Experiencia fantástica: I love this dentist office. Everyone is kind and professional. They are on time for appointments. The office is clean and pretty.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentists. Never try to talk you into procedures that may not be necessary.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mousa is the best he always takes good care of me and I would definitely recommend him to others. He has done the best and most cost effective dental work than I've ever received. Another great visit!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never heard so much joy and laughter in a dental office. I used to be a dental assistant and have had many dentist since I was a child and none have ever been so happy, kind and considerate as all the people in this office. Very professional, thoughtful and caring. So glad my friend referred me to this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent appointment as always! Employees are kind and very thoughtful!

Experiencia fantástica: Don't settle for less, there the best

Experiencia fantástica: The Dentist today was great. The staff is very friendly, and a lot of help with what my what my insurance covers and don’t cover.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the way they take care of my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience, everyone is cordial. The dentist made sure I was okay and that the problem is fixed

Experiencia fantástica: Lisa did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and keeping me informed issues, today I had none. Teeth checked by the dentist advised me of minor problem that will be taken care of 9 days. I am please with the care I receive and the courteous manner of employees. A great place to go for quality dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica and Dr. Mousa were great. This practice has a small business hometown feel that is hard to find. They did not try to sell me dental care but instead took time to perform the cleaning and educate me on my teeth and what to expect as I age. Jessica is the first hygienist to clean my teeth without causing pain or sensitivity. Overall fantastic experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Mousa, Lisa, Jennifer and the entire staff provide the best treatment and care. No waiting, no rescheduling.... Very professional and friendly too

Experiencia fantástica: First time appointment with this dentist and team. Nice complex with extra kind and professional team. Very efficient and helpful. Feels comfortable the minute you walk through the door and whole Team were really good at keeping you informed about the procedures and recommended skills to help your oral health with out being judgemental. So glad we have found this Team of dental professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: Great for my nervous teenager!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a cavity filling done today and the best experince with dental work i have ever recevied... will be reccomending this office to those who are looking for a new dentist provider.

Experiencia positiva: Very Nice and patient. Answered all of my questions and concerns with honesty and clarity.only downside is that I had a cleaning on my right side and have to wait and have waited for over a year for them to do the other side. Now I have a hole in my teeth.. I thought that they were in the business of saving your teeth I’m not going to have any teeth by the time they ready to clean the other side.. ugh

Experiencia negativa: I used to go to this place for years and their customer service has completely gone downhill. It all started with having so much pain in my tooth that I knew I needed a root canal however I had to get referred by my dentist office. When I called they made me appointment quickly but when I get there, they allow me to sit in a chair well over an hour waiting to see a dentist. Meanwhile, I can hear him having a lengthy personal conversation with one of his tech’s AND her young child who was there in the office for some reason that day. He then proceeds to come into the room finally to just tell me how busy he was not realizing I overheard everything. They did refer me but I had to call back and ask for an anabiotic because even though they saw how much pain I was in, they did not offer to send a prescription into my pharmacy. I had to request them to do that from the recommendation of the root canal doctor. Anyhow they refer me to a wonderful place called North Central Florida Endodontics. However, after I got my Root Canal done, I still had to go back to this Dentist to have a restoration of the tooth. I call and told the receptionist exactly what the letter stated for me to tell them and she sets me up an appointment. I go for that appointment today and as soon as I get there, they asked me to pay my copayment and the price is over $300 which I thought was crazy but root canals are expensive so I paid the co-pay. I get back to the room and they are setting up to fill a cavity on the left-hand side of my mouth when I’m there for a restoration on the right hand side of my mouth, which again I clearly stated at the time I made the appointment. Therefore they were prepared to do a procedure that I NEVER requested them to do and they ignored the real reason I was there and completely charged me wrong too!!! When I got upset they seem to act like I was overreacting that they charged and prepared to complete a procedure I never approved and they weren’t going to complete the procedure I requested AND more importantly needed. The correct procedure was finally done but the Dentist was rude and completely it as quickly as he could and I have no idea if he did it correctly he just wanted me out of the office. No sincere apology or anything he even worked on my mouth knowing how upset this situation had me. So even though I’ve been going to this practice over three years, I will not be going back and I will no longer be recommending them to anyone. And my one star review has another one directly underneath it from 2 months ago however it is not reflected in the total stars, why is that?

