Experiencia fantástica: The doctor did a great job thank you
Hi Maria,
Thank you, Maria Nazario, for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted to hear that you were satisfied with the care provided by our doctor. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and encourages us to continue delivering exceptional service.
Experiencia fantástica: Dentist team was great as well as the receptionist team. Pleasant, professional, the entire team was great to work with. First root canal and it went very well.
Hi Michael,
It was a pleasure providing such professional care during your first root canal procedure. Our entire team strives to create a pleasant experience for every patient from the front desk to the clinical area. We are glad you felt well supported and comfortable throughout your visit. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible, instruments were out in the open my cleaning was horrible I wasn’t even laid down for the cleaning I was sitting the entire time until the doctor came in. Afterwards my teeth did not have that polished clean feeling. The place was dirty , the instruments were out in the open. They were supposed to call me back with an estimate for another procedure and they never did which is a blessing in disguise I will never go there again! Beware!
Experiencia fantástica: Everyone's nice and professional
Hi Louis,
It’s wonderful to hear that you found our team to be both nice and professional. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. Your positive comment about our staff is greatly appreciated and reflects our commitment to excellent service. Thank you for noticing!
Experiencia negativa: I went there for an infection which they gave me amoxicillin for. I took the whole script and still had severe tooth pain so I went back and instead of taking an x-ray they asked if I wanted my tooth pulled so of course I said yes and thought I would be all set. Nope I have a swollen cheek due to the infection being in my jaw which needed a stronger antibiotic and now I have to go back instead of just giving me the damn antibiotic. I swear if he tries to say its dry socket which this isn't even close thank God. Im sorry but this place really needs to treat patients accordingly and learn how to handle infections appropriately because now I have a worse infection when the day he pulled my tooth should have just gave me a stronger antibiotic.
Experiencia fantástica: I just had 2 root canals done by Dr. Sunit Jain and i couldnt be more pleased. He made sure I wasn't having any pain throughout the entire procedure and got it done in a timely manor. Highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Keeps my smile shining definitely need to check them out ..... I hate going to the dentist but they get you comfortable with care and the love for teeth ......
Thanks a lot for sharing your experience, we really appreciate.
Experiencia negativa: Professionalism is really lacking here with the dental assistants , they made me feel very uncomfortable as I caught them mouthing words / whispering and making facial gestures behind my back as I was speaking with the DENTIST , you can tell by the look on their faces they weren’t expecting me to turn around and see. I will not be returning or recommending anyone here. The dentist is nerve wrecking enough for some of us as it is and having immaturity/unprofessionalism in the office adds another level of unnecessary stress ! Avoid this place there’s many other professional options close by.It’s also very telling how they only respond to positive reviews no rectifying with people who had a bad experience horrible business practice.
Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely wonderful. Warm, welcoming front desk staff, kind Doctor, fast booking and a clean environment. Excellent start to finish! Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had my first root canal here for a pre-molar tooth a couple of weeks ago. It was painless and took about 30 mins. Came in for the crown prep the following day in which they also put on a temporary crown until my permanent crown came. Just had the permanent crown cemented a few days ago and have experienced no pain or discomfort from it. Feels like I have a brand new tooth in place now.
Hi Talbert,

Experiencia negativa: Been going to Springfield Dental for more than 3 years. They've been scheduling me for my teeth cleanings every six months. I get X-rays done and no cleaning with the excuse they'll need authorization for a deep cleaning. I check with my insurance company and sure enough they've been charging insurance for the cleaning they haven't done in two years. I finally realized the pattern and scam they are doing. Office is clean, they all are polite and seem so professional but scamming the insurance company and no care for customers dental care.
Experiencia fantástica: Excellent work by the doctor and the assistants, the assistants were professional and friendly.

I called and The lady on the phone gave me Bad service and was being rude!! This dental place have with no respect for patients these days and they are incomplient with their customers! Im making a report !!!!
Experiencia negativa: Not sure how this place has a 4.9 rating because I do not recommend. I came here for a “dental cleaning “ expecting to get a full clean and didn’t get a great experience. The hygienist didn’t even floss my teeth , my teeth were cleaned with a water pick and polish that took about 25 mins. I’ve never received this kind of care anywhere else. Looks like there was such a rush. Will never return!! Run from this place!

Experiencia fantástica: This team has been absolutely amazing. Here, they want to make sure your dental experience is not a stressful, or anxiety filled one. The front staff are very warm, and the dental team is very personable. Everyone has a smile on their faces, and you can tell even when they are wearing their face mask. They were very helpful when it came to my insurance. They spent the time helping me connect to the proper channels and assist me in my call making. They never treated me like clients, but always treated me like a family member. The Springfield Dental Office is the office you want to book your next dental aappointment. I 100% recommend them.
