Family and Cosmetic Dentistry of Randolph, Dr. Anthony Fusco & Dr. Joseph Caravano

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful !

Experiencia positiva: LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Super nice hygienists, doctors, and staff - with the exception of one lady at the front desk. The young brunette with glasses needs a serious attitude check. She responded sharply to the couple questions we had, and made us feel very uncomfortable. She was unnecessarily disrespectful and there was no understanding from her side as we tried to ask basic questions about insurance and booking our next appointment. For instance, when we asked if she could find out what our insurance policy was on the bi-annual cleanings (whether our insurance was two per year or only six months and a day), she responded rudely saying that was something WE were supposed to know, not her. I completely understand if that indeed was something we should have known, but there is a way of responding and explaining things to patients. She is the face of the practice, and should have responded kindly and professionally to all our questions. We were not taking up much of her time, and were perfectly cordial. Other than this young lady, I love coming here, and would highly recommend this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to this office by my oral surgeon, and I had such a great experience. The office itself is clean, modern, and really aesthetically pleasing—I loved that there were TVs in each room, which made the visit feel more comfortable and relaxing. The dentist I saw was very warm, kind, and attentive. I felt like he took his time and gave me a really thorough exam, which I truly appreciated. The hygienist was also incredibly kind and made the whole experience even better. I’m really happy to have found this office and would definitely recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been going to this practice for 10 years now. The doctors and hygienists are very professional, thorough and personable . We left a practice in Montville, and we’re very glad that we did!

Experiencia fantástica: We all suffer critical and life changing experiences of life and when in the midst of such events, our sensitivities are heightened to different extents. Whilst in the depths of such an experience 'teeth cleaning' is the very last thing you want because however important one seeks solace. I have to record that through my routine cleaning Dr Fusco and his highly experienced hygienist Elyse showed such kindness and professionalism it was impossible to pass without recording my sincere thanks to those two persons. But it did not rest there because all the other members of the staff that remembered my wife (dear Alison who has been a patient for over 25 years - a quarter if a century ) openly expressed sympathies showing the caring and compassion that you experience within a true Family. Yes, I felt that I was visiting my Family dentist and hygienist and although thank you are two small words they have a huge meaning; thank you Dr Fusco, Elyse and your staff.

Experiencia negativa: Dentist and Hygienist are all wonderful 5 stars for them. Office is nice and clean, tons of parking. Here’s the problem. I was quoted $600. When I finally go to pay they tell me $690. I’m confused and explain what I was quoted. They said there’s no notes that I was quoted that and that it’s always been $690. So apparently they under quote and or over charge. Make sure you get your quote in writing. Very disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Fusco and his staff are all top notch. Everyone is so nice, they do great work, and I always feel that any questions or concerns I have are fully addressed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fusco is thorough and trustworthy. The office is clean. Staff is professional and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here since I think I was 14? I’ve always loved the service here and Kristen is the most amazing hygienist ever. I won’t give my age away but it’s been more than 14 years that I’ve been a client and I’m only now leaving a review for one reason. Last night my dad had the most horrible tooth ache. His head was throbbing, ears on fire - we all know the feeling. I encouraged him, despite it being after hours, to call and leave a voicemail. To our very surprise, Kelly the receptionist, sent him a text saying Dr. Caravano could see him at 8AM the very next morning. He so gratefully took the appointment and needed to have an emergency extraction due to a severe infection etc. I am so thankful for this level of commitment and I know my dad is too. Despite the practice growing rapidly over the years, they have still maintained professionalism and kept the customers first! I am so thankful and I know my dad is too.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience. Office is clean. Staff is friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience as always!

Experiencia positiva: Great experience

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first visit at this office after changing dentists and everything was great. Dr. Fusco and the assistant were kind, efficient and informative. I was nervous to try a new place after having a bad experience elsewhere while looking for an a new dentist that took my insurance, but I would definitely recommend this dental office. Thanks for a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience from start to finish.