Experiencia fantástica: My tech was amazing! She remembered about our conversation 6 months ago and that means a lot and saids a lot about her. She was very thorough cleaning my teeth. She is a great!

Experiencia fantástica: Love my new Dentist, & his asst. was wonderful

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff, Kind and caring. We enjoyed our visit .

Experiencia fantástica: Just got finished with the Dr.G putting in my Final Bridge work no pain he and Alex took good care of me made me relaxed no pain it was a wonderful experience had a couple of laughs and on the way out Jennifer took care of me it was a pleasant all-around experience

Experiencia fantástica: Nature Park dental is the best! We love the staff and the atmosphere. They are always on schedule. The office is very clean, too.

Experiencia fantástica: Always warm and friendly, like family. This crew works well together and I feel relaxed in the reclining chair. Above all I trust the staff because they know what they’re doing.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was amazing and tried to help me

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for dental services. Lisa is an outstanding hygienist...very professional and very thorough...had a bit of an emergency today with a crown and they took me right in... can't ask for better than that...great peopleMy crown came back ahead of schedule and Jennifer got me right in ...thanks Dr. M

Experiencia fantástica: Nature park has been my dentistry team since I was younger. I love Dr. Mousa and Hemey. They’re also great with my children. Very patient and kind! And always give us the best care! Thank you Nature Park!

Experiencia fantástica: The office of pleasant and not crowded. I was in and out without a problem. The staff is lovely.

Experiencia fantástica: All employees were every kind and generous.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience in this office. Staff is very caring and friendly! Dr. Helmy is amazing -if not the best dentist i’ve ever been to- he explained everything to me and made sure i was comfortable through out the visit, i came to him with pain and it turned out i had a major abscess, He was able to address it conservatively and i didn’t feel a thing! Lisa was also great, she cleaned my teeth with no discomfort, and a had a great sense of humor! I came back again to Dr. Helmy with my son, he was very very professional and patient with him, he made him feel at ease and did the procedure without any pain! I definitely recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: This practice is truly amazing! I brought my mom here after her previous dentist told her she’d have to go without teeth for six months. From the very first call, Jennifer was incredibly kind and informative. To save time, I downloaded the paperwork from their website and completed it beforehand. This was a lifesaver since my mom has an extensive medical history that would have taken a long time to document in the office. When we arrived for our appointment, the staff noticed my mom was in a wheelchair and immediately held the door open for us. We were taken to the back right away, where Alex, the assistant, took her X-rays. After the examination, Dr. Mousa discussed all the options. We followed his recommendation, and my mom never had to spend a single day without teeth! All the extractions and implants were completed in one visit, and she walked out with her smile that same day. We returned a few months later for her permanent denture to fit over the implants. We’ve also been back a few times for minor adjustments, and they never charged us for those follow-ups. We are so grateful we found this place; they turned a difficult situation into a seamless experience. Highly recommend Dr. Mousa and his team!

