Dr. Ridder is great and very welcoming however when I selected Dr. Ridder amongst other Orthodontist I specifically asked Dr. Ridder that he be the only one to check on my child. The past 2 visits I have scheduled with Dr. Ridder and instead another Orthodontist has checked her when I specifically make my appts with Dr. Ridder I called the office yesterday to ask what the problem was although they were apologetic I still hesitate for next visit thinking the same thing will happen and they will not honor the commitment of the Orthodontist we select in this case Dr. Ridder I have a referral yet im holding off because of this issue also I never get any reminder calls nor text and they have checked they cant seem to solve that issue, reminder text help a lot. Other than these two issues Dr. Ridder is awesome.

Experiencia positiva: We've had a generally great experience with Ridder Orthodontics in Haslet. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and professional, and Dr. Ridder is knowledgeable and kind. My daughter has made good progress with her treatment, and we’ve appreciated the overall care. However, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because one specific issue keeps happening — one of her brackets consistently falls off the same tooth, often before we even make it home. We’ve brought it up multiple times, but unfortunately, nothing has been done to find a lasting solution. It’s frustrating to deal with the same problem over and over without resolution. We still believe they do a good job overall, and we’re hopeful this concern will eventually be addressed. Just something to be aware of for other parents going through the process
