Meadow Ranch Dental Care

Experiencia fantástica: Alessa my Higienist Is awesome, very detail orientes. Everybody else Is nice and helpfull.

Experiencia negativa: Don't do it. This is the biggest ripoff dental office I have ever been to. They will lie to you and try to charge you extra for unnecessary procedures. They wanted to charge 350.00 for cleaning claiming this and that. Went to another and cleaning was exam was done for 0 through my insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very apprehensive about my first appointment at that office, for the simple fact that I had a terrible experience with another facility. To my surprise, the people I encountered were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My dental assistant was superb. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to explain everything that was going on with my dental dilemma. I definitely would recommend Meadow Land Dental Care to anyone who is looking for a well qualified dental care and a State of the arts facility.

Experiencia positiva: UPDATE: I was scheduled for my six month cleaning and they called me the day before and told me they no longer take Blue Cross dental insurance. I had to cancel my appointment. This is very disappointing. Even though I don’t like going to the dentist, the staff is always very welcoming and kind. My hygienist is the best. She has the coolest office with great music and family pictures everywhere. It makes you feel very happy when you walk in. Update, in looking at my bill, I was apparently overcharged $40. I think there was a miscommunication so we’ll just wait for the insurance to work it out.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place. Friendly staff. Hygienist and Dr. are both super nice. I had an emergency and they were able to get me in same day. Great place

Experiencia fantástica: Got me in quickly, was very kind and professional, fixed my filling on the first visit and filed all insurance paperwork for me. Highly recommended!

Experiencia positiva: My hygienist was awesome. Upon check in I was told I didn’t have an appointment. No one called to confirm or text to confirm. I reviewed all messages for the month and nothing. I feel front office needs a better handle on this. Lucky for me they had an opening that I could be seen.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff very friendly and helpful. They explained everything they’re doing and why and check with my insurance to make sure the procedures were covered, very thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: Shelly and Sen did an amazingly job, they’re both so professional and pleasant! One of the best cleanings I’ve ever had, thank you ladies !

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant front office staff. Assistant hygienist, Sen was delightful. I had forgotten to pre-medicate… so had to go back the next day to finish new client exam. More to follow

Experiencia fantástica: Had broken tooth and they scheduled me in in one day. Don't know if there's a follow-up or not. How long before stitches have to come out??

Experiencia fantástica: Allison did an amazing job with my cleaning today. I was freezing and she even gave me a blanket to ensure I was as comfortable as possible.

Experiencia positiva: Great place great staff everyone was amazing but I made it clear that I cant pay anything out of pocket because im on disability. I have a very limited income yet they give me a plan that has 2 over $100 things that my ins won't cover. My teeth need help before they start falling out but I just can't do the out of pocket things

Experiencia fantástica: Very good and efficient service.. Everyone is friendly.

Experiencia negativa: I went to Meadow Ranch for tooth pain. They said I needed a root canal and to see a specialist. I did. The specialist said there was no problem after looking at the x-ray and 3d mri. They said to go back to my dentist. I went back to Meadow Ranch and they didn't even look. They said I needed to go back to the specialist. I didn't know what to do at that point so I scheduled an appointment at a different dentist. They quickly found my tooth was cracked. They removed it same day. My pain is gone. My insurance said I owed nothing but I got a bill for $184 bucks for nothing. I paid it because my credit score is more important than fighting a bad dentist. Don't go there.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very through and gave me every opportunity to speak to someone.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased with my first visit. The dental assistant was nice from calling me to room. Listen to reason for my visit. The doctor when in was the and explain my concern from a procedure from another dentist. Your Kindness was appreciated, from everyone whom I came in contact with. God bless and keep up the great work.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff here does well they take care of my dental needs

Experiencia fantástica: Love these guys! Me, my husband and our daughter are patients here. The staff is so friendly and upbeat and all of the dentist there are AMAZING!! From regular cleanings to crowns, they do great work. Love this place and recommend to everyone!!!!

Experiencia negativa: The failure point for this office is their billing department, specifically Alyssa. I have personally called our insurance company 3 times and verified coverage and benefits. For some reason, Alyssa, is unable to find anything and has zero customer service skills on the phone or when speaking to her in the office. She places blame on the clients and the insurance company but never takes accountability for not being able to get the job done. My insurance agent found my info in less than 5 minutes and has no idea why this office can’t find anything. When telling Alyssa this and asking why she can’t help, she claimed it’s not her responsibility. Which, is literally, the job of a billing department. This is so unfortunate, because the Drs here are great, the hygienists are great and the front desk staff is always courteous and helpful. But, due to her, we will be switching to a new office and making sure everyone knows about our experience here.

