I was there 3 times in 2 days, and Dr. O’Brien and everyone else that I interacted with were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brouillette and Harlee did an outstanding job with the trainwreck that was in my mouth. The whole experience from Gracie setting up my next day appointment to Dr. B’s spot on diagnosis of what I needed to have done and getting it all done in less than 3 weeks and relatively painless was beyond words awesome. Harlee’s dentist chair side manner kept me calm while gently patting my hand while I got my shots from Dr. B to her singing along to the songs on the radio overhead while working on my teeth made my experience much more enjoyable. 5 stars ⭐️ is all I can give them and they are well worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: Dental hygienist, Ms Victoria, was wonderful. Professional and thorough. Dr O’Brien explained exactly what was needed to save my tooth. Best dental visit EVER!

Experiencia fantástica: I read the reviews before making an appointment. Still I said, "these are exaggerated. Who has a good experience at the dentist?" My expectations were exceeded! I've had 2 great experiences so far and I'm terrified to go to the dentist. This place is it. There has never been a dental office or place that has made me feel this comfortable and accepted. Thanks Superior Dentistry!!!

Megan was awesome as she explained every single detail of what she was doing. I truly appreciate her knowledge and her genuine kindness. Words can’t explain how comfortable and at ease she made me feel. I can’t wait until my next appointment and everything they have planned to restore my smile!! Thanks a million guys!!!❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Meagan is the best! I’m terrified of even getting my teeth cleaned. She makes the experience so easy. I am so glad we met!! Highly recommend her and Dr. O’Brien.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist. So this is going to be kind of long. I came in today for a visit after being referred by a friend. I was extremely nervous, shaking, and having a mini panic attack. I walked in and was greeted by some of the nicest staff I have met. I got called back and was freaking out worse and worse each step I took. I got to the back sat down and the nurses and doctor both immediately put me at ease and comforted me. I finished with just the exam and explained my problems to them I had in the past. They assured me I was in good hands and let me know anything and everything they were doing or what we were going to do going forward in detail and upfront with pricing. I came back for a second round of X-rays and pictures and exams and the second time around I felt like I walked into an office of friends. I felt so at ease it blew my mind. I most definitely will recommend them to anyone and everyone I come into contact with. Thank you guys so much for calming me down and making sure I was good. I won’t ever be leaving them!!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Superior Denistry was awesome! Megan, my Dental Hygienist was very nice and thorough the entire time of my visit. I am looking forward to coming back to see Megan.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very thankful to have found this dentist office. Been dealing with discomfort since December and waited till I couldn’t stand it anymore. The staff made me an appointment on very short notice and took excellent care of me. Same day extraction! Will definitely be a repeat patient. I highly recommend them.

Called late Thursday afternoon2/29 and spoke to a very sweet receptionist (I hate that I didn’t get any names, sorry I was in so much pain), she went over and beyond to get me in the very next day 3/1. Everyone at this office was very sweet and accommodated to my every need, starting from check-in to checkout . Dr O’Brien and his nurse were amazing. Came in, took X-rays and then took care of business!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Even scheduled a follow up appt bc I will definitely be back. If you’re in pain and need help asap, I highly recommend Superior Dentistry!!! Thank you again Dr O’Brien & Staff. They even gave me cute T-shirts and other goodies as I left

The kindness in everyone I met definitely helped, from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the doctor. They were just plain wonderful. Every room was clean and comfortable. You definitely want to experience Superior Dentistry. I know I have a dentist I will visit for whatever need I have.

Experiencia fantástica: Lynuce was super nice. She really got in there.

Experiencia fantástica: The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. My hygienist Ms. Carrie was really sweet and understanding with my 1 year old baby that had to come in with me, she also UNDERSTOOD the assignment & CLEANED my teeth soooo good I can SMILE AGAIN !! Thank you again Superior Dentistry, it was a pleasure ♥️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Palmer is always so patient and caring with me and my teeth!!! Thank you Dr Palmer for many years of service inside the office and outside of the office helping people in need!

