I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist, and I also have some issues that can make dental procedures more difficult and uncomfortable. From the very beginning, they listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible throughout my visit. What meant the most to me was that they made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I’ll continue coming back as long as they’re there because they’ve earned my trust and made me feel safe and secure in their care

Experiencia positiva: The check in process was very slow as the receptionist was slowly working with another patient. When our patient finally went in for service, it was 20 minutes past her appointment time. The check out process was even worse. I asked the hygienist where the receptionist was and she said the receptionist was on the phone and would be with us soon. After a 20 minute wait, I went through the treatment area to the back door of the receptionist office. I found her working on a computer in a cubby, oblivious to the fact we had been waiting on her for at least 20 minutes. Finally she came to check us out. Again, that was a slow process. The check in and check out process should not take more time than the actual appointment. I asked for a receipt, which I was given. It is so complicated that it is very difficult to see where the patients moneys were paid. So here's my suggestion: fire the receptionist and get a new one and for patients, get a much simpler receipt the clearly shows what the patient has paid.

Experiencia fantástica: I am TERRIFIED to go to the dentist! That all changed when I went to visit Fishersville Dental Healh Associates. Dr Russ and Christina we calm, funny, interactive, caring, and very gentle!!! I would recommend this place 100%. The hygentist Amanda was amazing and helped my daughter feel good and safe while getting her teeth cleaned. I took my whole family in the same day and EVERYONE we interacted with came across like we had been friends forever. They are all so wonderful!!

Experiencia negativa: The cleanings I had were great. Thought I had a great rapore with one of the hygienist. A lot of pressure to replace old fillings then told I had periodontal disease. Also told it was entirely up to me if I had the $2,000 4 hour procedure (that would be $250 an hour) but if I did not have the procedure they would no longer clean my teeth. Entirely up to you if you regard this a positive or negative review.

Gabby set me up, removed my temporary crown, and took good care of me in the chair while Dr. Russ fitted the new tooth. The crown fit perfectly the first time and I was out in no time. I absolutely recommend this practice.

Experiencia positiva: Check in was okay. Dental assistant cleaning was very polite. Had X-rays was fine, dentist checking Teeth was okay, did not get cleaning bra cause I had an ankle replacement. We should be told that we need Clearence from Surgery's before coming in. But that’s okay.. Checking out was not Good. I had given my insurance card which pays 100% going in. She just said that will be $147. For what was done today. I said what about insurance I have. She said will I can try and see if it pays. I said it always has paid 100%. She said I will try. Her attitude was treating me as a low class person. I’m 69 years and have worked all my life. So please tell her to treat us all the same as others. I checked my insurance on line and it said it pays all copayments etc.. Thanks Perry Mace

Both Dr.Russ and Sydney were professional yet warm, kind, and were clear and detailed in their communication. They quickly pivoted due to an unexpected complication and were able to work with me to utilize my time well during my visit to still take positive action and steps in my plan of care while being committed to best and safe practice as well and conscientious of pain. I also had a cleaning full X-rays- quick, efficient, painless, and the dental hygienest was clear and detailed in her communication as well and has a warm, kind, and friendly demenor.

Empathetic staff are just as important as knowledgeable ones and all the staff I’ve had the pleasure to meet here fit that description! Dr. Russ is nothing short of phenomenal. She’s the type of Doctor you wish all your Doctors were. Great bedside manner, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuine. She makes me SMILE just by being herself. Great energy! My favorite Dental Hygienist of all time is Amanda. Amanda is the first hygienist in my 54 years who made me feel happy and proud of even little changes to my home mouth care. Her sunny personality, her sincere care in you as a human being and her ability to make the experience as comfortable as possible is beyond compare. She has emotional support items to help you through your visit and is able to accommodate your needs. She explains everything if you like (I do!) and is so incredibly knowledgeable about her field and things that can affect your care! She truly cares about you as a whole. I adore her. Since under their care, I no longer have the guilt of failing to take care of my own teeth because they made it so easy for me to do it. I haven’t had pain or discomfort in the years I’ve been going here. I am a permanent patient. You should try them too!

If you go through your insurance benefits you can see your out of pocket, this place always bills you more even though they are contracted to bill a certain price. Be aware call your insurance before you get work done so you know how much you're gonna pay. if you don't know your benefits this place will over charge you.

My daughter who is Autistic doesn’t say much even when she is in pain and asked. He quickly picked up on the fact that she was in pain but not say so. He was kind, patient and gentle. We feel blessed to have found this practice. They also provide same day appointments.
