They greet you by name when you walk in and they are always very pleasant and accommodating. The very few times in 12 years I have had concerns Dr. Reddy addresses them immediately. She is very personable and so is her staff. Can't say enough about East Metro Beautiful Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: My dentist since 2011…. Awesome people!!!

Experiencia negativa: Dentist did not confirm with parent about administering fluoride to child. Administered it anyway without authorization. Child was a previous patient in the past and this chart should of been noted in the chart (no flouride) Concerns about malpractice. One small thing could turn into bigger things.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Williams and staff are awesome. They made me feel welcome and they listened to my problem. I found them on a Google search. If you're looking for a great dentist and a wonderful staff, call Creative Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office staff!! If you need dental care, Creative Dentistry is the place to go

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with the services provided by Dr. Reddy and her staff. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experiences! Everytime i went they never had the insurance figured out and would give the run around on why they have to charge you so much! And this was every single time. Never had the insurance right. The last time I went they actually worked on my teeth, the woman who did the filling had no water coming out of the machine but decided to continue anyways. To the point i literally smelled my tooth burning. She continued the entire procedure that way. STAY AWAY!

Experiencia fantástica: It was great just a little slow but I needed it a price on how it’s going to cost to get them done

Experiencia fantástica: The staff that Dr. Reddy has now is fantastic. Greeting at front desk is awesome, always with a smile Dental hygienist wonderful just as my last visit with him. Doctor on duty excellent, he took time to listen to my concerns this visit as well which made me feel he listens then followed up with suggestions for a resolution.

Experiencia fantástica: The front office—especially Sabrina—is so welcoming, calm, and kind. All the staff members are incredibly nice. Rochelle was absolutely amazing—she understood my anxiety about going to the dentist and took the time to talk me through everything, helping me feel completely at ease. I’ve had negative experiences with dentists in the past, so I truly appreciate finding a place where the team genuinely cares and goes above and beyond. This will definitely be my home dentist from now on!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Creative Dentistry for approx 10 years. Excellent dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Creative Dentisty was outstanding. Dr. Reddy showed me detailed x-rays and explained things to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Reddy is the best dentist i have known since 2021.she has the best expertise to restore your smile in daily basis. Visit her office Covington and thank me later. Also helpful staff folks.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome service from front desk to service in me

Experiencia fantástica: Very Professional service. Looking forward next cleaning ( Only).

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience at Creative Dentistry. I went in for a routine teeth cleaning and also had a broken crown that needed attention. From the moment I sat in the chair, the hygienist was incredibly patient and made me feel completely comfortable. After my cleaning, the dentist let me know that he had time to go ahead and fix my crown, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was honestly ecstatic not only because it was taken care of the same day, but because I felt no pain at all. He was extremely gentle, careful, and thorough throughout the entire process. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion truly stood out. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had, and that says a lot. I highly recommend Creative Dentistry to anyone looking for an excellent dentist in the Conyers–Covington area. You’ll be in great hands!

Experiencia fantástica: I walked in with a really bad tooth that was causing me a lot of pain, they got it out super quick and had the best attitudes the whole time. I highly recommend this dentist office. The whole staff was amazing and professional and Dr.Williams was an absolute charm. You are definitely in good hands at this office for sure!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was great each time i visited the office. The staff is courteous and friendly, they made me feel at ease. Thank you Creative dentistry of Covington.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: Claim is still not fixed, noone in leadership has spoken to me or taken responsibility. They had the admin assistant call me about changing my review after I was given my last tray! The office is now holding my retainer and I'm still wearing the trays from 4+ months ago. I would have given the dental provider 5 stars since I've been getting dental services for about for a while. However, my experience with my invisalign has recently become a nightmare. My dental trays are cutting the inside of my mouth because I have been wearing the same ones for 1 month (they are supposed to be changed every 2 weeks). I came to my appointment and Dr. Reddy was turning people away if they had a balance. Now, if people aren't paying, cancel their appointment before they arrive. Additionally, make sure it's not a billing mistake as not all balances are the same! I have 2 insurances, when primary declines or reaches a limit, the secondary insurance kicks in. The secondary requested additional information about my invisalign before they would approve payment and it wasn't submitted by the office. I've already paid $3152 of the $4999 service and my secondary insurance pays $2000 towards braces...the office's mistake not mine. So imagine my confusion when I arrive and Dr. Reddy is making her staff turn people away if they have a balance. She didnt even bother to speak to us herself. I had to call my insurance at the office and find out why they did not pay, then tell staff what was needed. It was embarrassing and unprofessional of her to tell people they were not going to be seen due to non payment in frontal others at the time of their appointments, especially since they didn't due their due diligence with every patient. To make matters worse, noone will call me back. It took them 24 hours to received claims back from my insurance to start services but I have been waiting 1 month for them to fix their mistake. I have not received a call back and I have cuts in my mouth from the appliances that need to be changed. When I finish the invisalign service I will be taking my business elsewhere, which really sucks because I love my hygienist and the other staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so kind and understanding. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Reddy and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I Had such a wonderful experience at Creative dentistry ! All of the staff was amazing from the Front desk to the Doctors. Very friendly and great hospitality and amazing overall dental work