Experiencia negativa: Front desk & billing department are extremely rude & unhelpful . They couldn’t locate my upgraded insurance coverage from the same provider that I used previously , then tried to tell me that my coverage is out of network . My insurance provider informed me that was not the case , yet billing is still denying my coverage after a week of back & forth phone calls . They’re more than happy to see me if I’m self pay . Will never be back here

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very nice. The office is always very clean.

Experiencia negativa: I went there for the 6 month cleaning. As you know they come in first and tell you what the charge or no charge is going to be. Since it was a 2nd cleaning they informed me there will be NO CHARGE and had me sign the form stating NO CHARGE. I had my cleaning from a very nice fellow and then when we were done he goes oh wait and rubs a sticky gel in my mouth and goes ok all set. Never told me what it was and then I get a bill from them stating I owe them $23.00 for fluoride that I never requested or even wanted. Pretty sure he should have told me he was putting fluoride in my mouth and he should have asked me before doing that. Now we are going back and forth and I refuse to pay

Experiencia positiva: Calls me to come in early and then doesn’t take me for almost 1/2 past that time. Hygienist rushed the cleaning. Have to go back a second time because dr. Was unavailable for me to see unless I waited a long time

Experiencia fantástica: I love the staff. Everyone is so friendly. The hygienists and dentists are wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: Very easy to schedule and the folks were great

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was kind & professional. I had questions about my coverage & it was explained to me clearly.

Experiencia fantástica: Always great care and attention to detail. Always ready to answer questions and explain with detail

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and patient oriented I highly recommend Meadow Ranch Dental 6/23/2026.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything was great. On time the hygienist was fantastic

Experiencia fantástica: Remi and his new assistant are the best. Would definitely recommend them

Experiencia fantástica: They were very understanding and the hygenist and technician are exceptional and receptionist was prompt.

Experiencia fantástica: Alicia did an amazing job! She was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me while providing a thorough cleaning. Her kindness and caring attitude made the experience wonderful. I look forward to seeing her again and would gladly recommend her to my friends and family

Experiencia negativa: Great getting me In. The tooth pull hurt a lot. A week later still hurting called for help and advice . No response. Whether I have a dry socket or not. My primary sent another antibiotic. Said to contact dentist. So far nothing. Two days no response.

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist was absolutely fantastic The staff was great it is a pleasure to go there.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place very professional and knowledgeable staff they make u feel like they care

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Meadow Ranch Dentistry deciding weather i would come back or not. I posted a positive review a year ago but I was wrong in my assessment of my previous hygienist. I was not happy with my cleaning. We arrived to the office for our cleaning June 15 2026and i was welcomed in to the room by my new hygienist Alexandria. My what a blessing. She’s kind, patient, caring, and amazing person. She will be the reason i will continue to go back to Meadow Ranch Dentistry. Mind you we live 35 minutes away. But because of her service it’s worth the trip. Also Astrid is also an amazing Dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is polite and kind. The Dentist and Hygienist are professional and excellent at what they do. Have no complaints about anything ,

Experiencia negativa: I came in for an upper denture mold impression. I guess he was a dentist aka Doctor who never introduced himself, he stuffed the plate in my mouth and I started to gag and I was spitting out the stuff that was in the mold. I was trying to sit up, he never apologized or seamed to care. He was gone a Moment later. The office assistant was very helpful and nice as all of them are. I was shocked. This is first negative I can say about the service I had there.

Experiencia positiva: Everything was explained. Very friendly. Came up with a reasonable plan. Time to engage.

Experiencia fantástica: Pleasant, polite, and professional. Answer my questions clearly.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice, modern and clean Corporate Dental Practice. Friendly staff and comfortable environment. My hygienist, Shelly, is fantastic Relocated to Ocala area for retirement. Found a good Dentist office, and would recommend this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Just moved to the area and needed a dentist. I had a great experience at this office and everyone was super friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Meadow Ranch Dental Care is an amazing dental office. Their care services are top tier! Thank you for bringing your services here in the Ocala location. Please continue keeping up good services!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Alicia, the dental hygienist was amazing!! So detailed, gentle and precise in her cleaning!! She told me exactly what to expect when things were being done! Highly recommend her

Experiencia fantástica: Great service; caring staff; recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: First time lasting impression amazing staff Very professional .

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at Meadow ranch dental care. The people were friendly, and the whole experience was great, very thorough. Check-up.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very satisfied with the professional treatment and care given to me by my Dental Hygienist.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was kind and it was the best dentist visit.I've ever had in sixty seven years. I liked them so much.I went back to em. And I will continue to go as long as they're there.

Experiencia negativa: The office canceled appointment without notice and we waisted the trip going there.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very professional and caring that includes the secretary’s in the front

Experiencia fantástica: The staff has always been very professional and courteous. I was hesitant at first going to Meadow Ranch Dental Care because they were new establishment. My previous experience at dentist offices has not always been good. I have absolutely no regrets. Meadow Ranch Dental Care are fantastic. The staff is great. I would recommend them to anyone who's in search of dental care in the area.

