Novel Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: I just had my dental cleaning here, and I wanted to share how genuinely impressed I am by the entire experience. I was honestly surprised by the level of attention to detail, care, and kindness from the whole staff ❤️ I was a little nervous and a couple of times I didn’t fully understand the instructions. But everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind that I never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed for even a moment. They took the time to explain everything, kept me informed throughout the appointment, and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. The doctor also came in twice during my appointment to check on me, which I really appreciated. Nina and Ana did my cleaning, and they are absolutely wonderful!!! ❤️Attentive, gentle, and incredibly professional. Thank you to the entire staff for being so kind, welcoming, and friendly You made what can normally be a stressful experience feel so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend here!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience at novel smiles! The assistant was incredibly nurturing, and the doctor was extremely thorough, he explained everything regarding the procedure and post care which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Danielle at the front desk was beyond welcoming and so helpful with my questions and new patient forms. The entire team was kind, professional, and reassuring. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s not easy getting braces as an adult. The team at Novel Smiles and Dr. Tran made it as painless as possible. My estimated 12-month time frame was shortened to 9 months!

Experiencia fantástica: Appointment went really well, getting my braces in. No issues, it went pretty smooth and better than expected.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and professional staff who are very considerate of my time getting me in and out promptly and they have advanced technology making my cleaning a breeze. The office is always spotless. I highly recommend Dr. Sbeigh for all dental work, and he is partnered with specialists in the same office, which makes it convenient when you need additional work beyond routine care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, have come here for many years. Dr Tran and Dr Sbeih are very nice and great at what they do!

Experiencia fantástica: They are always very quick to take you back and everyone is pleasant to deal with.

Experiencia fantástica: I was new to the area and had my bonded retainer break. I called and they were able to see me the same day. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Tran was very helpful and provided helpful advice. I will definitely be coming to Novel Smiles from now on.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran has been a blessing for me. I went from not being able to smile because of how messed up my teeth were to absolutely loving my smile. I've been a patient of his since 2018, and he has always taken great care of me. When my permanent retainer broke, he fixed it for me free of charge, which I truly appreciated. Thank you so much, Dr. Tran, for everything you've done for me over the years. I couldn't be happier with my smile!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at this dental office for more than 10 years, and I cannot say enough good things about the care I have received. The dentist and staff are always professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. What truly sets this practice apart is the way they treat their patients like family. When my mother passed away, they sent me a thoughtful sympathy card that meant so much to me during a very difficult time. Their kindness and compassion went far beyond dental care. I have since moved two hours away, but | still choose to make the drive because I trust them completely and cannot imagine going anywhere else. The quality of care, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere are worth every mile. After more than a decade as a patient, I can confidently say they are the best dental team anyone could ask for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who is not only highly skilled but also truly cares about their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: This practice had been highly recommended to me, deservedly so. Thank you for your excellent and speedy care.

Experiencia fantástica: They are very sweet and very professional!

Experiencia fantástica: This Dentistry Office is outstanding. The front Desk Staff, Assistants, Hygienists and Dentists are all extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Specifically Dr. Elaine Barlan and her staff are amazing. Would drive an hour just to continue receiving care from this dentist. I have had issues with previous dentists not taking me seriously with my heightened anxiety and increased tolerance to local anesthetic. Dr. Elaine is always very supportive and intentional in ensuring I am comfortable and numb throughout any dental procedures. Her assistant Nina is also wonderful and a pro at ensuring comfort throughout any procedure. Can’t recommend this dentistry enough.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Dr. Izzat and staff is always positive. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The procedure was explained and after completion Dr. Izzat expressed the importance of good dental hygiene. Received a nice dental parting gift and I made my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I am a new patient and the office squeezed me into their schedule to get my teeth filled and also explained to me the process to repair chipped teeth. :)

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars for Dr. Tran and the overall braces experience—from start to finish. The follow-up care and warranty support for replacements were smooth and reliable. However, I would avoid the cleaning side(dentist and hygienist). There was repeated pressure to get additional treatments that were deemed unecessary by another dentist that I trust. The cleaning time is spent for upselling than patient care. It made the experience uncomfortable and hard to trust.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of this practice for almost 12 years. Each and every experience has been nothing short of amazing! The care, concern, and consideration extended during each appointment is unmatched. I used to have the biggest fear of dental appointments, due to the pain and discomfort I’ve experienced in the past. Now, I look forward to scheduling my follow up appointments because this practice prioritizes comfort, professionalism, and expert services. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Do yourselves a favor and book now!