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office with both Dr. Helmy, Dr. Mousa, and hygienist Kristen. From the moment I walked in, the office felt incredibly welcoming, clean, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The entire staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me is how conservative and honest the doctors are with their approach to treatment. They don’t push unnecessary procedures and take the time to explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciate. Their bedside manner is exceptional, they are gentle, patient, and genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and wellbeing. Kristen was also fantastic, thorough yet gentle during my cleaning. It’s refreshing to finally find a local dental office that prioritizes trust and patient care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality, honest dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: This group is wonderful and so very skilled in their profession. I am terrified to go to the dentist and they really make my experience very pleasant. I definitely would recommend this dental practice

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. The staff was kind and thorough I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a friendly, professional dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Nature Park dental is great Dr Moussa is very good at what he does. I had an appointment today with Kristen. for a cleaning She is super gentle very friendly and also liked all the people at the front desk. Very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so friendly and good at their job.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Mousa and his staff are amazing!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional every single visit

Experiencia fantástica: Can't begin to describe how much I appreciate the service and treatment. Many talented people who work here. Wish I had found this office sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed again with Dr. Musa’s (sp?) knowledge and experience. He actually did two crowns. The person helping was extraordinary too.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience for a dental visit. Professional, courteous.

Experiencia fantástica: Always on time. I walk in the front door and in just a few minutes I am taken back to a room. If you do not have dental insurance, they have a family plan through their office and the cost is very low for the value. The hygenist was friendly and personable. I called and saw the dentist the same day. I thought I had a problem with a tooth. We have been going to this group for 4 years. They are very consistent and that is nice.

Experiencia fantástica: This visit among several previous to this office, remains the reason I will continue to seek their service. The staff continues to be pleasant and helpful. Thanks everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the staff! Great environment, very welcoming and clean.

Experiencia fantástica: They are the most wonderful dentist! I needed two teeth crowned. I’m new to the area and know no one. My fear had me in tiers. Jennifer, the receptionist said that her mother had her crowns done here and she would have hers done here if ever needed. The morning of my procedure I sat and cried in the chair full of fear. Now I have completed the work. It was a piece of cake. Tracy and the doctor are beyond the BEST in Ocala! I’m so happy to have found this wonderful Dentist. Please put all your anxiety aside. This is a wonderful place!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great work on my cleaning, was able to get me in sooner than expected. Great job!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Nature Park! My husband and I have been with them for years and we couldn’t be happier. Gentle hygienists, no one selling me or up-selling me on things I don’t need, and a very professional reception staff. They are simply the best.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Nature Park Dental office, the entire staff are very courteous, comforting and cordial. They hold the golden award for professionalism, proficiency and pleasantness. This office gets !!! Thank you guys!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very thorough cleaning. To say I enjoyed it would be a little much, but the technician made it as comfortable as possible. I very much appreciated this. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure. The staff is wonderful and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Nature Park Dental is courteous, compassionate & professional. They treat the patient like family & I wouldn't think of using another dental provider.

Experiencia fantástica: I love my hygienist, Lisa! She is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: They always do a great job and the staff are always friendly and helpful

Experiencia negativa: Went to this place and they wanted me to pay for x rays after I told them I have insurance I called insurance and they said they do and this dentist office still wanted me to pay I have insurance wear I pay 20 and insurance is 80 who ever does insurance claims for this. Office needs to fired I wouldn't recommend going here this place is very shady and pretty dirty

Experiencia negativa: My child saw Dr Helmy. We were told they needed 7 fillings. I was in shock as they take great care of their teeth and havent missed a cleaning. I felt a little off with him doing them and can't exactly explain why. My mom gut was right. We got a second opinion with a doctor I trusted more right off the bat and she showed me that my child needs zero fillings. There were stains, not cavities. She showed me with her tool that there was absolutely no softness in any of the spots, only discoloration. My child would have gotten 7 unnecessary holes in her teeth from Dr Helmy. It is terrifying to think that he is giving this type of advice to his patients and people are believing him.

Experiencia fantástica: Summer is exceptional as always. She makes my visit worth it and offers service at its best. The receptionist is always very accommodating and always willing to help.

Experiencia fantástica: So far so good the staff is excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: My Experience With Nature Park Dental. The Dr And Staff Made Me Feel Very Comfortable And Explained Everything To Me. I Would Recommend This Practice To Anyone Looking For A Good Dental Dr.

