Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Anjali Dave is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever been to. I first saw her last month when I was in severe pain and needed an emergency root canal. Even though she was out of network with my insurance, she was worth every penny. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was more than just another patient. Dr. Dave and her entire team are incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. They even called to check on me in the days after my procedure to make sure I was recovering well. When my pain became worse than expected, they got me back into the office right away, evaluated everything thoroughly, and prescribed a different antibiotic to help. While I was waiting for my permanent crown, part of my temporary filling came out. I called the office, and they had me come in the very next day just to smooth the sharp edge that was bothering me. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, they genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find a dental office where everyone truly cares about both your oral health and your overall well-being. Dr. Dave takes the time to listen, explain everything, and make sure you’re receiving the best possible care. Her staff is just as wonderful, always friendly, responsive, and eager to help. I only wish she were in network with my dental plan. When it’s time to renew my insurance, I actually plan to choose a plan that includes her because I absolutely want to continue seeing Dr. Dave. That’s how exceptional she and her team are. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

My appointment was with Dr. Dave. She was very caring, thorough, excellent credentials and I proceeded with a root canal. The procedure was painless. The actual root canal was surprisingly quick and painless. I felt absolutely nothing during the treatment, which was a huge relief. Experiencia fantástica: I called into the office this morning because I was having excruciating pain on a tooth that needed a root canal. I spoke to Chrissy at the front desk and she was an absolute pleasure. She asked if I was in pain and then she said that she’ll get me help right away. The doctor stayed an hour and a half after the time that she told me on the phone that he was supposed to leave to help me out. I’m a pretty sensitive person so the procedure was not painful, but I did cry and they helped me feel better. I really appreciate the kindness of everyone in the office today. It was my very first dental procedure and they really did help me feel comfortable. I definitely see myself coming back here.

Experiencia negativa: The doctors and front desk were decent enough but for some reason every time I go there is a 20+ minute wait even with an appointment scheduled. They close at 5 during the week so I needed to leave work early for an appt which I waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room alone.

Dr. Panzarino did not see an issue on a standard x-ray, but their 3D x-ray scanner identified in my problem immediately. I had never had a root canal before and was a little apprehensive, but Dr. Panzarino explained the entire process, why it was needed, what likely caused it, and what he would do. He even showed me the issue on the 3D x-rays. He was quick and efficient, and concerned that I was okay throughout the procedure. Results were excellent. I highly recommend him!