Experiencia fantástica: So grateful for Dr. Tran who saw me for a free braces consultation and at no charge filed a few of my teeth to improve my bite. Entire staff Is lovely and it seems they do state of the art orthodontics here. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience . Got an appt right away, Norma the Office Manager was pleasant and personable when I called , she is good at explaining treatment and finance.Jasmin and Dr Horng we’re gentle, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend then Sunshine Smiles Dentistry. Defiantly give them a try if you are looking for great service and honesty humble people !

Experiencia fantástica: Novel Smiles is THE best. Everyone is beautiful, friendly, welcoming, organized and professional. Services are always prompt. I never have to wait past my scheduled time. The office is an immaculate location. I don't live in the area but it is always worth the drive. They are thorough and knowledgeable and invest in the latest equipment and offer many services. I have been coming for years. I highly recommend Novel Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Novel Smiles with Dr. Sbeih and Anna!! Anna was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing and asking if I was okay throughout my cleaning! I would highly recommend Novel Smiles!! :)

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful office, friendly and professional staff. As a new patient with a dental “cosmetic” emergency-I was given an appointment the next day. Parking was in front of the office and the staff was waiting for me. I left an hour later with a beautiful smile! Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years, and I can honestly say my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My dentist and orthodontist have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my teeth and gums stay healthy, strong, and looking their best. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail and genuine care. Every visit feels thorough yet comfortable, and they take the time to explain everything so I always feel confident in my treatment. A special shoutout to my orthodontist, who has patiently reattached my retainer more times than I’d like to admit. It’s one of those small but incredibly important things, and they handle it quickly and seamlessly every time without hesitation. It’s rare to find a team you can trust for this long, but they’ve earned that trust year after year. If you’re looking for a dental and orthodontic team that truly cares about your long-term oral health, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been Dr. Sbeih and Dr Trans patient since 2016. Ever since meeting them my smile has transformed and remained healthy!!I would highly recommend for anybody that needs treatment and braces to visit this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had! Anna at Novel Smiles was amazing—super gentle, completely painless, and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. The hospitality was warm and welcoming too. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience with novel smiles, this is my second time getting braces and I didn’t go back to my first orthodontist because the treatment took so long and the staff there weren’t very nice. At novel smiles I’ve felt welcomed and cared about from my first appointment with them, and my treatment ended earlier than expected which was a nice surprise! I would recommend anyone looking for a new dentist or orthodontist to come here :)

Experiencia fantástica: Great place with great people. I visited the dentist, periodontist, and orthodontist and was impressed with all of them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran and the entire team at Novel Smiles are truly outstanding. I recently moved to the area and had a unique situation with my Invisalign treatment that required help from a new dentist. I spent hours calling multiple practices nearby, and every office either turned me away or wasn’t willing to help. Novel Smiles immediately welcomed me as a patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. What really stood out to me was how personally involved Dr. Tran is with patients. He communicates directly with you, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about helping you get the best outcome. That level of attention and accessibility is rare and made the entire experience incredibly reassuring. The staff is also friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. I’m extremely grateful I found this office and will absolutely be returning for any future dental needs. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and the Novel Smiles team to anyone looking for a dentist who truly puts patients first.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this practice for about 10 years. Always very professional staff. Very accommodating with appts. I have even had orthodontic and oral surgery with this group of elite dentists and surgeons. Thank you very much for all your care Dr Sbeih

