During each of my children’s cleanings, the doctors took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly. They made sure I understood exactly what they were seeing, why they recommended treatment, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Our family has had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Chad Eslinger, Dr. Jason Blair, and Dr. Katie Fullen for our children’s dental treatment, and every experience has been exceptional. Each doctor has been kind, efficient, thorough, and incredibly skilled at making children feel comfortable and at ease. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. They use distraction techniques during treatment and work so seamlessly that none of my children even realized they received numbing injections. In fact, they still don’t know because the team handled it so gently and professionally! My middle son didn’t even flinch when he received his injection, which speaks volumes about their expertise. As a parent, it’s such a relief to know my children are in the hands of a team that is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and patient. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding pediatric dental care. PDOC at the Cleveland location truly sets the standard for professionalism and excellence.

The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure both kids and parents feel comfortable and cared for. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and it’s clear that their patients truly come first in everything they do. They are also incredibly understanding and willing to work with families, which makes such a difference. You can tell they genuinely care about each child and take the time to create a positive, stress-free experience. We are so grateful to have found a place that combines professionalism, compassion, and excellence so seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: My daughter went in for what was supposed to be a simple tooth extraction, but it turned into a nightmare. The tooth already had an infection, and I asked Dr. Katelyn if it should be treated first. She said removing the tooth would fix everything, so we trusted her and went ahead. After the extraction, my daughter’s condition got much worse. Her face swelled, she was in severe pain, and she cried constantly. When I called the office for help, I was told this sometimes happens and was referred to another clinic. That clinic refused to treat her, saying the infection could cause serious breathing problems and that she needed urgent care at an emergency or children’s hospital. We rushed her to the ER, and she had to stay for three days. She was very close to needing surgery. Seeing her in that much pain was terrifying. What makes this worse is the office’s response—or lack of it. We sent letters explaining what happened and requesting accountability. Dr. Jason Blair messaged, saying everything was done correctly and they were not responsible. No apology, no compassion, no accountability. This experience was shocking and unacceptable.

Experiencia negativa: I’m writing because my little sister had the worst experience at the Cleveland office. She was supposed to have a normal tooth pulled, but she already had an infection & pain and the dentist said it was fine to take it out. After the procedure, her swelling got worse, she was in so much pain, and my parents had to rush her to the hospital. She stayed there for three days and almost needed surgery. The office didn’t care. When we tried to get answers, Dr. Jason Blair said they did everything right and weren’t responsible. This is so unprofessional. No one should go through what my sister did.

Experiencia negativa: I am writing this review after an extremely upsetting and traumatic experience at the Cleveland office. What was supposed to be a routine tooth extraction appointment turned into a complete nightmare for my child and our family. My daughter already had an infection in that particular tooth, and I specifically asked Dr. Katelyn whether it was advisable to remove it at that time or if the infection should be treated first. I was told that the infection would come out with the tooth and that everything would be taken care of, so she proceeded with the extraction. Instead of improving, my daughter’s condition became much worse. The swelling increased significantly, and she was in unbearable pain, crying constantly. When I contacted the office, I was told that “sometimes this happens” and that we should seek further treatment elsewhere. They referred us to another clinic, but that clinic refused to treat her, explaining that her condition could lead to serious breathing complications and that she needed immediate care at an emergency room or children’s hospital. We rushed her to the emergency room, where she was admitted and had to stay in the hospital for three days due to a severe infection. She was very close to needing surgery. Watching my child go through that level of pain and fear was absolutely heartbreaking and something no parent should ever have to experience. I initially wrote a letter to the office explaining what happened and asking for accountability, but I received no response. After sending a second letter, Dr. Jason Blair messaged stating that everything was done according to procedure and that they are not responsible for what occurred. Receiving a response like this from a well-reputed dental facility is extremely disappointing. What is even more upsetting is the lack of empathy and accountability throughout this entire situation. Despite the severity of what happened, there has been no apology or meaningful follow-up. Based on our experience, this facility does not prioritize patient safety or quality care. We will never return, and I strongly urge other parents to think carefully before trusting them with their children’s care.