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff I encountered were so welcoming, kind and caring of my needs (and anxieties!). I've never had a more relaxing, positive dental visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Was very pleased with wait time. Appointment went fairly fast. Staff super friendly and informative.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole office is great, but Lynn, my hygienist, is the best. She is thorough, detailed and let you know what's going on step by step as she goes. Lynn makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is absolutely amazing, i went in with the worst tooth pain i’ve ever experienced, i called at 7 that morning and they had me in by 10, they looked at my mouth and took x-rays, and pulled my tooth that same day, the staff was nice and very helpful, the office was beautiful .Overall i had a very good experience, i felt no pain or discomfort while getting my tooth extracted. i highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience today at the Palmer & O’Brien Family Dentistry! The Dental Assistant, Megan, was truly amazing and was very sweet to me the entire time! Filling out the new patient paperwork was quick and easy as well! Also, had Dr. O’Brien as my Dentist and he’s a LaTech Alumni so I liked him even more! Overall, I would definitely recommend their Dentistry to anyone without a doubt! An amazing atmosphere as well as amazing people!

Experiencia fantástica: Victoria is very thorough and gentle. One of my best dental cleaning experiences ever. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this dentistry! It’s very welcoming and professional. Amazing and fast work on fixing my daughters tooth! Thank you so much.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Palmer an O'Brien back in 2019 , I loved that they listened to me ,an insured me that I would be taking care of, my experience has been nothing but wonderful every time, I highly recommend them 10/10!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Had an impacted/cavity on my wisdom tooth, I called all the places that take my insurance, their soonest slot for an EMERGENCY was mid April. Then I called Palmer O Brien and was told I could come right in for a consult; 2h after making that first call, I’m pain free, the tooth is fixed, and i was treated like I was an established patient. They could have easily told me sorry it’s Friday (like the first 3 did). I will recommend them highly to anyone that asks. They listened to my concern and offered a plan to fix my issue. Although I am self-pay, I think the cost was reasonable given the work involved. Don’t take my word for how awesome Dr O Brien was, go see for yourself!

Experiencia fantástica: I always have such a positive experience when attending an appointment at Palmer and O' Brien Family Dentistry. The dental hygienist is absolutely amazing and always happy to answer all my questions. They are very friendly, affordable, and I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Love these guys! I was terrified of dentists until I met Dr O'Brian. I literally had to be sedated for anything. Something about these guys makes me feel safe and I do not use sedation for any reason today. Very helpful in the office and willing to work with me when I need it. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: #1 best dental place in Shreveport. Amazing staff and a beautiful atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: My dental hygiene Did a very good job she deserves 5 stars thank you

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff from the front desk to the dental hygienists to the dentists are very pleasant and they are consummate professionals. They take a personal interest in their patients and make sure that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. O'Brien hands down! I was a nervous wreck today and tried not to show it. I was expecting pain the entire time but it never came and i exhaled when he was all done.. Everything from his professionalism, the numbing process, and the work was great. I will never go anywhere else and would most definitely recommend his services.

Experiencia fantástica: Very efficient and friendly staff would recommend there services to anyone .

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great and worth the pay, been using Dr. Palmer since 2005” Thank You!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. O'Brian was fantastic and so was his hygienist Victoria. She was patient, kind, informative, and diligent. I highly recommend this dentist. Frankly, I was impressed with his entire staff. I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist's office as I had here. I would recommend this office to anybody who needs dental treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great visit, part of that is ensuring my attitude is good. But on the staff's side, they've always had the same, helpful, caring way of treating me, and making sure they put the patient at ease. I love 'em! They're good peeps!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is very clean, professional and personable! The employees are so sweet and make you feel like your their friend!! Dr. Palmer is always so upfront and knowledgeable!! Love this place!

Experiencia negativa: Was not happy with the service. I asked about getting my teeth remove I was told making a flipper would cost me more out my pocket. So I am assuming the dentist thought I couldn't pay for it. And the sad part I was not showed any brochure or anything pretending my opinions. I was scheduled to see another dentist in the office later that day. I don't play the race card but that kind of made me feel kind of funny. I was not explained nothing about my teeth what the dentist saw or anything too me he was in a extremely rush So I won't be going back and I would not recommend them to no one. This is my experience which has nothing to do with someone else. I will try another dentist.