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were amazing and so friendly. Cecelia was the best. Dr. Tran was very efficient and did the job very quickly We were very please with Novel Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: 2/21/2026: NUMERO UNO! The best dentist office in all of Northern Virginia. An incredible combination of the front desk staff, technicians and hygienists and of course the dentists working together in a fun and professional environment creating a relaxed and pleasant environment for the patients. Can’t get any better. 9/3/2025: I was hesitant to transition from one doctor (Izzat Sbeih aka Dr. Z) to another doctor due to an insurance implications. But I was amazingly and pleasantly surprised!with the smooth transition from one pair of caring hands to another pair of capable hands!!! Thank you, Novel Smiles team. 11/18/24: Another awesome visit with Dr. S and Rebeca. This place rocks! Nowadays every time one visits his/her dentist’s office, often there are new faces working in the office. Not at Novel Smiles! The same crew since the first time I went to Novel! Love this place. 3/12/24: Fig is the best! 10/31/23: awesome visit. The new hygienist, Sam aka Fig, is exceptional. No different than my last review! Incredible in all aspect. My last review: After 16 years living in Tysons Corner area, we finally have found a dental office worth a 5-star rating. The doctors and the technicians are extremely competent, professional and personable. The office environment is lighthearted. The staff seem to be happy and to enjoy their work. We first went to Novel Smiles for our children braces. Subsequently my wife and I decided to give Novel Smiles for our routine dental cleaning and other dental needs. No regrets!

Experiencia fantástica: The office was really nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and the location is great.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this office! Staff is amazing! Special shout out to Karen who was very gentle with my son and provided great customer service today!

Experiencia fantástica: Novel Smiles is top notch for dentist/orthodontic treatments. I first went to Novel for braces for my daughter, and now back again for my son. This modern office is easy to get to in Tysons with parking right outside the front door, and a large spacious waiting room. The staff are all very friendly and professional. In the treatment rooms, you can watch the raised tv while laying back in the chair. The practice runs on time, and often runs early. I highly recommend Novel Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a Pt of Dr Tran, he’s always been amazing with me. He along with his team are always on top of my care. Bedside is alway 10/10 with everyone and I never have to worry about discomforts after adjusting my braces.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran is my #1 choice for orthodontic procedures!! He's incredibly skilled especially with his hands with an excellent eye for aesthetics, and is honest about what's truly needed - never pushing unnecessary procedures. He's caring and takes the time to listen. I've been seeing Dr. Tran for over seven years and came back to him for care a second time!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient at this dental office since they first opened, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience. I originally got my braces here, and the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. They are very particular about their work and truly focus on giving you a natural, beautiful smile. I also had veneers done by Dr. Sbeih, and even after about 7 years, they still look as good as the day I got them. The quality of his work really speaks for itself. He and the staff is professional, friendly, and consistently provides excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: The Doctor explains everything about my problem and guides me choose what's the better option to my teeth. The experience with Novel Smiles is best.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care from Dr. Sbeih and the experienced staff. Very pleasant service. I had a cavity and split tooth,it would need to be removed but Dr. Sbeih advised me to get root canal first, then he tried to put crown on my half tooth which is very difficult in order to avoid tooth extraction due to my osteoporosis. Thank you very much Dr. Sbeih.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience with both doctors here for annual cleaning and a retainer fix. The office has nice atmosphere and great location.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sbeih and his entire team. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Sbeih is incredibly skilled and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout out visit. His gentle approach and attention to detail truly stand out. The staff is just as exceptional—friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. The office is clean, modern, and well organized, which made the whole experience even better. I’m very grateful for the care we received and highly recommend Dr. Sbeih and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented dentist. Thanks Dr Sbeih.

