Experiencia negativa: Called in for an emergency appointment got booked for a walk in the next morning…just to get a call at the end of the day saying they double booked me and needed me to reschedule. (Stating I’m in an emergency) I tried calling them back to see what was going on, no response multiple times. This place is a joke.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed. My initial visit was awesome, and I genuinely felt like we were getting somewhere. However, things quickly went downhill. The first red flag was when my second appointment was canceled because I supposedly hadn't completed my paperwork. The problem is that I had already called ahead and arrived 30 minutes early specifically to fill it out, only to be told when I got there that my appointment had been canceled at the last minute. I still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. A month later, I returned for what I believed would be my cleaning along with the dental work they had recommended based on my X-rays and the dentist's evaluation from my first visit. In the middle of the appointment, I finally met the dentist, and he told me I didn't need any of the work they had previously recommended. That was frustrating enough, but then things became even more confusing. Before my cleaning was even done, fluoride was applied first. That makes no sense because fluoride is supposed to be applied after a cleaning to help protect clean teeth. I questioned why it was being done in that order, and the entire experience left me feeling like no one was on the same page. I spent money on Ubers going back and forth, waited a month for this appointment, and was constantly being told different things. It felt like I was getting the runaround from start to finish. After everything that happened, I had no choice but to reschedule yet again, which was the last straw. I ended up calling to have myself removed from their patient directory completely. Based on my experience, they were not who they presented themselves to be. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you decide to go here.

Experiencia negativa: I've tried to schedule my first appointment 4 different times now, and every single time, I've gotten notified to reschedule it 1-24 hours before the appointment because apparently the time slots shown as available on the website don't reflect the actual availability. Two of the times, I've directly called the number in the text to reschedule and 100% confirm my time slot with the receptionist, but both times I still got a text that I needed to reschedule. It seems impossible to get an appointment as a new patient, whether it's on the phone or through the website, and after trying for about a month straight it's gotten frustrating.

Experiencia negativa: Drove an hour. Opens at 8 am not 7 am… my appointment was at 7:30. Said to be there 15 minutes before and nobody opened the doors for the line of people waiting until 8 am. At the end i was told to come back at 2:30 pm DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Arrived only to be told they had scheduled another patient over me earlier in the day and could reschedule me for another day. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

LaKaila and Ashley made me feel very comfortable and clearly explained what they would be doing during my visit. Dr. F. Cena listened to what I had to say and he worked out a good plan for my teeth! My visit ended with Fran, again greeted with a smile and scheduled my next appointment. Everyone I encountered smiled and said hello, I was made to feel very welcomed and that means a lot. Experiencia fantástica: Was booked same day. Not an emergency, but I was in a lot of pain. I apologize for not having all the names, apologies for misspelling in advance. Brittany was wonderful, took my vitals and Xrays, Amber also was great, performed initial inspection / measurement of my gums. Explained possible treatments. Dr. Singh was great, clearly explained what she planned to do and gave me options/alternatives, etc. The finance office was absolutely wonderful as well. I had originally spoken with her in the morning on the phone, and then ended my appointment in her office arranging payment and scheduling the next two appointments. Everyone I dealt with including the receptionist was smiling and friendly. I'm not a huge fan of dental anything, and I'm in a lot of pain, yet the office hit a home run in my book.

Experiencia fantástica: I am always such a big baby when it comes to pain and the dentist but they Showed me compassion. They stay pretty busy and that has always been what tells me all I need to know. My dental assistant, shoot I forgot his name, but he is young and attractive, and very gentle while explaining everything he is doing And continuously asking me if I was OK and that gave me a lot of relief from anxiety. Well, I guess that post didn’t go through but here I am today in February and I left getting my crown. It was an amazing experience like always. I am the worst patient and they were amazing to me. They did not even complain. It took me so long to finally go back and get my crown and that’s because of my schedule and they worked with me and I just love these people here maybe not all of them but the front office is the best and of course my dentist. I don’t even know who was working on me today, but that is a good thing cause if I knew her name it meant she pissed me off.

I just moved to VA they got me in so quick, it took 5 minutes to fill out the paperwork, Madisan stayed with me the entire appointment she took my X-rays making it comfortable since I cracked a tooth and rushed to make sure I wasn’t in pain and kept reassuring me what she would be doing and that it would be some pressure. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I understood my future procedures. Definitely will be my dental place for the foreseeable future.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely worse experience of my life. First of all, there was an issue with the time of the appointment and medication dosage clarification. The assistant did not know what she was doing or what certain tools were when asked to grab them. I left in crucial pain going up to my head. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy! Never go here, very unprofessional, leaving rooms dirty, and staff was very rude. They did not greet me with their name and constantly seemed worried about other things and getting distracted while drilling my tooth.

The x-ray tech, Britany was efficient, and the dentist knowledgeable and helpful. For payment plans Fran encouraged me to apply, which I qualified. Thank you everyone for your excellent service.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is great!! The Doc is amazing and so is his staff. They do an exceptional job and are very quick to correct anything that is wrong. They are really friendly and actually seem to care. When my insurance reached their Max payout for my dental implants they applied discounts to my treatment plan and saved me allot of money!! This is hands down the best place to go for dental work.

Experiencia positiva: The office done everything they possibly could to make sure I was able to get the dental care I had been needing for many years, I had the MA Brittany twice as I went back in for a soft reline and always made the visit enjoyable and she even remembered me , which is hard to do when they are seeing many patients every day. Experiencia negativa: I went in October of 2025 and got fillings done , I’m still having major sensitivity issues on the top and horrible pain on the bottom filling it’s insane . I’ve reached out multiple times for assistance and haven’t gotten no reply expect being put on prednisone for a week when they pain kept on in November
