They've been able to see me on short notice, I've never had a wait, and every procedure is always explained thoroughly. Highly recommend, at least the Stuart office. ....... Rose, the dental hygienist, was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and gave amazing advice on dental care. She is also super sweet and caring. Dr. Israel is really great, he’s young but knows what he’s doing, explains everything so you understand what’s going on, and does excellent work. Overall, the staff is amazing, the service is excellent, the care is top-notch, and the facility is great.

Experiencia negativa: I switched to this office after years of consistent dental care with healthy teeth and gums, no cavities for decades, and regular 6-month cleanings. I do want to note that the front desk and administrative staff were always extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visits. Every interaction with the office staff was pleasant and professional. At my first visit, I was told I needed a moderate periodontal treatment and that they would not perform a standard cleaning unless I agreed to the additional out-of-pocket procedure. This surprised me given my long history of healthy dental exams, but I proceeded because I trusted the office. At my next visit six months later, a different dentist briefly entered after my cleaning and told me I suddenly had four cavities. When I expressed surprise and mentioned I had just been seen six months earlier, he stated that the previous dentist “must have missed it.” When I pointed out that the previous dentist was in the same office, the interaction became dismissive and uncomfortable. I recently sought a second opinion from another dentist, providing both prior x-rays and allowing new x-rays and periodontal measurements to be taken. I was told I have no gum disease, no cavities, and healthy periodontal measurements throughout. I understand dentistry can involve differences in clinical judgment, but as a patient, the experience left me feeling pressured toward costly treatment plans without clear explanation or communication. I would encourage others to ask questions, seek explanations of findings, and feel comfortable obtaining a second opinion before proceeding with major dental work.

I want to thank Rose for the excellent deep cleaning she provided she is the best and most honest in this facility. Back on November 4th 2024 I was in the office getting a cleaning done. I purchased a cleaning kit for $85 and a mouthwash for $30 and the next day I returned them to the traditional office in and I called Mimi to have a credit back to my account (Care Credit card) and she lied to me and said she would e-mail me with a letter for me to sign, which was also a lie. Then I left my work and got to their place only when I got there I stood there for a good fifteen minutes, Daniella came, and she gave me a piece of paper to fill out she pretend to fax it, and she dared to say you will get the credit to your account in fifteen days now we are in February I never received the credit into my care credit card account. I hope one day they will close this office down for dishonesty. This is only my opinion!!!

I checked pricing elsewhere and even with their VIP program,$179.00 annually,It was very expensive.(I’m 72 and live on SS so a difficult bill for me)I still am in need of more work and am still planning to continue with them because of their ‘bedside manner’ When you’re as frightened as I am that’s worth a lifetime of debt.Thank you folks for all your kindness.Have a new review to post. Above ,was true,now not so much. I was led to believe that after the initial work done the rest was trivia… to the tune of 15k give or take. The shock of that had me asking some other questions which were not received pleasantly. I felt dissed and definitely not warmly treated. Cold shoulder is what I got! Then after numerous , 2nd and 3rd and 4th opinions I believe that my treatment was not the best one for me… expensive yes but long lasting …no! My new dentist said that the permanent bridge would not be permanent and that I would probably spend the next 10 years looking at a dentists ceiling if I didn’t just bite the bullet and do it all at once.(get all pulled and dentures or implants)So now I’m really annoyed, paying a monthly price for $4500. worth of work( $8k plus with interest!)that’s temporary at best.So there you go… because of my panic I jumped at the first kind face and words only to find out later I threw away my money.I said earlier that it was worth the money but I was speaking of the fact of finding competence as well as a kind ,caring manner. Now I realize I was bamboozled!

They made me feel very comfortable during the procedure; both were very kind and attentive. Daniella, who works at reception, helped me with the paperwork and everything else I needed to schedule the procedure for today.

She also educated me as to how, why and how often I should brush and floss. She even went as far as to play me a video about how to use a water pick and the benefits of having one. I’m even willing to admit that I bitched a little about the price, but i’ll tell you what, when i left I felt like the money was worth it. I got a cleaning and an education. Experiencia fantástica: I had to have a root canal done and Dr. Hartman and his staff were very professional. They made me feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Hartman continuously checked in with me during the procedure. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Riverwalk Dentil in Stuart.

Experiencia fantástica: I have high stress when sitting in a dentist chair. Before my cleaning I explained my situation and told my Hygienist Rose...I am a jumper! Never once did she make me jump, Rose was gentle, kind and thoughtful.

Experiencia fantástica: Riverwalk dental helped in a emergency. I had some severe tooth pain & turns out I needed the remaining wisdom teeth out. I found an emergency number to call on a sunday and by monday I had an appointment. Dr. Aram and his assistant Alana were amazing at keeping me calm and informed. I informed them about previous dental truama and they worked with me the entire way to make sure I was comfortable during the pull process

Experiencia fantástica: I am updating this review as I am very unhappy with their business practices. After thousands of dollars in work, after a month they are charging me thousands of dollars more for work they quoted me on because they did not properly vet my insurance and then lied to me about the reasons for the up charges. Dr. Mirman did a great job. He has a very professional attitude and calm demeanor. I just went on Medicare and needed a dentist who accepts that. I was hesitant and a bit nervous going to a new dentist but their entire staff was courteous and helpful and with my insurance they made it VERY affordable for me to get the extensive treatment that I need. To add to that, they did a complete bridge in two weeks and are able to make no wait appointments.

Experiencia negativa: My experience here wasn’t good. When I went in for my consultation, they didn’t know what I was there for, and the doctor I was scheduled with wasn’t who I saw. After filling out forms that I shouldn’t have had to fill out until after I spoke with the doctor (since they didn’t know why I was there in the first place), they wanted me to go through a whole exam with x-rays when all I wanted to do was consult a doctor for bonding. I saw Dr, Merman (Murman?) who wasn’t listening to what I said since after our entire conversation gave me options that were either veneers or crowns, neither of which is what I said I wanted. Also, he seemed uncomfortable and standoffish the whole time, which made me uncomfortable. If you want to make a sale, at least try to pay attention to potential clients rather than simply upsell things they are not interested, and show them you’re meting attention… none of this behavior was acceptable.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend this to all who need dentures or partial . The staff is wonderful and professional. They were able to take care of my dental with finnese and in short amount of time ,a lot quicker then I anticipated. I was never in any kind of pain for my fillings or deep cleaning they promised me to have them at a certain and I was able to het them sooner which made me very happy and excited. My smile is back and I love it would recommend this dentist to all my family and friends!!! You ladies Rock!!!!