Experiencia fantástica: I love my dentist! She’s been my dentist for 20 years and she’s the best. The rest of the staff is great too.

Experiencia fantástica: They took great care of me today! The dentist and the hygienist was very thorough and they took their time with me. The treatment plan was explained so that I received my maximum benefits.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing first visit , I will come again and would definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I was taken care of by Torian, I believe was his name? Sorry if im butchering that! But he was very knowledgeable. Super attentive while getting my services!

Experiencia fantástica: My new insurance plan was not accepted (in network), at the dentist that I had been going to for over a decade. So I called Creative Dentistry and made an appointment. Kinda scary - going somewhere new. The dentist - hygienist - and x-ray tech at Creative Dentistry are all so kind. Answered questions, and provided tips. Miranda, at the front desk - explained to me - how to utilize my dental plan. I have already recommended this practice to a couple of people (and even shared my positive experience on Facebook).

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, patient, caring. Details in the financial part so you understand exactly what you have to pay. I recommend creative dentistry to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience Dr Reddy is very knowledgeable and professional wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: The people are very professional and thorough. The people and the establishment are top-notch. I have been going to Creative Dentistry for 20 years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences in all that time.

Experiencia fantástica: I forgot my appointment and they called me and still cleaned my teeth, I really appreciate them. Great service and staff

Experiencia fantástica: First time going and they made me feel comfortable and safe.

Experiencia fantástica: Creative has helped me with my dental needs for over a year. All the people there are very pleasant and they go the extra to make sure you are comfortable with the procedures...they explain everything and offer many ways to get whatever you need done!!❤️

Experiencia fantástica: My experience is always great, The staff is wonderful I would recommend them at any time.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service and very patient technicians!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to have to crowns done, not knowing what to expect. The dental staff was easy going and got the job done. I appreciate the work they do.

Experiencia fantástica: The customer service is great. It is nice and clean. The staff is kind and very professional I had an amazing experience. 5

Experiencia fantástica: Came in today to get some x-rays done. The entire atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone from the dental assistant and Dr Brunton was amazing.

Experiencia positiva: I didn’t like the wait but I was treated well

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was wonderful. The doctor was good at explaining my situation. I would recommend my family and friends here. I felt comfortable there.

Experiencia negativa: ZERO STARS. This review section is obviously inundated by bots and bogus, incentivized reviews. I am not. Although I think Dr. Reddy is a good dentist, she is a shady businesswoman that purposely obscures patient and insurance fees from her treatment plans/invoices (I've attached photos of the same services before and after I voiced my concerns of incorrect billing). That was not the first time. On another occasion, I caught an incorrect billing charge AFTER I paid and when I requested a refund, was told it would take several months and it would be "easier" to rollover the funds for to my next visit. I did. Sneaky fees like $90 mouthwashes you didn't ask for that cost <$10 online is just one of the deceptive ways to increase her revenue. Realized this when I got home and thoroughly examined the bill. I brought it back for a refund. Ask yourself "why aren't the fees listed for transparency without asking?"...To deceive the patient for $$$. High turnover amongst employees. This office enters incorrect coding to bill insurance for covered expenses. Would not answer a complaint to the BBB. Went in for an insurance covered, routine cleaning and was shocked to learn I was billed after I satisfied all debts at my previous visit. If you've visited this office, you know you can't get past the front desk without paying for services rendered. Very disappointed in Dr. Reddy's greed and her employees are complicit in her fraud. I would advise anyone visiting her office to ASK for a detailed schedule for patient and insurance fees BEFORE treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: i had a great experience today , staff is super friendly. i had a new hygienist today and he was great !

