You literally won't feel a thing. I look forward to talking with Johanna, Julie and Crystal, they are wonderful. They have the latest technology. They take a 3d picture of your mouth so you can see what they are talking about and see the cavities. You can see a heatmap of where your teeth touch too much or not enough. You can even watch TV while they work.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Hygienist Johanna for approximately 3 years. She does a fantastic and thorough job with my cleanings. Dr. Franz has excellent bedside manners and she’s very attentive. Highly recommend Dental Care at Livingston Marketplace.

Experiencia fantástica: Dentist visits make me anxious but I was put at ease with all the information I was given from questions I asked before anything was started. The staff is full of knowledge of not just oral hygiene but new, less invasive treatments. This is now my forever dentist!

Experiencia negativa: Making up Fake Cavities to get money went to get second opinion they said no cavities Also when they asked if I wanted information on invisiline I said “sure” and they then gave me a piece of paper to sign my signature on it and I told them no way in the world am I signing something just to receive more information They try to trap you in by saying “oh you signed now you have to pay $7 thousand dollars for invisiline” Scummy tactics and liars

Experiencia fantástica: Very reliable, honest and knowledgeable. My entire family goes to Dental Care at Living Marketplace

Experiencia fantástica: I’m an older woman with many dental challenges that I have not been able to attend to due to family issues and commitments. They treated me with courtesy and respect and never made me feel like less of a person because of the status of my mouth. I have a future ahead of me in which I will need a dentist that I can trust and can feel comfortable with and this practice is my choice.

Experiencia fantástica: Knowledgable, nice and caring people working in here specially Joan she is amazing & does a great job every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience. So many practices seem to be operating like a Used Car Dealership these days with a ton of upselling. Not the case here. Very thorough cleaning, X-rays and laying out of what I needed. Great people and well run! I’ll be going back!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a dental emergency and our dentist had recently sold his practice and retired, so it was time to find a dentist closer to us in Lutz. I had a dental insurance question, and my trusted and very particular friend who also handles our insurance referred me to Dr. Franz at Dental Care at Livingston Marketplace…and I’m so glad that he did. I was able to book an appt for the next day and it’s hard to describe how good my experience was. Victoria, Elizabeth, Julie, and Dr. Franz all took great care of me, and their clinic is new, modern, spotless and everyone is very friendly and efficient. They were informative and patient through the process, it was really a great experience…medically and from a customer service perspective. 100% recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I recently switched to Dental Care at Livingston Market Place and my first visit was awesome!! I had my initial visit with Dr. Franz and Elizabeth they were Great! They explained everything and made me feel comfortable! We went over the plan for my care moving forward but my favorite part was No pain and clean teeth!!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing location, the staff are incredibly polite. The service is amazing and the dentist there is a wonderful person. This is the only place I will be getting dental work done in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff. Took great care of me

Experiencia positiva: I appreciate the multiple and clear reminder and follow up emails & texts. They offered various options for preventive care, with good but a little messy cleaning and friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Kind. gentle . professional and clean.. thank you. Thank you Cynthia. You are an Angel in disguise ❤️

Experiencia negativa: Went there with insurance card. Was made a follow up appointment for a procedure to be done. Provided insurance card at the initial visit. Was not told at any point that they werent under our plan, yet a procedure appointment was made anyway. Spoke with the person in charge who immediately defended and made excuses for this with alot of what ifs. Then tried fabricating a story that the insurance card wasnt presented at all which I know it was because I handed it to them...a total lack of responsibility and accountability! Would not recommend this place at all. If we have to lie about the little things, how can anyone trust anything else!

Experiencia positiva: The staff is very attentive and caring. My hygienist Elizabeth is great

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Dentists and Awesome Staff! Very helpful from the Office manager with insurance to my hygienist doing a thorough job and educating me every visit. I have had experience with both Dentists and they are both Great.

Experiencia fantástica: Always there for your needs and willing to work with scheduling as well.