Experiencia fantástica: Very organized

Experiencia fantástica: Jackie was wonderful as my hygienist. She is a great asset to the office.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this office for 25 years. Always great! The clerical staff, hygienists and the dentists are wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Caravano and the rest of the team are excellent! I’ve never had a better experience at a dentist’s office. Dina and Jackie their hygienists are the best at their jobs! Highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I love coming to this dentist. All of the staff are friendly and caring. I love Teresa and Dr Fusco. They are the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr Fusco for three years. As a child I did not take care of my teeth. Sorry for that. Dr Fusco is excellent. He discusses all options with me and takes the time so I understand. From all the work and cost I have incurred over all the years I have comfort that Dr Fusco is not going to recommend work that is not required. Sad to say that was not the case with my prior dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had to get a temporary front replacement tooth in anticipation of a more permanent one to be installed when she becomes an adult. The amount of care and attention that Dr. Fusco and the technician, Mark, provided was outstanding. Dr. Fusco was incredibly patient and attentive to detail and answered all of our questions. Additionally, matching a permanent tooth’s color is nearly impossible, but Mark painstakingly worked to try to match her neighboring teeth with such care and attention to help her feel comfortable with the look and feel of it. Amazing experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Caravano and his staff are personable as well as knowledgeable. The office is clean and bright and the equipment looks new. I went in for an emergency visit since I broke a molar and was seen promptly, I appreciate that.

Experiencia fantástica: Office and medical staff are the best. It is so easy to reach someone by phone, and such a pleasure to be friendly greeted by name upon entering the office. Plus Dr Fusco is wonderful; I have been going to him for 10 years

Experiencia fantástica: Patricia is great!

Experiencia fantástica: The. Best. Ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: Great and caring people work here!

Experiencia fantástica: Always fast and thorough visits given with a smile. Been a patient for years.

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience at a dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: High quality work performed in a friendly and efficient matter.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience.would highly recommend them to anyone. Especially someone like me who is usually afraid of dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick, efficient, and so kind! They do an excellent job with me and my children. In fact, got 3 of us out within 60 min (with x-rays included)

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience at Dr. Caravano’s Dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: The best dentist I ever went to. Wait times are minimal and sometimes nonexistent - super efficient and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: I am always very satisfied with the work of the staff, their professionalism and their care. I have been going to that office for more than twenty years. I don’t see myself or my family members going anywhere else. Thank you Dr Caravano, Dr Fusco and the staff for all you do. God bless you and your family.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Dr.Fusco for years. He's great! The hygenest that cleaned my teeth was very professional and extremely good. I recommend Dr. Fusco to anyone that asks.

Experiencia negativa: To say the least, Dr. Fusco does not care about his patients. Having an emergency, I went to Doctor Fusco whom I had been seeing since I was about 3 years old (roughly 26 years). He brushed me off and prescribed a very basic antibiotic, mostly used for the flu and strep throat) and told me I would be better in a day. The next day, my eye was swollen shut and I was in worse pain than when I had seen him. When I called the office, he was “too busy” to see me and had the receptionist tell me I should be better by the end of day or maybe try an oral surgeon. To make a long story short, I ended up being admitted to the hospital due to the swelling/ infection only to be told what he had prescribed had made it worse. The infectious disease doctor recommend I call the dentist to let him know and when I did, Fusco shirked responsibility for any wrong doing, yelling that it wasn’t his fault and he didn’t have time. My entire family has been going there for over 20 years and after being treated like this, I will never go back. I highly recommend searching elsewhere if you’re looking for top quality care or requesting one of the other dentists in the office.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent knowledgeable doctors and even better care!

Experiencia fantástica: I Always have a great visit ! The people that work here are truly the best in class !

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Dr. Fusco since he took over the practice. Best dentist in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience at first appointment. Received lots of time and attention from Dr. Caravano himself. Not a “factory” like many other dental practices these days.

Experiencia fantástica: Always so scared of going to the dentist but love going here. I scheduled my appointment at 8:45 and I was running a bit late and showed up at 8:50 by 9:13 I was back in my car after a cleaning and checkup. Extremely fast and professional

Experiencia fantástica: Every one was very profesional and friendly making you feel very comfortable .

Experiencia fantástica: So very happy with my experience there. The staff is so friendly and professional. Jackie worked on my crown and I must say she was so kind and attentive. They are all such hard workers. Thank you. So so happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent visit. I was seen by my dentist on time. He was to diagnose the source of my toothache after a X ray and an examination.

Experiencia fantástica: Good and friendly people

Experiencia fantástica: Thorough, kind and efficient. Just a great experience at the dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. Anthony Fusco for over 25 years. He has always been professional and the office staff is amazing. His dental hygienist Teresa is a GEM!

