Experiencia fantástica: Our family recently switched to this office. Staff is very friendly. They give you an accurate treatment plan in advance so you can plan your expenses. Have been able to get in for appointments fairly fast and easy. Main dentist and secondary dentist (on Fridays) are very friendly and knowledgeable. Does not appear to up-sell for unnecessary procedures or products, which was a nice surprise. Happy with our switch here and would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: As I entered the building, the front desk welcome me. I was having my teeth clean and X-rays.. I have to say that it was a great experience. They even have there own Ins plan. My plan for the whole year was just about the same amount as this one visit. If you don't have a Dental Clinic you should try this one.. they are friendly and lesson to your needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I was having some pain in my mouth—teeth and gums. Went for the first tinge to dr Rowley. They were very busy but worked me in around other patients. Finally got an abcessed wisdom tooth removed. Not the best experience at 69 yrs old but Dr Rowley did a great job. No pain until on the way home. On ibuprofen and Tylenol and no pain now. The staff who worked on me were all very pleasant and efficient. Very pleased with their service. Mark Dawson

Experiencia negativa: Where do I even begin? My wife had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, including one that was impacted, and they only used local numbing. They broke and removed the tooth, with only local. She ended up having chunks of tooth left in the hole that she removed herself because even at the follow up, this was missed. They also see pediatric patients, but do not have a diaper changing station! Rarely do they return phone calls. Changing dentists asap.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rowley is a thoughtful, insightful dentist who works to unravel the mysteries of your dental pain. I had a crown placed last summer by another dentist, but the fit never felt right and my nerves felt inflamed for months after. The original dentist just shrugged. I went to Dr. Rowley, convinced he was going to tell me I needed a root canal. Instead, he spent quite a while examining my bite, shaving my crown, examining some more, until my bite felt normal again. My dental pain ceased, and I can now enjoy hot and cold food on that part of my mouth again. Excellent dentist.

Only drawback is he is the only dentist and it did take quite awhile to get an appointment. Definitely would go back if needed.

Experiencia negativa: This has been the most stressful dental experience. Make sure you double check prices as I was given a price, told it was all good with insurance and then sent a bill for almost double what I was told after I paid the amount in full that I was told. I have now been told by other dentists that insurance can be checked and they can tell you a specific amount before, that what this office has done isn’t ethical or right. It’s felt like I was taken advantage of as I was in need of help asap and made to feel I found an honest and caring place. It has been anything but that. Also, what I paid for did not even work and I had to throw it away so a complete waste of money. I have also now called 6 times and each time been told they will call me back and not once have they called me back. It has been months. The last time I called they told me I have an additional cost I was not told about so twice have they thrown a surprise cost at me. That was the 6th call they finally told me that. Luckily I have the help of another dentist to look into what they are doing as I do not want it to happen to anyone else.