Experiencia positiva: Went here to get a filling and I’m terrified of dentist. But they made it so easy and quick. Good prices to since I don’t have insurance

Experiencia fantástica: I am a retired dentist and was highly impressed with the organization and professionalism of this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service.Proffesional staff and in deep dental evaluation. They answer all questions and concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional experience at Dental care at Livingston. The service is excellent. They are welcoming, caring, and provide the best services. Johanna was my Dental care specialist and she was excellent. She explained any issues and patiently answered questions. I'm beyond glad to be a patient here because I truly believe they are looking out for my best dental health and care

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful kind and caring people. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend for the whole family. My 13 to 52 all love going here.

Experiencia fantástica: Elizabeth (my hygienist) is the best. Dr. Franz is just awesome. These people are like my friends now. Never pushy and they let me choose my care but always making sure I know the good, bad, and ugly.

Experiencia negativa: Husband got dentist in the divorce do I changed. Had gone to the same place 30 years no issues, after coming here, all of a sudden I needed filings, braces as did everyone I referred. Also I asked if there would be a charge before I went for a cleaning (I have ins) and was told no charge it was covered. Upon completing the cleaning, I was told it would be $80 due. People may be nice, but not loving the billing, upsell.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a good experience. The facility is very clean, the staff was attentive and nice. The treatment that I would be receiving was thoroughly explained to me along with the cost. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Experiencia negativa: This business does not allow you to take your health into your own hands or make decisions that align with your beliefs and finances. They refused to allow a general cleaning because I would not pay for the service that they recommended that was not covered by my insurance. I have never heard of any type of health care provider that does not allow you to pick a basic cleaning/ service but only what they pick. Do not come here, if you want normal dentist work - not just a business looking to squeeze every dollar out of potential patients! None of this was discussed prior to X-rays, intake, or with the doctor. They instead wait until you’ve done the x-rays and seen the doctor before allowing you to see the hygienist. Again this is atypical to any business practice that I’ve ever seen.

Experiencia fantástica: I would definitely recommend. Very knowledgeable, very clean and organized and quick to get me in for N appt. The staff was awesome and I love Joanna my hygienist ❤️if I could give 10 stars I would.

Experiencia fantástica: Atmosphere of the place is very cozy and staff are very pleasant. I love my hygenist Joanna, she does a good job and gives you recommendation’s.

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is so kind and my hygenist, Elizabeth, was so calming. I have high anxiety when visiting the dentist but her calm demeanor and patience really made the appt actually pleasant. Would highly recomend this group.

Experiencia fantástica: I am completely satisfied with dental care at Livingston marketplace! The doctors, hygienist, medical assistance, and office staff are very understanding. They take the time to listen to my concerns in full. They explain procedures to be done, cost, and various options to make my teeth functionally and aesthetically satisfying. They take the time to ensure all my questions are answered to my understanding. Not only are they concerned with my dental health, they are also concerned with my health and entirety! Thank you Dr. Valdez and the entire team!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience I adore my hygienist she hooks my teeth up and I highly recommend this place the dentist Jaol ladies he is fine as hell

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient I was pleasantly surprised with the attention of all folks from the front desk through my check up, cleaning and final review with J Valdez. I recommend these folks if your looking for an involved, professional dentistry group.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Franz is the best and im not easy to deal with sometimes. Johanna is my dental hygienist and she is great. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Extraordinary and professional service. I recently moved routine care to Dr. Franz and am so glad to have been an established patient when i had a recent dental emergency. They saw me quickly and set up a plan that made sense to all of us. Very caring. Felt like I was in great hands. Answered all my questions. Facilitated me seeing a specialist and spoke with them so everyone was on the same page. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to the dentist now for a while and they’re the best. All the staff is well trained, and everybody treats you really good. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome team of people, hygienist and Dr are very professional, knowledgeable and always pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience from the moment I made my appointment to after my dental work was done. Everyone is so friendly and kind and accommodating. The payment plans make getting extensive dental work possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff all the way from the front desk to Dr. Valdez and Hannia. They always take the time to explain what’s going on before any procedure and make sure I understand what is to be expected.