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to take a moment to express how deeply grateful I am for Dr. Sbeih. He has truly changed my life forever. My case wasn’t an easy one, and from the very beginning he was honest, caring, patient, and genuine. He walked me through every step, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made me feel supported instead of embarrassed or hopeless. Because of his skill, compassion and the entire team he has around him, I’m finally able to smile again. Over the past year I felt trapped in a chapter of my life that held me back and dimmed my confidence. But today, I can close that chapter for good. I feel free. And that freedom is because of Dr. Sbeih and his incredible staff. Everything aligned exactly how it was supposed to, and I know I was placed in the right hands. I’m forever grateful for the authentic, caring, and genuinely good people in that office. Thank you, Dr. Sbeih, for giving me more than a new smile you gave me a new beginning.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall amazing experience. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and thorough. He will give you the best treatment options.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. The whole team is friendly, professional, and makes every visit feel easy. Dr. Tran and his team handled both my braces and retainers, and they have such great attention to detail. My cleanings with Dr Sbeih and his team are always super thorough and they never rushed through appointments. Even my husband goes here and raves about them after every visit. It’s rare to find a dental office that is this consistent, caring and genuinely invested in your long-term dental health. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars all the way! Dr. Sbeih and the team at Novel Smiles are wonderful. Truly the best dentist I’ve ever had. My cavity filling was quick, painless, and completely stress free. Huge thanks also to Michelle, Olympia, and Danielle for their kindness and care. I’m so happy I found this office!

Experiencia fantástica: I was having a bad day, was running way late to my appointment (and also was dragging my toddler along with me), and was steeling myself for judgement and ridicule as I hadn’t been to the dentist since before COVID (6years) and all my teeth have moved from not wearing my retainer. But Dr Sbeih and hygienist Olympia were so kind and professional, took extra time to X-ray and assess the health of my teeth, and do a deep cleaning where they were able to lift 6 years of coffee stains and plaque—literally my teeth went from yellow to white somehow—and guys I was the last appointment on a Friday night—I’m sure they couldn’t wait to go home, but they didn’t rush with me at all. Truly felt like I was at a tooth spa. I came in making self-deprecating jokes and feeling like a hot mess, but they filled me with positive encouragement. It was literally the highlight of my day. If you’re scared of going to the dentist, or have had bad experiences in the past, this is the place to go! From the front desk receptionist to the dental providers caring for you in the back, it’s an all round positive and amazing experience. I live an hour+ away from them now, but I’m never changing my dentist. Thank you Novel Smiles! * oh and I should mention that the last time I had to have fillings was 2017/2018–i had a ton done and they were all done by Dr Sbieh— when I went in this time xrays showed them all perfectly still intact after 7 years—that’s probably why I amazingly had no cavities this time round. He is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Expert dental care, again, from Dr Sbeih and the terrific team at Novel Smiles. From reception and scheduling to preventative and corrective care, Novel Smiles has provided expert professional care in a modern and welcoming environment. I’ve been a very satisfied customer for 10 years and continue to be pleased with this team’s expert dentistry and customer service.

I enjoyed the humor we shared and the staff is always professional and friendly. Great place to go for your dental needs. Would definitely recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: The service that I have received at Novel Smiles was TOP NOTCH, thanks to Dr. Tran and my personal favorite, Johanna!! They are extremely thorough with their process in assisting me with getting started with my adult braces. Their considerations and consistency is what keeps me coming back. They pay close attention to detail, are very patient, and make sure their clients receive the best support and care possible. I am so grateful I was introduced to Novel Smiles!! Their location is easy to find, all employees are so kind and attentive—you will have nothing short of a great experience from start to finish!! I can’t wait to get my braces on soon!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Just had another great visit with Dr. Sbeih. As always, he was very understanding and supportive of my dental needs and dental maintenance preferences. He listened to my concerns, provided excellent service and made me feel at ease, and my dental needs well cared for. I highly recommend him.

And shoutout to Rebecca, his hilarious dental assistant! She kept me laughing and totally distracted in the best way. Such an awesome team!