Experiencia fantástica: Been with creative for 3 yrs and to two of the locations. This was my best experience thus far. Thank u Molly.

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but positive things to say about my first visit! The office is conveniently located and easy to find. I was very impressed with the office environment and all of the staff! From Dr. Reddy to the front desk, everyone was professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. My cleaning with Terrance was the best that I have ever experienced! I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the staff at this location. Great people very engaging. Always leave with a happy, and satisfying smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first visit, and the branch manager that was visiting from Atlanta. Office was really pleasant and accommodating. The rest of the staff had the same mannerism. Kenneth hall

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment at 1 pm. Left at 1:30 after not being seen. Whole time I just saw reception staff BS’ing. Overbooking and not professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate Mr. Terrance and his attention to detail.

Experiencia fantástica: As always this dentist’s office has been amazing to get service from. Trust is not something given but earned and this dentist has earned mine. From the front office staff to the hygienists and dentists all are kind, compassionate, professional, and joyful.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in a moderate amount of pain and they got me right in. Dr Reddy recognized and addressed the problem immediately.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughters had their first appointment for a cleaning, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and got the girls right in for their appointment with no waiting. Highly recommend this dentist!

Experiencia positiva: Everything is well, except having to wait 30mins before been cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: The team here is awesome. Very informative and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: EXTREME DENTAL ANXIETY PATIENTS, THIS REVIEW IS FOR YOU. RUN, DON'T WALK, TO SEE DR. REDDY. When she numbs your mouth you can barely feel the needle!! I am the type of patient that cries just making the appointment over the phone. I needed a root canal on a front bottom tooth. I was scared beyond reason. It is a complete irrational fear. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the hygenist, to Dr. Reddy, were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient and understanding of my fear and anxiety, never rushing me or getting annoyed. They were also always honest if it was going to be uncomfortable or painful. I could spend an hour singing their praises. I am beyond grateful to the entire staff for the amazing care they provided me with. I have relocated to Germany and would absolutely fly to GA just to be seen by this team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Reddy and Olivia did an amazing job with my bonding procedure. The whole team was very helpful and patient.

Experiencia fantástica: Creative Dentisty of Covington is a 5 STAR DENTISTY. THE YOUNG LADIES ARE VERY professional, caring, absolutely extremely nice. They explain everything to you, your dental plain, the cost upfront. I highly recommend this facility to everyone in Covington and Conyers. Special thanks to the regional manager. Ms.Dianne(The Boss) She shine like a star Thank you to the entire staff. Thank you Olivia and Doctor Meadows. Tony and Searra Latimore They put a smile on our faces.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit. Morgan was very friendly and welcoming at the front desk. She had a great attitude. Abby was a sweetheart, very accommodating and professional. Angela, the hygentist was the best, she was very gentle and informative. Dr. Meadows was great, very caring, professional, and informative. Overall the best dental visit I've had in years. I will definitely recommend them to other customers.

Experiencia negativa: I was incorrectly billed. We both agreed it was an accident. They then waited over a year to take money from a service and apply it to the improper charge. Then sent me another bill for the service! Shady practices!

Experiencia negativa: Didn’t get to experience it even though google states they take Medicaid they actually do not is what I was just told at the front desk. So bummed

Experiencia fantástica: East Metro Beautiful Smiles is absolutely the BEST dentistry I have discovered in GA. I been with Dr. Reddy for 15 plus years and she is truly awesome! I have so much anxiety and she is very gentle with me and her spectacular team. Words cannot express how happy I am to have her in my life taking care of my dental needs. This was one of the most amazing decision I have made in my life!!!! She is a phenomenal person who cares a lot about her patients!!!!! I will always love y’all and please continue to have an office in Covington, GA!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Was looking forward to receiving the same treatment & provide praises as others have, but unfortunately that’s not the case. When I called to make my appointment, I was under the impression that I would be treated the same day. It was over 40 minutes that I waited to be seen by the doctor, who didn’t even introduce herself upon entering the room. Dr. Reddy was very passive aggressive, dismissive, & very unapologetic for wasting my time. After coming far to visit this office, it should have been noted on the first call that my appointment would be a consultation only. If that was so, I would have chosen another office. The front staff was very kind, but I’m not interested in allowing the doctor to hold me in their care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Reddy and her amazing staff are the best. A big thanks to Angela for cleaning my pearly whites without making me cry.

