She was incredibly thorough, informative, and explained every step of the process so I knew exactly what was happening. I also loved all the new technology the office has along with the explanation of it. Kelly made my appointment both effective and enjoyable. Highly recommend her as your hygienist.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had terrible experiences with dentists my entire life. I had finally found a dentist that I was able to trust after a year of being a patient and stayed with them for 9 years. Unfortunately, when I lost my insurance last month, I lost them as well. I went to Complete Comfort Dental on an emergency basis for a broken tooth. I was filled with anxiety. Not only did I know I wouldn't trust the dentist, I also knew that without insurance it was going to be expensive. I walked in filled with apprehension but was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. When I was called back, the hygienist was so calming and seemed to understand my fears beyond the physical pain. The dentist was so caring and explained everything in a way I could understand. Thankfully, they were also able to work with me financially. In one appointment, they gained my trust in the friendly, warm, comforting way they treated me and my issue. I have found a new dentist.

I’ve been here a few times and 2 were emergency the assistants are amazing and Dr. Eric is so calming and gentle compared to my last dentist. I have a long way to go to fix the issue I have but this team will Fix me. Thank you for everything you do.

If I would have had Laura and Dr.Salud work on my teeth previously, I would have had no fear of returning. So professional and thorough in each step of my appointment from making the appointment, to being informed on future treatment, offered a payment plan, and setting up my future appointment. Very kind staff.

As someone who has had a lifetime of dental issues and drs who have made me feel like a piece of trash it’s been hard to go and take care of my oral health. Until I met Dr. Salud and his team. They are kind and caring. They restored my confidence in dentists. I recently had dental implants done there and I can’t thank the whole team enough. Surgery is usually a scary thing, but I was never afraid with him and his team. Finding genuine good people is sometimes hard…look no further than complete comfort dental because they are the best! I almost forgot to mention that my implants were done THE SAME DAY!! I didn’t have to go one single day without teeth! My smile is amazing! My confidence is through the roof! I have spent years avoiding mirrors and speaking in person, thanks to Complete Comfort Dental my life has changed!

Experiencia fantástica: The whole office is filled with compassionate talented professionals. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and welcoming and Dr. Salud and his assistant Tiffany are so sweet and attentive. I have had so much trauma from dentists in the past and they took their time providing me with the best care they could to keep me calm and collected. They gave me many breaks to collect my composure throughout the procedure and when I felt pain they did their very best to numb the area as much as they possibly could. I still felt quite a bit of pain but, all things considered, I felt less pain than I ever have in my past experiences anywhere else. I feel confident that if I had gone anywhere else to have the work done that I needed it would have been a nightmare in comparison. I would highly recommend this location and DR. Salud. You all have an amazing team, excellent communication skills, incredible bedside manners. Thank you for all of your help and I look forward to having work done through you guys again in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Finding this office a couple years ago was a WIN, WIN. The entire facility is very well appointed. Front office staff are always cheerful and very efficient. Kelley, my hygienist, is the best, professional, friendly, and always makes the appointment feel comfortable and fun. All in all, Complete Comfort Dental continues to be the most relaxing visit to the Dentist I have ever had. Will be back in 6 months as scheduled. Complete Comfort Dental is exactly that, Complete Comfort!. I have already highly recommended this practice to family and friends. Well done!

Experiencia negativa: I was a patron of this business for many years. My family and I will never see Dr. Salud again. He has performed two root canal and crowns on me, and both have been done wrong. The last one I had gone back because I was in extreme pain and discomfort. He says that everything he did was correct but I had a bad infection and he referred me to endo. I went to an endo (not the one he referred, I’m not looking for more “help” like him). Turns out Dr. Salud missed a whole root! My other tooth with his crown also needs replaced because it is not covering a portion of my tooth. Endo asked who did the work and I told him…his response, “I’m not surprised, I’ve had to see many of his patients”. THIS IS A WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. You will spend thousands on services that will need to be redone by a professional. If you do go here make sure to check your bill against your insurance EOB. The also have a strong history of over billing. Don’t worry, I’m not stopping at this review. I will be reporting to ADA, BBB, CMS, and whomever else I come across. This type of business practice is not safe for anyone!