Experiencia fantástica: Novel Smiles is an excellent dentistry practice having the latest dental technology. We have been patients for 10 years+ when Dr. Sbeih opened his practice. His dedication to learning, his empathy toward patients and sense of humor has kept us returning even after moving to Tennessee. We have seen his practice grow tremendously and it is truly based on the high quality of his staff and of course Dr. Sbeih himself.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Izzat Sbeih and his team/staff were exceptionally professional and provided excellent services, I highly recommend Novel Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: Today I went into Novel Smiles to get cosmetic work on my front 2 teeth. Dr. Izzat Sbeih did an amazing job! I love that he is caring and takes lots of pride in his work. Thank you for giving me back my smile, DR. SBEIH! I recommend Novel Smiles to everyone. I've visited lots of dentist in the past and nothing compares to Dr. Sbeih and his team.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran is amazing! He did a fantastic job with my braces and made sure everything was perfect before they came off. He even recommended their in-house periodontist to even out my gum line, which made a huge difference in my final smile. He always takes the time to answer my questions and scheduled regular check-ins to track my progress. The entire team/dental assistants are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you are looking for an orthodontist who truly cares and delivers great results, I highly recommend Dr. Tran!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Barlan was fantastic. She expertly numbed my gums. I didn't feel any pain as she repaired two teeth; she explained what she was doing, and how and why she was doing it. I would absolutely recommend anyone to seek her help. The entire office staff were professional, efficient, nice.

Experiencia fantástica: My son had braces at Novel Smile. We were referred by a friend who was very happy with Dr. Tran’s service. My son started his treatment in July 2021 and had his braces removed in June 2025. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and professional—he always acts in the best interest of his patients. He could have removed my son’s braces a year earlier, but he kept them on until June to ensure the best results. The fee we paid was approximately for two and a half years of service, but Dr. Tran continued to provide care and follow-up for nearly four years. All the staff are very professional, and I highly recommend Novel Smile. Most importantly, my son is extremely happy with his beautiful teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and has an outstanding experience. He did a fantastic job with my dental procedure. His staff was super helpful through the process to get me braces.

I truly appreciate his professional bedside manner, grace in candor, humor, patience in answering questions, as well as his personalized consideration of me and my family (my husband goes to him too!). His staff is just as wonderful and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran is the very best! All the staff at Novel are so nice and helpful. I’m so happy I found them.

Experiencia fantástica: Danielle's friendly and courteous greeting puts me at ease every single time I walk through the door. Dr. Sbeih is a teeth whisperer, along with his shadow Rebecca. All the office stuff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for all you do!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is friendly and patient. Dr Tran extremely detail oriented and always tries his best to address any concerns I have. I almost feel like visiting another family whenever I visit the place. Very lucky that I chose Dr Tran as my orthodontist!

Experiencia fantástica: Another good visit to Novel Smiles. I have now been going there for over 10 years - I know I am going to be taken care of - my concerns addressed, and my teeth well cared for. If you are in the DMV the semi-annual drive out to Tysons is well worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service. Only waited 3 minutes in the lobby. Sam and Rebecca were awesome. Melissa is a beautiful lady in that Office.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the vibes this office gives. Came here for an emergency visit and just decided to make this my primary practice. Dr. Sbeih is amazing. As someone who has so much anxiety when it comes to dental procedures Dr. Sbeih made me feel comfortable. I wish I found this practice pre braces! I’m sure O would’ve been happy with the ending results.

Experiencia fantástica: Shortly after moving to the DC area over 3 years ago I got into a serious scooter accident and shattered my face and all of my front teeth. I researched dentists in the area and came across novel smiles. They were incredibly welcoming and made me much more comfortable about my situation even though I was a mess at the time. After more than 3 years of procedures which included multiple surgeries, teeth removal, temporary teeth, braces, implants, retainers you NAME it the process is finally complete and my smile looks amazing. Not that the accident was a good thing, but it was almost a blessing in disguise as my smile is significantly better cosmetically than it was prior. Dr. Sbeih and Dr. Tran are miracle workers and I can’t thank them enough!!!! The rest of the staff is amazing as well and made the countless visits necessary to fix my teeth seamless. I will recommend novel smiles to EVERYONE as they’re experts in all things teeth.

