Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient of Ali Jahani, DDS Arcadia dentistry for years now until the new owner or corporation has stepped in and I can't even get my x-rays sent to my new dentist the office manager is very mean and will not answer my calls only to get my x-rays sent to a different office since God rest his soul the other doctor had to sell because of stage four cancer these people are heartless!

Experiencia negativa: This office seems more focused on enforcing fees than caring for patients. I had been to this dental office three times and even brought my children in for care, planning to continue as a long-term patient. I initially thought I just had a mild cold and would still be able to make my appointment. However, my symptoms worsened and my coughing became severe, making it impossible for me to undergo dental treatment. I left a voicemail about two days before my appointment to reschedule. I was then told it “didn’t count” because it was left after business hours, and therefore I would still be charged under their “48 business hours” rule. This kind of rigid and technical interpretation is unreasonable and shows a lack of basic consideration for patients. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't understand this dentistry office. Most dental offices range from indifferent to mean. However, Arcadia Dentistry is the nicest office I have ever visited! The front desk staff were all kind, helpful, and they welcomed me to the office THREE times! All of the people who worked on my teeth were kind, and sensitive to my needs. The treatments didn't hurt at all, and they even gave me a blanket, because I was chilly from the air conditioning. And, the office is super clean, and pleasing to the eye. I seriously don't get it!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at this office was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was greeted like I was part of their family. Checking in was straight forward. The staff sent me my new patient documents before my visit so I can do it in the comfort of my own home and not feel rushed to do in the office the same day as my appointment. The X-ray tech is well trained and explained every step of the process clearly. They have up to date medical equipment that made me feel more comfortable I was going to get a in depth scan of my teeth and gums. The doctor is young but very well versed in dentistry. He spotted out the issues with my teeth fast with the hi res imaging available. My hygienist, Valerie, was amazing. She’s very detailed in her explanation of what she was going to do and literally felt no pain or discomfort during my cleaning. I wish I could say all this about my past dental visits. I’m looking forward to my dental journey with this office having the piece of mind they will take good care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: More of a 4.5/5 but I’ll leave it as 5 star for now. The receptionist and dental hygenists are all very friendly and easy to chat with. I’ve had 3 different hygienists here and they all do a thorough job. Only slight irk I have is that they are a bit too insistent on trying to get me to come back every 3 or 4 months and pretty much choose the dates for me even though I mentioned that I rather plan it at my own pace. They give a small gift of a toothbrush/floss/toothpaste after each session which I appreciate.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Youngho Yun and his staff are dedicated and compassionate dentistry professionals. I called several offices for an emergency loose Crown on Monday morning. Theirs was the only one that texted back and when I called again a very cheerful woman answered the phone. She was so efficient! She told me they could fit me in even though they were booked solid for the whole day. I gave them my insurance card and she texted back within five minutes that they were in my network. Then I received a text message to fill out some forms and before I completed them, it was time for my appointment. When I got to the office I found a beautiful waiting room with peaceful music and books on art. I was greeted by friendly cheerful smiles. The treatment room had windows and bright sunshine and trees outside. I can’t thank them enough for the care they give me! Dr Yun and his amazing team fixed my problem with such precision and dedication to their craft. Arcadia Dentistry has my highest recommendation -five stars and all thumbs up!!

The staff are very helpful in scheduling appointments and setting reminders as it gets closer to appointment date, even for routine cleaning. The techs are very sweet and thoroughly explain procedures as they are working. I am pleased to see the close communication they have with the providers when answering any questions or concerns. They also don’t try to push procedures on you even if it’s for “cosmetic” purposes, as I have seen in other facilities. The doctors are very good at explaining the options available and allow the patient a comfortable space to make a decision based on personal needs. Not to mention that this place also has great parking availability despite the offices being located in a shared building. If you are in Arcadia and are looking for a dentist to go to, this is the place!

The dentists are all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all advice and teeth/gum cleaning. Amazing staff and comfortable dentist environment. Further, they helped deal with an insurance situation where they appealed a rejected claim which was really hard to deal with but in the end I got the appeal so my insurance covered my treatment! Would recommend for all to come here for a great experience.

I have many teeth with receding gums (front & back) and each was beautifully filled with matching color to my natural teeth. Dr. Jahani is also very good with giving injections. Dr. Jahani is extremely gentle, skilled, and experienced, he's never rushed, and he explains everything he needs to do very well to his patients. Dr. Jahani’s skill and technique when giving dental injections is the best among all the dentists I’ve ever had in my life, always done very slow, gradual, and completely pain-free every time!!! His entire crew is fantastic, friendly and motivating. Long-term dental technician Joanna as well as long-term hygienist Valerie, as well as the newer staff, such as the front office personnel, hygienist Maddie, and staff dentist Kong are the ultimate skilled dental professionals. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience. Great staff. Clean practice. I have not been to the dentist in many many years and was afraid of the dentist after a bad experience as a child. I love the staff and they did not shame me for not seeing a dentist in so long. Kind assistants, desk staff, and dentist! All wonderful people and will definitely be back again soon. Another visit a year later (after a few in between) and Valerie was phenomenal. Front desk staff was great. And the dentist was great and kind!

Experiencia fantástica: I walked into Jahani Dental Corp. extremely terrified. I had a bad experience at my previous dentist so decided to find another dentist. I had to find a dentist because I had a bad toothache. I finally found a dental office that I really like. When I walked in I started to have a panic attack. I was greated by Vern she bought me into the office and calmed me down. Vern is a very kind gentle person thank you for helping me. I then met Dr.Jahani who also helped calm my nerves. Dr.Jahani explained what needed to be done step by step. I had the novacaine shot and felt nothing. I will be returning for more dental work. Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience at Arcadia Dentistry from the front office with Vern to the back with the dentists like Ruby. I was given oral surgeon recommendations and ended up going with another oral surgeon not recommended by them and was still given my dental x-rays with ease. Awesome staff, great location, and wonderful service. If you are struggling to find a new dentist Arcadia Dentistry is the one!