From the front desk, the hygienist to the dentist, everyone was friendly and helpful. We always recommend this office to our friends. ****Update**** My dad needed a new dentist. Recommended Dr. Salud. He came all the way from Chicago and will continue to come. He said everyone was friendly and very professional. *Update*** I had my recent cleaning and my hygienist was friendly and professional as always. When I arrived, no one was in the reception desk and there was a patient waiting that said she had been waiting. I believe I waited five minutes before someone stopped by. That is my only complaint today. This felt out of the norm, as there are always friendly faces greeting you when you arrive. I still recommend this office. *****update**** Returned for my yearly cleanup. My appointment was at 10 and I was out the door by 10:50. No waiting and staff was professional. Will continue to recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Complete Comfort Dental is a fitting name. I was very comfortable. The entire staff is amazing! They are all so very friendly and nice. I was nervous before arriving because I have not been to a Dentist in many years and knew I was probably needing to have a tooth removed that had been bothering me. Dr. Sharara was very thorough in explaining things and very understanding and genuine. I highly recommend this office. They got me in quickly and were able to take care of the problem I was having that same day and visit. They are also great with kids! I had my 8 year old with me and they made sure he was taken care of while I was having a procedure done. Bottom line is they are very friendly and caring and make you feel comfortable!

The staff was amazing and so kind my whole appointment. Highly recommend if you have any dental anxieties or fears.

Experiencia negativa: I was told I needed a deep cleaning. My previous dentist that I seen months ago, never said anything about that. I've talked to 2 other people that went there, they were both told they needed a deep cleaning also (and their previous dentist hadn't said that). I think they are aggressive with their preventative care. My previous dentist Mark Streitz (who is not with my new insurance) was much more conservative. Maybe Complete Comfort needs to bring in more money just starting out

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first time I've been to a new dentist office in 10 years (decided to go here from reviews) and I love this place! Kelly was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable immediately. She was personable and explained everything very thoroughly. I had to bring my two year and and he loved her, too! The dentist was very quick to answer any questions that I had, too! Definitely a new favorite dentist! I told my husband about them and now he wants to go!

She bought herself some new technology, glasses that allow her to look straight ahead, but focused down on her work. They are very expensive, but it’s gonna save her neck. Ergonomic innovation is awesome! I think the docs should door the bill for these glasses and buy a pair for the whole crew! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Had an excellent first appointment here today to get a second opinion. I'm so glad that I did. I have a lot of anxiety and nervousness surrounding the dentist going back to when I was young, but everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the technician and to the doctor were all so welcoming and completely put me at ease. I feel confident that I'm in good hands going into the procedures that I need done. They took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understood the treatment plan as well which I much appreciated. For once I left the dentist's office not terrified to come back! Can't thank them all enough for a great first experience! **UPDATE: Came back today for a root canal and temporary crown placement and I was extremely nervous. First off, they knew my name as I walked in which I've never experienced before and that was really nice. As for the much dreaded procedure, I can honestly say I did not feel a single bit of pain throughout and I was so surprised. Everything was explained in detail as we went along which I very much appreciate, technician and Dr checked on me multiple times throughout and it was over before I knew it. I cannot thank Dr. Sharara, his technician(I'm so sorry I couldnt remember his name!) and all the staff here enough. I had this built up so much in my head coming into this appointment and I can't believe how easy it all was. You guys have given me my confidence back when it comes to taking charge of my dental health and I look forward to coming back for future visits. I've also already recommended your office to several people and my husband will be switching to you guys as well!

