Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately what I thought was a great initial experience went south. First Dr. Yee’s hygienist Angela is a sweetheart. So when I actually got in to see Dr Yee his staff took X-rays. Great. Dr reviews and says oh I see no reason for the pain. He takes his metal tool and places it on my teeth and then taps it. How’s that, how’s that, how’s that all we’re fine. Then he hit a spot that sent me through the roof. He says…REALLY, REALLY was it that bad? Honestly I should have walked out. No Dr Yee I just wanted to come here to take up your time and spend my dental benefits. The tooth finally calmed down and has not been an issue. Then I had a crown fall off. When I went in he says that the tooth that needed the root call. He then referred me to a specialist for the root canal. They did spectacular. When I return to his office for a new crown I’m informed I have to pay because the roof canal done in January used my benefit for the year. Dr Yee was the one that identified the initial root canal issue and said he would put together a treatment plan. Splitting the benefits between two years. So I opted to re-cement the crown. My Periodontist that initially gave me the referral now referred me to a new dentist. Fingers crossed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Yee runs a very clean, modern dental practice. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and professional. Angela is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever experienced. Dr Yee is quiet and friendly, and seems highly skilled and knowledgeable. I had my first filling there today, and it went very well. My experiences with this dental practice have all been pleasant and positive. I have also found their fees to be very reasonable, and they also offer a senior discount.

Experiencia negativa: Very shady business practices and do not care about client's insurance coverage at all. When I called to make a first appointment, and I asked them explicitly if my insurance would be accepted here. They said yes, so I went to book my first visit. On the day of visit (Feb, 2025), I was told to make a co-pay. Initially, I thought it was just like any other insurance that I might need to have a co-pay and I didn't think of much. At this first visit, I only had regular initial examination, screening, and cleaning and xray which are all the regular initial dental services. At the end of visit, when I was going to pay, I asked them why I need to have a copay, and that's when they told me that they are OUT of the network for my insurance. I was like. You could have told me before I started. And I asked how much I would have paid if I were in network. They said I probably don't have to pay anything. So I repeated to them that they could have told me before I started and then they were all silent. So I decided that I didn't need to argue with them anymore, and paid my co-pay and additional fluoride varnish. And I thought that was end of it. Now I just received from them ADDITIONAL $168 bill that was charged to me because they said my insurance didn't pay what they wanted to charge. This is truly ridiculous. They are so irresponsible in caring about the finances of their clients. I only have a simple initial examination. Yet. I will have to pay more than $300 while the total bill was only a bit over $400. That means my insurance was NOT accepted by them in reality. I have to pay 75% of the bill. So they even mislead to me in the beginning when they initially charged me the copay and said that was all I need to care about. If they cannot even get the first examination that covers only regular diagnoses and cleaning coverage correctly, how would you expect them to conduct trustworthy claims for other services.

Experiencia fantástica: I love working with Angela. She is empathetic, always asks about family members, and takes care to make the appoint as comfortable as a dentist appointment can be. And Dr. Yee is a straight shooter. No fluff, just important stuff!

My first visit was with a very thorough and very gentle hygienist and then I actually had the dentist review dental X-rays and talk about a long term treatment plan. I have a new dental home. Dr. Yee is top notch and provides excellent dental advice. He only suggests dental work that is completely necessary so you always know you’re getting quality care, and you can feel confident they aren’t just trying to make money like many other dentists. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and provide incredible care and cleanings. I’ve been seeing Angela for years and I highly recommend her. Overall, CFD is an excellent dentist and I highly recommend them for adults and kids. My son has basically grown up going there and they are so sweet to him. If you’re looking for a dentist, you will not be disappointed in CFD.

I also don’t feel numb for hours after because he doesn’t overdo it with the numbing. My daughter moved to LA but she will drive up to Dr Yee’s office for all her dental needs because she’s super comfortable there!! We can’t say enough great things about Dr Yee’s office.

They always got me into the treatment room chair within five minutes of my scheduled appointment time and I never had an extended gap of time just sitting and waiting between the procedures (e.g. waiting on the doctor to come in after a hygienist, etc.). Dr. Yee is very professional and has a pleasant disposition. I’ve been seen at this office over five years now and even though it’s a bit of a drive for me but the experience makes it worthwhile.