Experiencia negativa: They are a major no for me and my family. They do GENERAL dentist care. So if you have any major issues like extreme sensitivity, your child has a cavity in baby tooth, or adult wisdom tooth, well forget it. You will end up paying for th same service 2x after they refer you out. Money and time wasted. So go to them if you need basic care and maintenance but don't for anything else. I went to them for the 5 star review and it was lack luster. The customer service is nice but on the surface and they have all been trained well in sales. It's a little weird. By the way, if you have a child just take them to a pediatric dentist, and confirm they are comfortable with extractions along with general care. This way you save on time and money.

Experiencia fantástica: 1st visit was good. Everyone at the practice were polite and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist was excellent. Knowledgeable and efficient. Didn't try and upsell me on anything as too many dentists do now. Great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly, helpful! I choose the right dentist… ♥️

Experiencia positiva: Friendly.. nice.. didn't do anything yet going back soon

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first initial visit here yesterday. Everyone seems very nice and efficient. Good first impression. More to come as my treatment plan unfolds.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this group of people. They’re always friendly and upbeat. They’re helpful with the finance aspect and account balancing. If you have two insurances they take care of billing second insurance. The dental work is top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: Pleasant staff Professional atmosphere Clean Hygienist Allison was excellent Dr. GAO was professional and thorough

Experiencia positiva: Everything about this business is great except for office staff that assigned my appointment for 5/12/2026 at 09:00. I arrived ahead of scheduled time only to find out around noon that I didn’t have an appointment till 15:00. My appointment card stated 09:00 for that date. I am not the only person that had a problem with scheduling.

Experiencia positiva: Check in and exam were prompt, and I was satisfied with the results

Experiencia fantástica: Great folks, thank You to Dr Thomas and staff . Thank You All again

Experiencia fantástica: The oral surgeon was phenomenal. My mouth has never healed so fast nor have I experienced such a precise quick clean extraction. The price was 10% of what other people required to do the same job. I would give this man a hundred Stars if possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Rami was really great. His work was amazing and the treatment was great. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Meadow Ranch to everyone. For dental care this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: Shelly is an excellent hygienist she explained everything thoroughly and made my experience pain free

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very professional and friendly and made the appointment worthwhile.

Experiencia positiva: The staff were great. The communication was off for sure. I set up 4 appointments for 4 cleanings. 2 at 9, 2 at 930. What i got was 1 at 930, 1 at 10, one at 1030, 1 at 11. I set it up so I wouldn't be at the dentist all day and I was. I also didn't get my teeth cleaned, but scanned with an appointment to come back in 5 weeks for the cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienist is great! Office is very clean!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my first visit at Marion Ranch Dental care. I was so impressed with how polite and knowledgeable the staff was. Upon meeting with Dr. Sharaf, she was very friendly and thorough. She answered many questions that I had and formed a treatment plan for me. I felt comfortable with everyone there and I am very happy I chose Marion Ranch Dental Care.

Experiencia fantástica: Knowledge and concern for patient a 10 Strong recommendation for this dentist and staff

Experiencia positiva: Great dentist office, clean, professional and everyone is so nice.

Experiencia negativa: Called in to have emergency tooth extraction which they confirmed they can do. Got in the chair and all of a sudden they won't pull it. Update: Found a 7:30AM appointment the next morning, tooth was pulled by 9:45 AM.

Experiencia fantástica: Visits to the dentist office has always been stressful! When you find a dentist practice that checks all the boxes and then some ...you hold on with both hands. My comprehensive exam was thorough and all questions answered.. I left with a plan of action and detailed information regarding my upcoming appointments. Shout out to my hygienist, Stella! She was knowledgeable and professional. The front office staff were helpful and warm I shared my impression of the visit with my sister and she is considering switching to Meadow Ranch. State of the art equipment, thoughtful staff and excellent time management made the experience quite easy.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone from the customer care team at the front desk to the assistant and doctor were fantastic today. Unfortunately I had a root canal that was done correctly (not performed here) and was experiencing complications. Dr. Gao explained what was wrong, the severity of my infection and recommended removal of the tooth along with extended antibiotic treatment. I appreciate everyone that interacted with me today and I feel I am under great care with the entire team!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was great. Fast- friendly the people and place were excellent. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience. I just moved into the area and was wanting to establish service. Shelly was my hygienist and she was amazing and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone at the office was so kinda, friendly and welcoming. While I was still sitting in the dentist chair I texted my family to make appointments at Meadow Ranch Dental Care. I finished my appointment and my mother was standing in gut lobby making an appointment because of my text. She had canceled her appointment at another dentist office just because of my experience. Meadow Ranch Dental Care is Amazing!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Casey and Shelley made me very comfortable and their professionalism was outstanding!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Daher is simply the best. She takes the time to clearly explain any dental issues and ensures you fully understand the procedure before moving forward. She is professional, courteous, and truly listens to your concerns. Her staff is also excellent—friendly, efficient, and caring. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Experiencia negativa: This sorry excuse for an office has incorrectly billed me and after literally a year of going back and forth with them they STILL have not resolved this for me. We have talked to the insurance company, talked with the insurance company and them, talked with Mandy who said it would be taken care of. NOTHING. I have a collection notice for a visit I didn't make. This place is either crooked or incompetent. Find another place.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent and timely service. The dental hygienist and dentist were very professional, as well as kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: they were present & very happy with service & information about insurance

