.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ganci and his team are outstanding. I’ve been a patient for several years for general dental care, but what really prompted me to write this review was my recent cosmetic work. My front teeth had been bonded nearly 40 years ago and finally needed attention. Instead of just fixing the two problem teeth, I chose to do six for a more uniform look—and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Ganci was meticulous throughout the entire process. He paid close attention to every detail and even improved my overbite along the way. The end result exceeded my expectations—my smile hasn’t looked this good in a long time. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited Dr. Ganci's office and had an incredible experience from start to finish. From the warm greeting at the door to the beginning of my treatment, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Ganci and his entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. A special thank you to his hygienist, Danielle, who was exceptional—friendly, thorough, and attentive throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Ganci's office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I found Dr. Ganci and the staff to be relaxed, welcoming and warm. This was my first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience at a dentist office by far! Dr. Ganci did an awesome job with my dental procedure, and was personal and had a great attitude… something I find is not very common in dentists these days. The whole staff was very welcoming and accommodating the entire time I was there. I will be a patient of his going forward and I can’t say enough nice things about him and his staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience with Dr Ganci. I’m terrified of going to the dentist and he made me feel calm. He listened to what I had to say, and he explained everything thoroughly. He is the best and I highly recommend him. Also very caring and nice staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental office and doctor I have been in my life. I'm 64 so there has been many. The place and the staff are excellent. Dr. Alec Ganci is exceptional. And kudos to hygenist Daniel. She is a pleasure. Makes the cleaning experience as comfortable as can be.

Experiencia fantástica: It had been over five years since I last visited a dentist, mainly because I had been told I had cavities, which I knew I didn’t. However, I needed to get fitted for an oral appliance for sleep apnea, and a check-up was required. I searched extensively, but many dental practices had discouraging reviews. Eventually, I found a local dental office with detailed and positive feedback, and they were not wrong. From the moment I called, the front staff were friendly and informative. I was able to get the appointment time I needed, and when I arrived, there was almost no wait. My dental hygienist was friendly and thorough, explaining everything she was doing. Then, I met with Dr. Deeva Carvan, who exceeded my expectations. I needed two crowns and two fillings, which I was aware of since I could clearly see the issues. Dr. Carvan created exquisitely measured and perfectly fitting crowns; they are truly lovely. Also, the fillings were done so well that I couldn’t even tell anything in my mouth had changed. Dr. Carvan is a perfectionist and a delightful person. I am so happy with the results that I felt compelled to share my experience without being asked to write a review.

Experiencia fantástica: Great practice! Dr Ganci and his team are very customer focused and work their hardest to make their patients comfortable. I would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Danielle cleaned my teeth and what an utter pro she is. Incredibly thorough and meticulous, my teeth were in the hands of a master. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ganci and his staff (especially Sabrina, Rudy, and Dana) are exceptional. They are extremely friendly, skillful, and warm. I had a general exam/cleaning as well as a small dental emergency at a different time, and during both appointments, Dr. Ganci and Dana explained every step of the procedures, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and took the time to answer my questions. Dr. Ganci also personally went out of his way to help me figure out an insurance issue which I greatly appreciate. Overall, this office is excellent and the entire team is as competent as they are kind. Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: I have to admit I put off going to the dentist because I had always been afraid, but eventually, one tooth got so bad I had to. After shaking in the waiting room (for a short time) the kind staff told me it was my time. I mentioned my nervousness, and everyone was so nice. Dr. Ganci not only took care of me but when he saw I needed a root canal he made sure I was sent to a specialist he trusted, even it being an emergency and urgent (late afternoon) his team got me into an appointment. I returned to his care for my crown and with 2 easy visits my tooth is perfect. It's safe to say I will be returning for all my dental needs. I have to say as someone who was so afraid to face the music of going back to the dentist after a few years, the hospitality I felt in this office makes me feel like a fool for ever being afraid.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit. I was incredibly impressed by the warmth and kindness of the staff-from the receptionist to the dental assistant to Dr. Ganci, plus friendly smiles and “hello’s” from other staff members who did not work with me. The office is immaculate, and I won’t hesitate to return.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars all around. Dr. Ganci fit my daughter, who is a new patient, in on a fully booked day after she severely cracked her front tooth. The greeting and intake at the front desk was prompt, courteous and welcoming, and that turned out to be my impression of the entire experience. Patty the hygienist provided a knowledgeable explanation of everything she did. She asked about my concerns and was gentle while still being thorough and professional. My teeth felt great when she was finished. The dentist, Dr. Ganci was smart and took the time to ask if I had questions, then took the time to address each one. His exam was comprehensive and his attention to detail was impressive. Overall, I was happy to find my new dental care provider at Dental365 in Port Washington. Experiencia fantástica: Lovely attitude, great dentistry! I have t stopped laughing all visit - dr Gancy is a great joke teller and a very good de that as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I am not scared of the Dentist, but I am terrified of needles. Although I had been going to this office for many years prior, it was my first time with Dr. Ganci. He took extraordinary time and care in oh so gently numbing the area in small doses so that it was easy and care free, and the filling is beautiful. His dental assistant Debbie, who I know from many prior visits, helped me calm down from needle anxiety, and was reassuringly by my side. My prior office cleaning by hygienist Dana was exceptional as well. Best part, is that if I need future work, I will not be scared, as Dr. Ganci took excellent care every step of the way.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff at Dental 365 in Port Washington are so nice, thoughtful and friendly. From Patty the hygienist who is so warm, makes you feel comfortable and always checks in to Brenda at the front desk who follows up, and is always so accommodating. Of course Dr Ganci too-he is patient, answers all of your questions and listens to your concerns. These are just some of the people in the office, but everyone truly stands out.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Alec Ganci is nothing short of a dental superhero! After surviving some truly nightmarish dental visits with other dentists in the past, I can say with full confidence that no one compares to him. Dr. Ganci, swooped in like the tooth fairy I never knew I needed! He’s got the precision of a surgeon, the patience of a monk, and the ability to make you feel like you’re not in a dentist’s chair but at a spa (okay, almost). Not only does he fix the mess other dentists leave behind, but he does it with such ease and care that you’ll wonder why you were ever nervous about going to the dentist in the first place. If your mouth is a dental battleground, Dr. Ganci is the hero you need. Five stars aren’t enough for him!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ganci and his staff are great! They not only do great work, they take the time to discuss everything, answer questions thoroughly, and they are all very pleasant!

Experiencia fantástica: My children and I have been going to dental 365 for a few years now, and since I’ve started seeing Patty as my hygienist, I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore! Patty is thorough and kind, making the appointment quick, painless (I’ll never get another cleaning without numbing gel again) and pleasant (a word I never thought I’d use for a dental visit). Couldn’t recommend booking an appointment with Patty more!