Shout out to Dr. Tran!! He makes the orthodontic experience very smooth and no fear or pain involved. Experiencia fantástica: novel smiles did a great job fixing my chip tooth. Went overseas a month ago to get it fixed and broke within the time i came back to the US. Went to novel smiles to see if they could fix it and everything from there went amazing. fast process, calm environment and great vibes. everybody is professional and couldn’t be more happy with my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: It's been more than 10 years that I have been getting dental services by Dr. Sbeih and I cannot stop writing about him, though it is first time that i am providing my review. I am so happy with him for his meticulous dental services provided to me and cannot put all in words. He is so nice, so gentle and always respectful and very knowledgeable and skillful in his work. His other staff are also very polite and know their job very well.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dental office in tge DMV. Office is calm, Dentists and staff caring. Also you are not left sitting in the waiting room after you check in.

Experiencia fantástica: Nothing but great things to say about this office. The office is clean, staff are always polite, the doctors are professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field and the location is convenient. I've been a patient for a few years now. I see Dr. Sbeih for my cleanings and I saw Dr. Tran for my braces. A couple of years ago, I saw Dr. Makarita for veneers for both my upper and lower teeth. Great experience with all three doctors! Professional, knowledgeable and always there when I need them (especially when I was in pain!). My smile is AMAZING! Great dentists for the entire family and perfect for all ages!

Experiencia fantástica: I do not make reviews often but I have to make a review for this dentist/ortho office. Dr. Tran is absolutely awesome! He is truly so nice and listens to all my concerns. I got Invisalign done by him and I still have a little bit left, but I am VERY satisfied with the results thus far. I was super insecure about my smile as I had one jagged looking tooth, and I already feel 5X more confident. Dr. Tran is very understanding and his workers are also very nice and patient. I truly appreciate good service especially when you are spending thousands of dollars on something like Invisalign. Please do not hesitate to get any dental work done by this office, they truly are the best! (POC friendly here as well!) Nothing bad to say; their office is also very clean and aesthetic looking which is another plus! They truly take care of their patients here.

Experiencia fantástica: Novel Smiles got me straightened out! I walked in for a cleaning and after years of being scared away from other dentists who told me in order to achieve a straighter smile, I’d have to have surgery to adjust me jaw, and enlarge the roof of my mouth, and remove teeth, Dr Tran took a look and by the end of the week I was in braces! It was a 3 year journey and I’ve had the BEST experience. I’m sure I’m their only ortho patient with ALL of my teeth. (wisdom teeth still in place although I’ve been encouraged to have them removed.) Thank you to the Drs and wonderful staff of Novel Smiles. I highly recommend this establishment. Clean, friendly and professional!

Experiencia fantástica: We don’t live close by, but after hearing what my youngest son’s orthodontist where we live had to say about his orthodontic treatment and price I had to come back to a place I knew we could trust, and as always it exceed expectations. It’s easy to make an appointment, parking is always available, they keep everything nice and clean. The staff greets you as soon as you come in and makes you feel comfortable. I don’t recall ever having a long wait, and this time was the same. The dental assistants are very nice and knowledgeable, always open to answer any questions. They also keep up with the newest and latest technology so you know you have the best options for your treatment. We saw Dr. Tran (my oldest and myself were also his patients about 10years ago) he’s an AMAZING doctor. He’s knowledgeable, super kind, down to earth and has the best bedside manner. My son was a little worried at first (after hearing what he needed from his usual doctor) but left completely happy and confident after his visit here at Novel Smiles, he also mentioned how much he liked everyone. You can be confident that Novel Smiles will be very honest and won’t try to upsell you. If anything they give you options on how to make things easier on you, which I truly appreciate. They are just awesome

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dental office that I have ever been. The staff is bee cordial, respectful and attentive to the patient need. Remarkable place to receive dental services. Awesome place.