Staff is Friendly but I had to go back 2 separate times to get a filling fixed. 1st time filling had to be removed and redone because of pain from not being done correctly plus I was stabbed in the roof of my mouth with the pick they use to check filling, 2nd time had to have filling ground down because it was too high and causing pain. Not happy with having to take time twice to return to dentist to have a filling fixed. I hope I don't have any more problems with this tooth. Not sure if I will be returning.

Dawn & Dr Salud made me feel so comfortable & I felt like they really listened and cared about my anxiety. Dawn made sure I was comfortable during the procedure & Dr Salud was gentle & quick. But since it wasn’t 48hours notice I got bill Never even been seen here I would have been new patient Not good for business if your billing a person that you haven’t even seen They can take me to court I have my paperwork from emergency with my child 48 hr is harsh

My experience was exceptional by comparison to my last dentist. The reception staff was great and my appointment was on time. My hygienist Patty did a great job I feel like my teeth are better than ever. The staff was jovial and happy the dentist was pleasant and confident. I did not feel like I was being pushed for unnecessary work. I can not say enough good things about this office. It is clear that the management is leading a great team.

My recent appointment was after the recent power outage from a storm and they prioritized answering my questions and ensuring that I understood what all was going on and what needed to happen. When it came to the need to make a decision about my issues, they were very upfront about the pricing ensuring me of no extra tacked on fees or hoops. They even were able to take care of me same day when I was initially expecting to only go in for a consultation! A solid 10/10, I will definitely be recommending them to people that need work done.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for tooth pain on June 13th because I was going on vacation and they did a cleaning and told me I had a cavity and needed a crown… did nothing for the pain and told me to eat on the other side! Needless to say the pain was so bad I ended up at immediate care for meds to take on vacation. Called to get in as soon as office was open on Monday the 24 th when returned from vacation and they still were going to have me wait until Wednesday to get in for this pain! Won’t be going back!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shahara was great. I had a bad experience with a root canal years ago and I'm terrified to get anything done, cleanings included. I went back in today bc of tooth pain. The absolute worst part of the procedure? Getting the numbing meds. I felt nothing. Not even a little. They worked with my dental PPO as well. If you have any fear of the dentist bc of a past experience, I would highly recommend CCD. They were great and reasonably priced.

This initial visit was very positive. I felt no pressure from the dentist or hygienist; both were genuine and made me feel comfortable. Experiencia fantástica: Best dental office by far. They are so patient, accommodating , and actively listen to all of your concerns. You can tell the staff is happy and that shows with how they treat their patients. Feels more like you’re visiting family, which helps with the stigma of seeing a dentist.

I had a great first experience here and all the staff was lovely! Definitely made my dental experience (which usually gives me major anxiety) seamless and straightforward.

He listens to your concerns and explains what procedure you need, until all of your questions are answered. I’ve never met a dentist like him. Give Complete Comfort Dental a try! The hygienists are caring & very knowledgeable. Dr. Salud has a great bedside manner & puts forth great effort to get me the results I want. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I felt that I had finally found a dentist's office that I could feel very comfortable going to. I have horribly sensitive teeth. Then I missed an appointment and consequently did not get my normal hygienist. Patty is great and understands my apprehension and level of discomfort. When rescheduling my appointment I did not take into consideration that I would have a different person cleaning my teeth, as after missing it, I quickly rescheduled. I was not happy with my latest appointment. I had to announce that I was done since the pain was more than I was used to. I'm sure that the person cleaning my teeth did a good job, but it was painful, (I suffer from periodontal disease), and have to get cleaning every three months. Her comments were less than friendly and I felt like I was being scolded after admitting to a few bad habits that I recently almost started. The normal receptionist was not there either, and I was asked to pay full price, (even though I bought an annual insurance policy from the office last summer). After bringing that to her attention she backed down. All that I can say is that I will go back, thanks to Patty who is my savior of my teeth. I will not let anyone else clean my teeth again. As far as the dentist himself, he is great, I really like him, and he doesn't seem to be pushy or condescending. Lastly I have searched for a good dentist for quite a few years before finding this office. Thank you!