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to this dentist about a year ago; and I have loved it. My first visit they provided toothpaste special for my poor. enamel due to health things when I was younger. I have always avoided the dentist because of it because I am so prone to cavities, but they have been so patient and kind with me. Would highly recommend and every chair has a cable tv which is a plus and is calming.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love being a patient here. The staff is always extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. I’ve been going here several years and have never had a bad experience and I am not always a brave dental patient. I cannot say enough good things about the entire office and the superb care and services I receive. Thank you to all of them for making me comfortable and confident and even at ease when I can be a bit anxious. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Every single person was kind & it is a nice and bright office.

Experiencia fantástica: I used to be petrified of going to the dentist and Dr.LaMorte and his team are so gentle and kind. They will make sure you are so comfortable no matter what it is you go in for.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly atmosphere. I am not a fan of dentists and always wait until I can’t take the pain before making an appointment. The two times I have been to see Dr. LaMorte they were both same day emergency. He is very professional and friendly and the staff makes you feel welcomed. A+++

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fusco‘s office is always very friendly and very efficient. Dr Fusco is an excellent dentist and he has hired an excellent staff, and I am always happy when I go to the dentist rather than afraid or fearful. Immaculately clean but more importantly, as I said earlier a very friendly and caring staff and I would recommend it to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentistry and staff a patient can ask for.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fusco and his staff are great. Professional, quick & efficient and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Dr Fusco for 20 years and his dental care for myself and my family has been exceptional. Caring and professional staff too.

Experiencia fantástica: I tasked Dina with the impossible, a full cleaning, X-rays and doctor exam in like 25 minutes so I could make it to work for a presentation. She nailed it! Thank you to all for being so accommodating but also gentle while working!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr C and his staff are simply the best

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional. Bright and clean office. Staff is always friendly. My hygienist was the best. I honestly do not look forward to dental appointments but they make you glad you came

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Fusco's group, is an excellent office, all dental hygienists and Drs are nice. I'm happy with the dental care I get there.

Experiencia fantástica: Truly the best dentist I ever had! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Very through cleaning and knowledge. Had cosmetic done for my teeth and was such a smooth process! Love this office my whole family goes now!

Experiencia fantástica: Not only was it very convenient location since it’s close to where I live, it was also the most professional and one of the most friendly dentistry's I’ve ever been to since my last visit when I was a child at another office. Their office was also clean and cozy, and a staff there were extremely sweet. The doctor cleaning my teeth was not only gentle, she also warned me on certain uncomfortable spots and said if it hurt to tell her and she’d stop to reassure me to know that I can be comfortable enough to open up if I’m in discomfort. Highly recommend coming here if you don’t already have a primary dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: All staff are fantastic and patient! Ashley was excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: Went for my first visit today! The staff was great! Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend coming to this office

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone from the moment you enter the lobby/reception is friendly and helpful. I have a patient here for probably decades. Like the other previous hygienists, Jen took care of my x-rays and did an amazing job today getting my teeth clean and feeling great after I had missed a few previous cleanings. She answered lots of questions I had and most importantly listened to some of my goals and objectives for discussing my care plan with Dr. Caravano. Jen was very attentive to making sure I was comfortable, while being efficient and effective at getting my tooth/gum health, etc back on track! Dr. Caravano discussed my care plan with me for treating some of the cavities that have been on the docket prior to my missed cleanings, plus a problem molar that I am being referred to an oral surgeon to extract the molar. I'm looking forward to my oral surgery visit as well as my next visit for fillings with Family and Cosmetic Dentistry of Randolph. In short my teeth look and feel so much better after my cleaning today! Thanks for helping me get my dental health back on track after some missed cleanings!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was great, quick and friendly! Glad I made the switch. They feel more honest and genuine than my last dentist. Took me same day as a new patient too!!! Kudos to you all!

Experiencia fantástica: Love fusco

Experiencia fantástica: My young adult daughter told me the other day, “mom, I love going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned. It’s relaxing”. I was floored, but then I thought about it and she’s right. The dentists and hygienists are lovely to work with. They listen, they are gentle, efficient and thorough. They’re also on time with their appointments. I am grateful for a positive dental experience!!