Experiencia fantástica: Not only is dentist wonderful but so is my dental hygienist. The office staff is very helpful and friendly too. You can feel the positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Dental care at Livingston marketplaceAt first I was little apprehensive about going through dental procedures but I realized that I was in great hands with Dr Franz and her team. With her clinical expertise and skill I completed all my treatments with success. Also, the front desk staff are very friendly and responsive to appointment changes.Jo Anna was also great providing excellent preventative dental care. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comprehensive and outstanding dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist in town. Staff in the office so helpful and very polite. Doctor Franz she very takes a great care of her patients. I had the best experience with her helping me with the pain. I highly recommend Dental Care at Livingston Marketplace.

Experiencia fantástica: Dental Care at Livingston Marketplace are friendly, professional DDS and staff. Been seeing Mr Valdez and am very impressed with his ability in understanding of how he plays a great role in making myself and other patients comfortable. He explains what is needed and of course no pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience with Dr Valdez and all of his front and back staff. My son chipped his tooth and Valdez explained the procedure well and my boy has his smile back! Could not be more pleased with this office. They have my vote on restorative care for children. I was nervous at first but they put me at ease and my son and I walked out very pleased!

Experiencia fantástica: I expected to go in and have normal xrays and cleaning and go home. Instead I was there for 4 hours. I had 1/2 of the work done that they told me needed to be done. I go back in 2 weeks to get the rest of the work done. Great electronics. They were very nice. Cost a lot of money!!

Experiencia negativa: Would give them a zero if I could!!! The other reviews look fake! Sent my daughter for a teeth cleaning to this office for the 1st time, bc our dentist didn’t have availability. She asked them for a cleaning. After 2 hours she was told that she needed a mineral therapy and sealants which is not covered and partially covered. They used scary tactics and didn’t advise her to check with her parents… $550 after insurance! After calling and speaking with the office, the hygienist said well we explained everything to her and can let you speak with the front desk. I asked to speak with the office manager or dentist and was told they would call me back but never heard anything. Not good customer service and unfortunate that Dentist office are all about the money vs taking care of their patients!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental care I have ever received. Check in to check out was fantastic. I have some anxiety and everyone treated me with the utmost respect and care, addressed my concerns throughout the entire visit. State of the art facility. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I had neglected my dental needs for a period of time and therefore required several visits to make things right. On every visit the staff was friendly, caring, and professional. They were careful to explain every step of the procedures I was receiving and to answer my questions fully. Best of all, they were laser-focused on providing excellent care with comfort. I cannot thank Dr. Franz and her team enough for the perfect care they provided. They are better than five-star - they're the best!

Experiencia positiva: Nice friendly staff very professional and helpful. Both dental hygentist on both visits were very knowledgeable and helpful and Rachel the Dentist was great she took good care of me without much discomfort I recommend this Dental practice!

Experiencia negativa: Although this dental office has state of the art technology and a beautiful office, I provided my dental insurance information more than once to ensure they took my plan.At the time of my appointment, after having images done, I was informed that the office didn't take my insurance after all. Due diligence as a provider is just as important as the patient's responsibility. After insurance issues were discussed, I still had to pay OOP.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit was thorough, I was well taken care of. I asked questions, and was given thorough, informative, helpful answers. I enjoyed my visit, and got loving and royal like treatment

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to have dental work and cleanings done right! State of the art new equipment makes me feel like I'm getting the best care possible. All employees are a pleasure to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: They have been my dentist now for about two years. Dr. Franz is excellent. The office staff is wonderful. I no longer hate going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited Dr. Valdez for a second opinion due to some dental pain and uncertainty after receiving different advice elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Valdez took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me feel informed and at ease. He was able to identify the issue and get the procedure done quickly, yet with great care and attention to detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I’m very grateful for the excellent experience and highly recommend Dr. Valdez and his team!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! Dr. Franz is incredibly gentle and has such a calming bedside manner—it really puts you at ease, even during procedures like fillings. Her assistant is equally amazing, with the best customer service. She always walks you through what’s happening next and is so easy to talk to while you’re waiting for the doctor. Everyone in the office is kind, professional, and welcoming. Even though dental appointments aren’t exactly fun, I actually look forward to coming here because of how great the entire team is. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Excellent Excellent! The staff and doctors are friendly, understanding, compassionate, and well educated They explained every step in simple terms No pain at all I would highly recommend Dental Care at Livingston Marketplace
