Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to the Metro Dentalcare location in Woodbury for more than 15 years now and I cannot complain of any lesser-than-better treatment that the entire staff in that building have accorded me. They're always very cordial, kind, helpful, yet very professional in every engagement I've had with them, either on the phone or in person. I plan to contuing going there for my dental and orthodontic care as long as I am able.

Experiencia positiva: Was able to make an emergency appointment for an infected tooth the same day. Apt was for 3pm and dentist didn't get to me until 3:40pm. After talking to him for about 5 min, I needed a root canal and crown. They couldn't do that until 3 days later. Sent me home in pain and did nothing even though my tooth was infected.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to HealthPartner Dental for years. Insurance plan changed so needed to move to new dentist. What a surprise to learn that you can book an appointment and get in within a week or two. With HealthPartner, it was also out 6 month or more out. So, that was a refreshing change. Front receptionist are super friendly. First dental checkup went very good. They appear to have a lot more sophisticated imaging equipment compared to HealthPartner Dental. From my first impressions of Metro Dental Care, I will give it a 5 star experience!!!

After filling out paperwork, which only took a couple of minutes, I was escorted back and explaining my problem to Dr. Goolsby. He was super nice, listened , and immediately started taking care of my problem. This was a great experience! The staff were super nice too. I would highly recommend this dentist office!! Experiencia positiva: The X-ray imaging experience was very uncomfortable and time consuming. It left my gums feeling sore. I’d rather do the 1 minute full mouth scan with only biting down with front teeth. Staff were friendly. Equipment appeared older.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a review of the receptionist service and intake process. We are new patients due to a move and were hoping to be seen quickly due to my spouse experiencing pain. We started by calling clinics under a different company (NOT Metro Dental Care) closer to home and were surprised by the condescension and impatient manner of the staff answering the phones telling us there was no availability. It felt like they were irritated that we even called. The experience calling Woodbury Metro Dental Care was completely different. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment soon, but in addition the person we spoke with was courteous, professional, compassionate and helpful. I think we would have been treated kindly even if they had not had any openings. We definitely feel that we made the right decision and that it will be worth a drive to go to this clinic.

Experiencia negativa: I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be informed it had been cancelled without any prior notification due to a problem with your booking system. The front desk staff offered no apology for the inconvenience or the clear failure in communication, which showed a lack of professional courtesy. This system failure and the subsequent lack of communication wasted my time and demonstrated a severe lapse in customer service. I request that you investigate why the appointment was cancelled and why a notification cannot be received on my phone or email. I also expect your staff to be trained on the importance of apologizing and showing empathy when a procedural error has inconvenienced a client.

I have pretty severe anxiety about going to the dentist due to past experiences, and she made me feel so much better about everything. She was very informative, did not make me feel judged, and seemed to really care about how comfortable I was. She offered several options to ease discomfort and checked in with me consistently through the deep cleaning to make sure I was doing okay. I really appreciate her help today! Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a zero star I would They put a inferior temp crown on my tooth on 5/27/25 It came off while flossing on 6/5/25 Their office hours states they are open on 6/6/25 from 7-3 pm When I called the receptionist who isn't even in the office says no one showed up today so the office is closed and they're unable to see me until 6/11/25 Well that's actually a day after my next appointment Service has been going down for the last year Choose a different office or different provider as these people don't care about you There is never the same staff from appointment to appointment Big turnover

Experiencia fantástica: I found the staff helpful and caring. Had to have a crown removed and decay attended to. Dr G. was informative, telling me what he was doing during the entire procedure. I felt nothing during the drilling and almost (if one can be) anxious to have the other two Crowns attended to. This was my first visit to them and they treated me like a member of the family.