They made our daughter feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked in. Ember was incredibly sweet and patient, keeping our daughter engaged and excited about the visit. She was able to polish out 1 years old child’s teeth! Bethany welcomed us with a smile and made sure we got a memorable photo before leaving. Dr. Margaret was thorough and answered any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better team to introduce our little one to the world of dentistry. Experiencia positiva: I was actually refer to this ortho by a friend who is in the dentist industry, so I'm sure the orthodontist is wonderful. HOWEVER, I discontued going here after two visits because of the front desk gal. Her tone is very impolite (almost rude) Frankly I work too hard for my money to spend it somewhere I'm treated badly. I'll find a another ortho with a more respectful front desk lady.

Super clean, amazing staff, very impressed by the facilities as well. The kid watches tv on the ceiling during their visit. We loved it!

We have never had a bad experience from cleanings, to fillings, to caps and tooth pulling (doorknob phobia for my youngest son's baby tooth) the staff have gone above and beyond to make my little ones feel safe and comfortable!

Experiencia fantástica: I take my 4 daughters here and they love it. They are great with each one and they range from 2yrs-8yrs old. They have their regular cleanings and always experience excellent care. Some have had some additional dental work and they went over and beyond for each one. If you are looking for a dentist for your child they are the only choice in my opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed by the staff here i have never been before and my 9 yr old son was complaining of tooth pain it was so bad for him he was crying I called them and they got me into see a dentist within 45mins. I also just moved here to Tennessee and have not gotten medical or dental insurance the price without insurance was very reasonable. If you need a dentist for the kiddos this place is great they are really friendly and they are great with kids my son actually had a good time and he hated the dentist before he said he wishes all dentist were like that. Experiencia positiva: My children have went here most of their lives. Insurance with this company hasn't always been convenient. Not too long ago, they wouldn't file your secondary. You had to pay up front and fill out the paperwork yourself and send it in to your secondary. It was a huge inconvenience. I do believe they have gotten better on this. Most of the staff is very kind and sweet. Most of the issues, I've had has been with billing ... mostly because of insurance stuff. However, we always seem to get it worked out. The kiddos love it here.

I love not having to sit in the waiting area after you’ve made an appointment. We’ve been going there 5 years and never waited long at all! Experiencia fantástica: I will never forget the smile Dr Chad put on my medically fragile foster child’s face when he cleaned his teeth for free for me. He did this a favor to me because I took my children to him and my foster child had horrible build up on his teeth because he couldn’t swallow due to having a feeding tube. Dr Chad is was not only amazing with this baby but also with my children. My children always love to go see him. Thank you for always being so great!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve had great experiences with this office. The wait is short and the waiting room has so much to entertain your child while waiting. They are great about reminding you about upcoming appointments and when it is time to reschedule. My three year old child did great, they were patient and gentle with him and he even got a prize afterward. My son looks forward to going to the dentist after having such great experiences.

They have taken such good care of her that she likes going now. Every employee and doctor on staff are GEMS! There isn't anything I could suggest to change. We have always been treated well. We were in a separate room so she wouldn't be overwhelmed but so she could see everything. I was impressed by that fore thought, it shows their hearts for the kids. The Hygienist made her feel very welcomed and safe and so did doctor Chad. This is the only dentist we will go to from now on, thank you for the wonderful visit.

Experiencia fantástica: We absolutely love Pediatric Dentistry! They are all just so sweet and kind to all the children, and connect with them so well. Dr. Chad is probably my daughter’s favorite, because he recites lines from Paw Patrol as he’s working on her. “Chase is on the case!” We are thankful we were able to find a dentist willing to see a three year old when we found out my daughter had a couple of cavities. She used to be terrified of the dentist, but she actually gets excited to go now!