Experiencia fantástica: Very grateful they could take me almost immediately after I broke a tooth. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Patricia. Dr. Gao went out of his way to fit me in for a temporary crown. And found out they accept my dental coverage, which was a bonus.

Experiencia fantástica: First experience was amazing. Staff was very friendly and hygienist was nice, gentle and very thorough. She took plenty of time to explain everything she was going to do. Dentist was very nice as well. I never felt they were “looking” for issues. I was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I was. I’ve had multiple visits now and my opinion of Meadow Ranch is the same. They are incredible. I recommend them all the time to my neighbors, many of whom have become patients. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I was totally impressed with my experience in every way. I recently had some medical issues to contend with rendering a walking handicap. Every team member went 110% to accommodate me. The services were performed by polite, knowledgeable and caring professionals. The doctor was thorough and clear about the findings from the exam. Checkout/next steps process was also made very easy by one of the office team members. This wrapped up the visit on a totally positive note. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental office! Very clean and everyone is so nice!

Experiencia negativa: This is an in network for my dental insurance and not that far from me. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned. First time there, have to do X-rays and exam. No friendly procedure on X-rays. Then I had to schedule another appointment to have my teeth cleaned but since I hadn’t had them cleaned in several years, I had to have a deep cleaning done which cost me extra but I had no dental issues but a cracked tooth. Then I just went back to have my 6 month cleaning which is covered 100% by my insurance, they said I had to have periodontal maintenance even though I don’t have anything wrong and that they couldn’t do a regular cleaning because I had had the other cleaning prior. I explained that all I wanted was my regular cleaning which I pay insurance for and is covered. Nope, they wouldn’t do it. Needless to say I didn’t get my teeth cleaned. Lesson learned, don’t have periodontal cleaning done. I was very clear when I set up my appointment that all I wanted was a regular cleaning, they didn’t need to waste my time and could of told me then that they wouldn’t do regular cleanings.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had very good experiences here staff is very polite and professional could not ask for a better Dental Office !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment you walk in, the service and attention is excellent. My hygienist was super friendly and thorough in her work. I felt very well taken care of.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you kindly for an excellent dental experience. The office is clean and beautiful, and the staff is very attentive. You are most appreciated.

Experiencia negativa: Went for my first visit and they insisted on trying to get me to have Invisalign after I told them I was not interested- they still went ahead and imaged my teeth and continued to push the subject: They told me I needed to get a root canal redone even thought it was completely fine. After the dental assistant was done and the dentist came in for all my of 3 minutes the closer came in to talk to me AGAIN about braces! At this point I had been there for about 2 hours most of that imaging me for braces I told them I don’t want right at the beginning of the appointment! My friend also went there and they have giver her such a run around leaving her on hold for over an hour and then saying they would call back and didn’t: I would not recommend this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Kasey took good care of me. I was worried about being in pain, but there was none. Highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very friendly. I came in with severe tooth pain and I didn't feel dismissed and my pain and comfort was prioritized. And for that I am truly grateful to them.

Experiencia negativa: I have no complaints with Dr. Daher and Rita who were super nice and professional. You have to fix some of your front people. Unprofessional when they speak to the patients. Never coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: I was really pleased with the whole office overall. The doctor Is very thorough, and the office staff was great

Experiencia fantástica: New patients. They were super nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend if they aren't already full

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience with my hygienist and the entire team! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with professionalism and kindness. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. My hygienist took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the visit. Their attention to detail and genuine care for patients truly stand out. You can tell they prioritize both quality care and patient comfort. If you’re looking for a dental care who is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about your smile, I highly recommend this practice. I’m very grateful to have found them!

Experiencia negativa: I have received terrible service at this place. My first appointment with them had been completely deleted from their system yet I had received the text message the day before with the appt confirmation. Then, I was being billed for an existing crown removal which I did not have done and had I not questioned why my bill was so high no one would have noticed and I would have ended up paying for it. Now, after showing up for my appt and waiting for 40 minutes, I asked how much longer the wait was and I was told no one had checked me in and I could not be seen because the dentist went to lunch since he did not know I was there since I had not been checked in. Terrible service.
