I finally decided to look online to see if there was anything closer to Morris. So glad I did! I have my treatment plan scheduled and am anxious to get started. Experiencia positiva: After breaking a molar over labor day weekend Lombardi's fit me in on Tuesday; Dr. Yamadin and her assistant spent two hours repairing and prepping the molar for a crown to be finished in 3 wks. Dr. Y has a great, gentle touch and they are very considerate of patient comfort and pain. I was treated well professionally and personally. I have recommended Dr. Y to my family and friends. Update to review: In late 2024 we lost Dr. Yamadin when she moved out of state. However I have a new Dentist, Dr. Joy, that prepared another molar for a crown. The numbing shots were painless as was the drilling. Update #2: Dr. Joy recently left the Lombardi Dental practice however I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Constantine for a crown to repair another broken molar. Dr. Constantine has a welcoming, pleasant, caring rapport, asked me what concerns or questions I had before he started which was very reassuring. The numbing shot was almost painless because his technique is slow and precise. The numbing wore off within 2-3 hours, although normally it's takes 6-8 hrs., yet I didn't feel a thing during the entire procedure even though he had to drill deep because the decay was down to the root. Due to the extent of the decay a special bonding agent had to be applied before the temporary crown was glued in. I didn't even need to take a pain reliever. I would highly recommend Dr. Constantine to you and wish I had such a gentle and skilled dentist when I was young. 4/24/26 The Hygienist, Shelby, gets 5 stars for her gentle touch, experience, knowledge and welcoming vibe. I appreciate her advice and Dr. Constantine's gentle touch with the drill to fix a rough spot.

From there Dr Brady was exceptional in removing 2 of my wisdom teeth. He explained everything thoroughly and the procedure was as explained. Experiencia fantástica: I went in for my 6 month cleaning and ended up needing a filling. They were able to accommodate me the same day and I was out in less than two hours. Best of all, the drilling for filling was painless and numbing wore off shortly after I left. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I am beyond pleased!! Never in my entire life have I ever experienced a more positive, professional, kind, easy, compassionate experience. I have extreme anxiety and many dentist will not work on me. Dr. Lombardi assured me he would be quick and give me a precise injection that would numb the area deeper than most dentists use. He did just that! I had two crowns replaced and I was finished in little over an hour. He even gave me a little break because he thought I needed it..his assistant was amazing!! She was gentle and precise with her work as well. Even though my insurance will not cover porcelain crowns, I trusted Dr. Lombardi's skills and his experience more than worrying about the out of pocket expense! Thank You! Experiencia fantástica: I was tempted to leave off one star bc of the high cost. But hey! That's the hard facts. Now, what I am happiest about is that the whole plan made perfect sense to me, the necessary build-up and repairs to strengthen my own facial structure that I need to accommodate the new dentures. I believe the extractions are absolutely necessary rather than the patchwork to existing teeth that cannot be adequately repaired without more added expense. I believe the result will be much more satisfying with uniformity of color and proper dental structure. I'm looking forward to the end result.

Experiencia negativa: We have been using Dr.Lombardi since 1999. My last visit was the first time where it’s been a cleaning only. Did not get an exam by a dentist. And my insurance pays for cleanings every six months but this time I had to book out eight months.

I hate needles, and they made me very comfortable no pain and explained everything they have multiple services there so I don't have to go from dentist to dentist. I take my kids and myself there and over the last couple years there we’ve had plenty of general dentistry visits, orthodontist visits, oral surgeon etc.. I cannot thank them enough for getting me back into the dentist after 10 years myself and for making my kids transition from their pediatric dentist in Chicago so easy. The kids never fight me on going to their appointments. I’ve needed some major work and had terrible dental anxiety and so far everything has been so easy. I really like the convenience of them having all of the professionals there and not ever having to send me anywhere else. My husband has gone to other dentists in Morris and has been sent out due to them not being able to take care of the issues he was having and we’ve spent an arm and a leg but with Lombardi I feel like they are as cost effective as possible and there hasn’t been an issue they couldn’t tackle for me. Yesterday I was in a lot of pain i got a same day appointment with Dr. Brady I had an infected wisdom tooth and he squeezed me in to have them all taken out within a couple hours and today I feel great. There’s been quite a few good experiences and everyone is very friendly and professional. Thank you for all you do for me and my family!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible cocky dentist and the staff is worse. After having a root canal redone 3 times by Lombardi (it still hurts and I refuse to go back), he told me if I opened a textbook and looked up root canals that there would be a picture of my root canal in that book. He even has his old sign from the business sitting in front of his house My son went today for his wisdom teeth. They call him back (25 minutes after his appt time but if we were 14 minutes late we wouldn’t be seen, right?). I’m sitting in the waiting room for 10 minutes. No one said a word to me so I got up and left and ran to ups to drop off a package down the street. I get a call from the staff telling me he was just called back for paper work and the doctor needs to talk to me. Mind you my son is 21. The girl kept arguing with me that he was not taken back and was just signing papers. This is the woman that has black or dark hair and sits at the desk behind the door. I get back to the office the girl won’t even come talk to me. My son is gone and finally someone comes over to say he was taken back already, “you just can’t leave the premises.” Let me tell you one thing, communication is KEY! Honestly, how hard is it for you to call a patient and ask their ride to hold tight? It’s not. It’s just being LAZY. Mind you before I walked out of the building l, I looked behind amazons desk to see if my son was still standing there and he was not. I don’t appreciate being lied to by the horrible staff of this horrible place. Also, don’t get me started on how they gave my daughter Tylenol poisoning!! She was in so much pain they made her come back 2 days after surgery to tell her to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol together. She was already taking the medications every 3 hours but alternating. Since no one gave her written instructions and she is a teenager… she came home and started taking both medications every 3 hours because they told her to take them together! She was puking the next day from a Tylenol OVERDOSE! RIDICULOUS!

Experiencia positiva: Dr and Nurse were excellent and did a great job. Policy on paperwork for new patience being only on phone and not told about this even though was 3rd visit. Took way too long, had no access to internet, people who were upfront were not helpful at all. Delayed getting to see the doctor and being taken care of for quite a while. Extremely frustrating!
