Dr. Kamath is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous, and she always takes the time to explain exactly what my teeth are doing, why they’re doing it, and what consequences they will face if they continue to resist. She and her dental assistant, Dani, are a fantastic team - warm, funny, patient, and somehow able to make having two people stare deeply into your mouth while discussing the behavior of individual teeth feel like a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. I always leave feeling extremely well cared for and newly committed to wearing my aligners like the responsible adult I briefly believe myself to be. Five stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kamath and her darling assistant Dani were absolutely amazing. I loved watching their teamwork and rapport. When they experienced a technical hiccup with a major piece of equipment, they calmly worked through getting things working. I really appreciated how many times both of them checked in with me on my comfort level. Many times during the procedure they checked to make sure I was still doing ok. This is pretty standard. The room was very cool so a blanket was offered and provided. After care instructions were provided and my understanding confirmed. I felt so comfortable with all the staff. The front desk is always so friendly with me. The young man that sings. The beautiful lady Joanie that has a welcoming smile and kind heart for everyone. I always feel like Dr. Kamath is a partner WITH me in the treatment plan. If something doesn't fit my finances, we easily discuss options until we work out a plan that does work. I adore Dr. Kamath and feel so grateful for her.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great dental experience with Tiffany. I was getting my lower gums, deep cleaned, and I was expecting an unpleasant experience, with a shot and everything else. Tiffany was fantastic. There was no pain. She explained everything step-by-step, I was relaxed. The procedure got done without any anxiety.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled a cleaning at 8 am. They performed an exam then told me I was not scheduled for a cleaning and could not get me done that day for one. That I would need to schedule one. My wife had a surgery with them at 9 we left my 1030. They asked where to send the medication. We went to pick up they had not sent it yet. Went back 2 hours later still had not sent it found out they sent it somewhere else. It took until 530 pm to get her prescription sent to the right place she was severely in pain with no medication to help with it. Worst experience I have ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: My whole family goes here. Everyone is super friendly! What I’m extremely pleased with is the billing department is always correct with what our insurance covers or doesn’t. Only one time in the past 4 years have they gotten my pricing wrong, BUT they refunded me without hassle. My hubby used to visit “Reunion dentistry” and they were ALWAYS charging him too much and was always giving me a hassle for a refund if my EOB showed a cheaper amount. I made my hubby drop them and start coming here!! my two kiddos, my hubby, and myself are all happy with this whole office! All of the providers we see are gentle and super kind thank you to this whole office for making a trip to the dentist less painful

But for me it was extraordinarily lucky, because it was the beginning of feeling so much better about my teeth, thanks to the team at Brighton Modern Dentistry. I was so grateful that Dr. Kamath was able to get me in right away. I had been too, too long without a dentist, but thank GOODNESS I got into this office! I needed emergency dental care and every place I called had no openings on a Monday and they got me in same day to extract a bad tooth and cure an infection. Kaylee was so empathetic of the state I was in and was able to help me navigate my insurance and get me in with Dr. Roggow who is nothing short of professional and efficient and caring. Also would like to personally thank Pierre the healthcare coordinator for setting me up with an affordable payment plan so I could be able to have everything taken care of. These guys are seriously the best and they genuinely care about their patients which I’m very grateful for.

I put it off way too long due to that fear and this office and staff made me feel so comfortable. It started with Deysi with the X-rays. She was so quick while maintaining comfort for me, this is huge as it sets the tone for the rest of the work being done. I then moved onto Susy, she was the dental hygienist working on me. She was so sweet, answered all my questions and made time for me to feel comfortable as we went. She was so attentive if I needed to take a break and did not make me feel bad for the appointment taking a bit longer. Then came in Dr.Kamath! Her bedside manner is fantastic!! I had some anxiety kick in with the anesthetic and she was so patient and even help my hand when I requested. She made the appointment a conversation and didn’t overwhelm me with everything at once. Her treatment plan took into consideration my anxiety and I am very appreciative! I ended the day with Josh, most people dread the checkout as I know I do because, well, money. This office provides a yearly plan internally and it’s the best I”ve seen! Josh walked me through my options and the priorities suggested from Dr. Kamath and I left very happy and not completely broke. I will definitely be visiting this site again.

Experiencia negativa: I had a 2:00 appointment but wasn't taken back until 2:20. Then, the hygienist kept making small talk despite me telling her my day was crappy. I finally had to APOLOGIZE to her for asking her to move my treatment along because I had to pick up my son. Treatment started at 2:30 and ended at 2:45. I did not get the cleaning I needed but I left thanking her. I am feeling really bitter about this encounter.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m new to the area and decided to try Brighton Modern Dentistry based on their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did. On the day of my cleaning, I had a packed schedule and only gave myself about an hour for the new patient intake and cleaning. I was brought back right on time, but after the X-rays and getting settled into the exam chair, nearly 30 minutes had already passed. I’m not sure if I was given a time estimate when I scheduled, but looking back, it was definitely an oversight on my part to only allow an hour. When Dr. Roggow came in to go over the plan, I had to admit that I hadn’t budgeted enough time to complete everything that day. I told him I’d likely have to come back in a month or two due to my hectic schedule. To my surprise, Dr. Roggow said no problem, and then offered to try and fit me in later that same day, after I finished my other appointments. I was genuinely stunned by their flexibility and willingness to accommodate me, especially given how busy they already were. I’m sure I created extra work for someone on staff, but I truly appreciated the kindness and effort. When I returned, Tiffany (my hygienist) and Dr. Roggow took fantastic care of me. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole experience comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly!