They have TV's in the examination spaces on the walls and ceiling playing g rated Disney movies. My daughter adores the hygenists! Dr. Yee is so kind and patient with my little one. We've been seeing Dr. Yee since she was 4 (she's 6 now) and we've never had cavities or any other issues. He gives great advice and will answer you, to the point, if you have any questions or concerns.

Полегшуючі пацієнтам методи роботи, ніж будь де,. намагаються зробити полегшення не тільки у лікування, а й і в оплаті, на скільки можуть це, проте не хочуть мати справ із Medical, Medicare, все роблять хоч і зі скидкою, та все ж для фінансово вразливих - всі кошти, скільки людина має, я така є, тому до них йду, коли благодійні дентисти, які заставляють чекати лікування зубів навіть з найбільшою біллю аж 3 місяці, я йду, хоч і за дорого, але миттю чудове зцілення, та виправлення становища в моєму роті, після чого у мене зуби стать як нові. Руки і професіоналізм доктора Лі, це чудо, це Небо, це рівень Бога в цій професії. І кращих немає, як всі всі в нього помічники, і чуйні люди, і професіонали. Акуратності можна заздрити. Затишна, як наче домашня атмосфера, особливо прийомна, свіжість повітря, я люблю цю клініку, яка своєю атмосферою вселила віру в лікарів, не сумніватися, не бояться лікування, лікування сприймати, як щось приємне. Щиро дякую першій із мого досвіду в них, Юлії, яка тепер працює в такій же клініці в Лос Анжелес, нинішнім - також Юлії і Софії, за їх неймовірну людяність, співчуття, сходження до моїх зубних та фінансових проблем, тільки б, я просила не направляти мене до нібито більш професійних з приводу лікування рутканалів, от уже 3 місяці, як з цього приводу я стикаюся, заплуталася як вийти з цього капкана, не знаю як його рішити, це направлення, бо той дантист, до якого ви мене відправили, зробив рентген, сказав: "А ви бачили лунку в кінці коріння? Якщо Ви хочете, щоб цей зуб у вас зараз був, я попрацюю, потім його видалите". Три місяці думаю, що це таке, по- перше, ніяк не можу зібрати такі гроші, по-друге, - для чого це, бавитися з тим зубом, щоб всерівно його видалити? Дзвоню Юлії, вона каже, що цей зуб основний, на якому має триматися вже підготовлений протез, тому цей зуб має бути. І от знову я зі своєю проблемою сам на сам, я затуркана і не знаю, що й як дальше діяти, здається навіть небо до мене глухе.

Experiencia fantástica: UPDATE: I went in yesterday to have the rest of my teeth removed. I can not thank Dr Yee, Jessica and his assistant enough. I have only written one review before out of dozens of medical professionals that I have had to deal with the last 5 years. It was for Dr. Yee back in January. I had to come back and let the world know how grateful I am that I found Dr. Yee. He is the kind of dentist all dentists should strive to be. I wish I had found him years ago!! If you are afraid of dentists like I am, do not allow your teeth to go unattended. Please see Dr. Yee. You won't regret it. I had 9 teeth removed yesterday. He was so gentle with the shots and was constantly asking me if I was ok. I woke up this morning with my mouth a little sore but all in all, no pain. I've had dentists that removed just one tooth that took days for the pain to go away. I'm so happy that I don't have to worry about mouth infections any longer. I can concentrate 100% on my cancer treatments now. Thank you so much Dr. Yee. I wish you would change your profession to a Hodgkin's Lymphoma specialist and I would be good to go! I want to say thank you to Dr Yee and his staff. I'm deathly afraid of dentists. I'm more afraid of the comments that dentists have made to me in the past. I have terrible rotting teeth. I haven't done drugs, I've never been bulimic, and I took care of my mouth. Ive had cancer twice and chemo finished the job of rotting away my teeth. My family genetics all have terrible teeth. I have to have a stem cell transplant and I need all of my teeth removed that's infected and or going to become infected. We explained to Dr Yee what I needed, and why. He determined how many teeth that needed to be dealt with now and what could wait until after my transplant. Dr Yee and his assistant are the most caring, non judgmental pair I have ever encountered. He removed 3 teeth yesterday and it was pretty painless. I dont know if he does dentures or not but if he does, I will be using him. Thank you so much Dr Yee!!!

I got my first deep cleaning at this office earlier this year and they were very accommodating and mindful of my extremely sensitive gums. The dental assistants are all great and so is Dr. Yee. He was recommended to me by a former coworker and I'm glad I took her advice.
