The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, beginning with the phone conversations and continuing through my visit in the office. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and inviting, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the snacks and drinks available for patients. I did not have to wait long for my appointment, and since I had a time constraint, the team was very respectful of that and made sure I was able to get out within my timeframe. The staff and the doctor were both extremely kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to listen, help put me at ease, and were very willing to work with my concerns and limitations. I came here after having a very different experience at another chain dental clinic, where I felt pressured and like the focus was more on fear and cost rather than actually helping me. This office was the complete opposite — I felt cared for, respected, and like they genuinely wanted to find the best solution for me. I highly recommend this practice!

She made my babies feel safe and comfortable and was super attentive and friendly. Dr. O'neil answered all my questions and was very kind and considerate to my boys as well accomplishing what was needed without overly stressing them out. So glad we found this place!

Later, I was ushered to an exam room by the dental hygienist who was cordial and pleasant. She explained the procedure she is about to perform. That made me comfortable. She did her job perfectly. Then I was treated as if I was the only patient they had to see. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was helped with my paperwork. I was also rescheduled quickly for next procedure. Which is very good because I’m in a lot of discomfort. Dr Kirk explained to me about what needs to be done. I was so impressed by her kindness and willingness to help me out. I needed a new invisible ortho retainer after mine cracked, and since I am a university student far from home and from my original orthodontist, I was trying to find a fair price and good service in the area. They helped me right away and treated me with care. Other offices quoted me two to three times more, but Valley Smile Care was honest and affordable. My only wish is that they accepted a wider range of insurance companies so I could make them my main dentist. Still, this is a great practice and I am thankful for their help.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dunaway’s since 2003 and recently made a huge mistake because of an insurance issue I went to another Dentist office that took that insurance it was an eye opening experience was like day/night service and office staff and mainly very uncomfortable experience compared to the great service I had become accustomed to at Dr. Dunaway’s office. I canceled the awful/expensive dental insurance and Dr. Dunaway’s office has a service and rates for the uninsured. If you need a great dentist with qualified staff and he will take very good care of you give them a call!! Thank you Dr. Dunaway and your dental hygienist Dabney for everything