Experiencia fantástica: First I would like to say from the time I was greeted to the time I left, the entire staff made me feel at home. The young lady at the front desk is very helpful and gives you what you need. Stephanie, my hygienist is the best. She made me feel so comfortable while I was getting my deep cleaning. Dr. Thomas is laid back and soft spoken but he listens to your concerns and gives you the best options for your situation. I am glad my wife found Creative Dentistry, this will be our dentist from now on. Thank you guys so much!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here for 2 years I Love everything about this office. Wish I had started coming sooner. The staff is the best staff. So friendly so patient so personable. Dr. Reddy, Angela, Killie, Makenzie thank you for all you do.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My experience was lovely.

Experiencia fantástica: I first attended the Creative Dentistry to invest in Invisalign for teeth. From my time there I was treated like a patient should. Those who tended to me, Ms. Olivia and Dr. Reddy were very kind, supportive, patient and informative. I can't wait to take this journey with my invisalign care knowing that I'm in good hands . - Justin Andrews

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Reddy is really a great dentist. She has a very gentle, calm and soothing manner. The staff and receptionists are very nice and helpful. My brother (Jerry Berrien) is also very grateful to have Dr. Reddy for his dentist. She is currently working him through the process of getting his permanent dentures. He is very pleased and thinks she is really good. He is also very pleased with the staff and receptionists. Definitely 5 stars plus.

Experiencia fantástica: This visit was great, Olivia especially was super nice and made sure I was comfortable and had a great experience while getting a crown. My new favorite dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience Olivia was so friendly and helpful with assisting Dr. Thomas with my crown. I am thankful for the 1st time visit. Thanks Olivia!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Thomas and Olivia were great! Would definitely recommend 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Kallie is absolutely amazing!! Her professionalism and attentiveness to my care has been wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with Kallie and the team! I definitely recommend using Creative Dentistry! In addition, I love my smile!!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr. Thomas and his staff! They are thorough and patient. They took time to explain each step of the process and discuss treatment options to make sure I was well informed. They are responsive to your comfort as well; during my last visit my shoulder began to hurt because of the position I was lying in; Dr. Thomas stopped to give me a break and then got me a pillow to prop up my shoulder so I could reposition. During the procedure I started to be able to feel some sensitivity in my mouth; they immediately stopped and gave me some more medication to numb the area so I would be comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit was amazing staff is so down to earth and friendly forsure will be my dentist for now on.

Experiencia fantástica: As Always Angie did an Amazing job for my dental work . She went Above and beyond.. NOT ONLY IS SHE'S VERY PROFESSIONAL SHE'S ALSO VERY CARING AND UNDERSTANDING. I would recommend her percent. Great Customer Services

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient for a first-time screening visit today, I am very impressed with the professional kind-mannered friendly staff (including hygienist Stephanie, dental assistant Kallie, dentist Dr. Thomas, and receptionist). The office tour by the hygienist created such a comfortable feeling. All the encountered staff explained procedural information clearly and several times asked if I had any questions. The office layout is attractive, organized, and clean. I look forward to my next visit with Creative Dentistry in a couple of days. I am happy that I was encouraged by my dental insurance company to seek an in-network doctor, which finalized my selection of this dentist—HIGHLY recommended! Pat P A Brown

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased. My crown looks very natural...just like the real thing. Dr. Reddy and her staff are excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome. Very friendly staff, very relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly, never felt a thing both trips getting fillings. They make something no one wants to do enjoyable. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: New and happy patient! The staff is awesome and so accommodating! Angela, Olivia, Stephanie, and McKenzie, thanks for a great experience. If you need TV or music while there, make sure Olivia sets you up! As for your dental hygienist ask for Angela, you'll thank me later.
