Experiencia fantástica: Dental emergencies are incredibly stressful, especially when they're happening to your child, but Dr. Harris turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one that left us feeling reassured and well cared for. He came in after hours on a Friday to help my son on very short notice, and from the moment he arrived, it was clear that he genuinely cares about both his patients and staff. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, treated my son with patience and compassion, and made sure we understood exactly what to expect. We never felt rushed, and his calm, reassuring approach made a difficult situation much easier. I'd also like to recognize the front office coordinator, who was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She made a stressful afternoon much easier. What impressed me most was that Dr. Harris personally called Monday morning to check on my son. That level of follow-up is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of dentist—and person—he is. Excellent clinical care is expected, but genuine compassion, integrity, and commitment to your patients are what leave a lasting impression. We are incredibly grateful for everything Dr. Harris did for our family. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a dentist who truly goes above and beyond. He has certainly earned our family's trust, and we look forward to having him care for our family in the future.

Experiencia negativa: January 17, 2025 UPDATE Yet another major problem with Cornerstone Dentals Cleveland, TN crowns they did in my mouth. Today I was simply eating a slice of pizza in a restaurant in Tellico Plains, TN today when I went to bite a piece and my mouth filled up with pieces of a crown they put in. The pizza was thin crust without any chunks of food on it. The crown just shattered My insuance was billed right at $5000 for the few crowns. Now I have to go and pay another dentist to clean up the dreadful mess this dentist had left in my mouth! Oh and they were actually giving a $5.00 off dental service IF YOU GAVE THEM A GOOD GOOGLE REVIEW!! Found out if a company don't like BBB complaints, the company can pay the BBB to remove it and it gets removed. Sad and very disappointed. I've been to Cornerstone dental several times for new crowns but I'm not very happy with Cornerstone Dental's quality doing my crowns. I've never had to wait for my appointment. They are prompt, but all the staff there except the receptionists, needs to make certain the backside of their crowns do not have a gap between the gum and the edge of the crown! All but one of the temporaries fell out (became unseated) and had to be reseated. As of 6/24/2025 one of my permanent crowns fell out while I was eating soft food (scrambled eggs) for breakfast. Cornerstone Dr. reseated the crown but it again fell out only two days later on Although the crown didn't last a year, my insurance company was billed $284.00 but insurance paid $155.00. I'll not be returning unfortuantely because I really liked everyone there.

From the receptionist, the hygienist, and the dentist herself were all very friendly. They were calm, no judgment ( i smoked for many years) she fixed a plan that I can handle and I feel good about it. I would recommend her to anyone. My husband had the same reaction, and she treated him first with wonderful results, which was the only reason I gave them a chance. I'm glad I did!!

Experiencia negativa: Very sweet people had a good experience just we’re really there for our teeth to get fixed especially when we’re in really bad pain tooth that had been hurting me. They did an x-ray on that one tooth and talked with me about it talking about one person said it’s savable the other said no it’s not so that was confusing then as we go to schedule for it to be pulled, they said they’ll put me on a waitlist it’s been almost 2 months. Never heard from them not one day. I guess they think I can keep my tooth but they gave me an anabiotic‘s. The pain went away after all the antibiotics but it still hurt for two weeks while on the antibiotics And I missed a bunch of Work so now here I am still with my tooth but hey no pain

Experiencia positiva: My appointment was at 12:30. I saw the hygienist at 1:00, so I wasn’t too happy about that wait time. Then, the hygienist only spent 15-20 minutes on my cleaning. She took pics of several of my teeth which she showed to me and the dentist—problems that had never been discussed with me on my prior visits. After giving me a price list for “fixing” the problems, I left. I was in my car by 1:35. Although I wasn’t happy about that visit, let me point out that the staff, the hygienist and the doctor were very pleasant and friendly.

It got off to a rocky start because their phone systems were a mess but as soon as I was able to get through and get an appointment the receptionist, the dental hygienist, and the dentist herself were all lovely. This was only the first visit so I will update if my experience changes.