I went in for my appointment yesterday which was at 4pm and arrived at 3:30pm (just in case I needed to do anything before my appointment), they got me checked in right away and was only able to sit down for less than a minute before they were already calling my name. I was in and out and leaving before my actual appointment start time. Everyone there are so welcoming and humorous, they’ve made every visit of mine extremely pleasant and had me leaving feeling better about myself. I will never go to another dentist location; I’ll always recommend Brighton Modern Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down, the best dental facility anywhere near Brighton/the North Denver Area. The staff is professional and friendly. The dentists and oral hygienists make you feel comfortable and confident in their work. Recently I cracked an old crown, Brighton Modern Dentistry got me in quickly and made the crown on site, taking only about an hour to do. They then worked with insurance to help get as much of the procedure covered as possible. They’re a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. It’s worth driving 45 minutes each way to stay with them.

Experiencia negativa: I unfortunately had a rough experience with my Invisalign braces with this company. I went in to fix a gap in my top teeth. They said they wanted to close some small space in my bottom teeth as well, so I agreed. As the treatment was going with my braces there were multiple delays with trays & the projected time to be complete treatment ended up going way past due what they thought. I understand that delays happen. But the worst part is they ended up making my bottom teeth crooked. After going through multiple trays and delays to try and fix them, we got my bottom kind of straight but now I can feel a little movement on teeth in the crooked area. I wish I would have spoke up at the time to have them try and fix it. But instead I signed the papers saying I completed the treatment. The experience/ results were not worth the thousands I paid.

Experiencia negativa: My wife went in for a cleaning and the upsell and services were overwhelming. They ended up billing our insurance for over $1,800. There was nothing other than cleaning the teeth and the X-rays they ordered. Needless to say we won’t be taking our family here.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient at BMD&O for many years now. I have seen Dr. Roggow who has been amazing. This visit it was my understanding that I was moved off his schedule because he had a difficult root canal/crown he needed to work on. As a patient who had that same experience I completely understand. So, I saw Dr. Nisha Kamath. She seemed nice. Not as warm and welcoming as Dr. Roggow but I've been his established patient for years. She asked if I had any issues or concerns with my teeth and I said no, she started to use the ultrasonic scaler on my teeth and right away I tensed up. She was aggressive and rough. I felt pain. I am someone who flosses as if it's my part time job several times a day. So, this was very unnecessary. At the end scaling my teeth she asked if when I floss if I ever have bleeding and I said no, I never do. She let me know I did when she scaled and I let her know, well yes, you caused me pain and you were aggressive and rough. She then told me I had inflammation on my gums. Probably after that harsh scaling along my gum line I did. She then told me it would benefit me to come in every three months for a cleaning. As I write this review I look in a mirror at my pink non inflamed gums. I do not appreciate 1. The treatment from this Dr. 2. Being lied to by her in an attempt to gain upsell unnecessary service. I'd also like to mention that the dental assistant went to polish my teeth without placing a dental bib down as routine done. When questioned she went to the back room and grabbed a towel and placed it on my neck and chest. I get that costs have gone up but a case of 500 are $15. She also did a half ass job polishing my teeth and rushed through it. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this office. I walked out of the operatory and to the front desk and told Pierre, the front desk assistant that I did not want to schedule a 6-month appointment and told him why both him and the gentleman sitting next to him let me know that they will absolutely put it on my chart that I will never see that doctor ever again and assured me of this. I ended up scheduling my 6-month appointment in May. Because of this experience, this office almost lost a patient who has been a dedicated patient and coming to this dental office for over 10 years. Corporate dental offices are not sales floors. Please hire professional staff who are kind and gentle with their patients and know what they are doing.

Experiencia negativa: I when here because I thought I had an infection. In fact I did they pulled my tooth that was infected and never gave me antibiotics for the infection. I went back 3 days after they pulled my tooth because I still had really bad pain and still wasn't gave an antibiotic. 2 weeks later had to miss work and ended in the emergency room at 4 am because I was in tears because of the pain in my mouth.

When I walked in the door, I was already in tears, but the people working at the front desk were kind t. Dr. Kamath took time to check in with me before I even opened my mouth to make sure I was OK. Her empathy and kindness to me were above and beyond what I expected. Thank you, Dr. Klamath! Dr. Sekler was amazing also. My original appointment had to be rescheduled because he was in back pain. Two days later, he still got me in and did a phenomenal job! I hope he is feeling back to normal, by the way. Thank you, Dr. Sekler, for doing your best work when I'm sure you were in pain too! Brighten Modern Dentistry has given me the courage and confidence to make my smile beautiful. Thank you for the bottom of my heart.

It’s such hassle having to find different offices for different services. All the front end staff is super friendly, as are the hygienists and doctors. Experiencia positiva: This was our 1st visit to this clinic for my son to get braces. There is a man named Josh he was very rude and unprofessional. I would suggest that if he is working with the public he should work on his attitude and communication. Made me very uncomfortable. Other than that the assistant was great and the other front office lady Joanie and Isabelle very nice and the rest of our visit more comfortable. Thank you ladies.

Dr. Roggow is the best dentist I've ever had work on my teeth, and I've had some good, old-school dentists over the years. He does beautiful work and is very gentle. I've recently moved back to Denver but will definitely continue going to Brighton Modern Dentistry - it's worth the trip!

I especially loved how I wasn’t tasked with a bunch of paperwork to fill out upon arrival like every other dentist I’ve ever been to. Something else outstanding was how they were able to tell me exactly what my insurance would cover and what I would owe and they offered tremendous payment plans and options for out of pocket costs. This office is how dental offices should be and Dr. Roggow is an exceptional dentist. 10/10 would recommend.