Experiencia fantástica: As a terrified patient this experience was wonderful. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an excellent dental clinic! There was no effort to push unnecessary procedures despite my own (rather extreme) diagnosis of what I assumed was going on. Lisa, Jennifer and Dr Mousa were all so gracious and promptly put my mind at rest with a small fix and exemplary care. Thank you Nature Park Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Nicest people in the world and Professional!! Lisa is a fabulous dental assistant and Jennifer great as she heads reception!! Bruce Bartlett

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely friendly and welcoming which is very much appreciated when dealing with the dentist. Appointment went really fast

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure going to this dentist. Returned today to get my crown put in. Very easy & very quick. Everyone is super nice. You won’t be sorry.

Experiencia fantástica: This dental practice is the best one I have found in Ocala after trying 3 other dentists. Everyone in the office is friendly and supportive. They actually answer their phone with a live person and are respectful of your time, making a great effort to get you in near your scheduled time. I recently had a cleaning which was very thorough and detected a problem. When Dr Mousa did the work on my tooth, he was very polite and professional. He was very gentle and even though the repair was in a difficult area, I had very minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend these people if you are looking for an experienced caring staff that is really concerned about you.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient there for years and years. I have always been pleased with my visits. The staff is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a good experience I get very nervous about going to dentist’s but the assistants were very calming let me take my time to get comfortable explained what they were going to do made sure I felt no pain . Overall great experience for me

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are wonderful and my experience has been great.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mousa is great and so is the office staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone I encountered was very nice, on this my first visit, from the front desk to the Dentist. They took their time to understand my issues and did not make me feel rushed. The building is in a nice, shady, park like setting. It’s very peaceful and calming, great qualities for a dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Saw Tracie today. She was fantastic. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and so kind. She was gentle when taking X-rays and answered all my questions thoroughly. Love Dr. Mousa and his staff!

Experiencia fantástica: We love Nature Park Dental in Ocala, including the front desk staff, hygienists, and doctors. They are all wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: As always, a pleasant visit, thank you for you services and kind treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I thought I was going to be late because of traffic it turned out I made it there within 2 minutes and they were willing to work with me if I was late. They did a wonderful job I had to have my front 2 teeth filled in because they chipped away and they matched it perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Experiencia fantástica: Im usually terrified at the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable! Very friendly staff!

Experiencia fantástica: 1st visit. Staff was friendly, professional, helpful and everyone seemed happy. Saw me on time and no sales pressure. Will be back for next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. I saw the assistant first for xrays then a very thorough hygienist, Christine. An exam by the dentist and just a little recommendation for treatment. The first time we had gone to an in network office because we expected to get a "hard sell" for unnecessary dental work. Some corporate dental offices are knownfor that. So pleasantly surprised that was not the case! We will definitely be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: They are very professional And their dental work is excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: Pleasant atmosphere, quick service and a great team!

Experiencia fantástica: I truly appreciate Dr. Moussa and the ladies at Nature Park Dental. I have been a patient at their facility for over 17 years and have never considered going anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and doctors! Friendly and caring. I've known them for a long time and trust them with my dental needs. 100%.Best people ever!

Experiencia fantástica: I love it here! The staff is always so nice and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Both dentists are super nice, explain stuff so you get it, and are just really helpful. I've seen Lisa the hygienist a bunch because of my gum disease, and she's seriously amazing at her job! She's the most thorough hygienist I've ever had, and she's gentle, sweet, caring, friendly, and helps out however she can. The front desk receptionist Jessica is very sweet and remembers me by name now as well. I've told lots of people about this office, and my family is happy with them. Thank you all!

Experiencia fantástica: Very comfortable and quick, got my teeth cleaned. Lisa was very thorough and gentle. I hate xrays, she makes it easier.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Musa and staff was excellent! As always courteous, professional and considerate. Always a pleasure when we go there. Very pleased with their professionalism. It's a dentist office you actually want to return too!
