Experiencia fantástica: My babysitter had backed out so I had to bring my three year-old. The hygienist with Dr. Gallant has always been so nice that of course now that she is pregnant she couldn’t be around the x-rays and neither could he so she was super sweet and took him to get a toy with a token. Dr. Gallant has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate her very much. I also appreciate that they let My son lay on my lap and watch her work.

I consistently have outstanding experiences with my dental cleanings. She is incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire visit. Jenn takes the time to explain everything she does, offers helpful tips for improving my at-home care, and makes me feel completely at ease. Her professionalism and kindness truly stands out, and my teeth always feel so clean. I feel very relaxed during my teeth cleaning. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Experiencia fantástica: Just switched to Riverview from a practice I had been with for over 50 years. My first appointment with Dr Gallant was very pleasant and professional. She made me feel very at ease and explained my x rays and answered my questions. I really liked the fact there was no high pressure pitch to get existing fillings and crowns redone. The dental hygienist was very helpful and nice also. My first visit was definitely a 10 out of 10...very pleased that I picked Riverview, I would highly recommend this practice to friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this dental office! Everything about it! From the atmosphere as soon as you walk in you get a sense of comfort. The girl at the desk is ALWAYS so nice! Never have to sit forever and wait…you’re apt time is when you’re seen. (Of course they have busy days and you may have a 10min wait but it’s nothing at all like some places I’ve been where I’ve waited over an hour after my appointment time) The assistants are amazing! So nice and KNOWLEDGEABLE about everything they do! And the actual dentist herself, she is more than amazing! She’s so sweet! I’m a high stress, high anxiety person and she calmed me with ease without even trying! She’s so gentle and explained everything to me as she went. I’m being seen to get dentures. The process has been so smooth! They’ve made sure to take care of everything for me so I haven’t had to call all over or deal with insurance or anything. Which had my nerves were through the roof! They were so great! I’d give 100⭐️ if I could!!! I’ve told everyone I know and have all my co workers now waiting to be seen!

Experiencia fantástica: Lauren Gallant is the best dentist I have ever had! She really cares and and takes the time to ensure she gives the best care. She knows how scared I am of the novocaine shots and uses different techniques to make it nearly painless. I would recommend her to everyone scared to go to the dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Worst manager I have ever spoken to. She wouldn’t allow me to speak to explain that I had tried to call a number of times to ask questions, she spoke over me, she was rude, she said we were told that my husband was getting a specialty cleaning which we weren’t told, then they proceeded to charge us for the cleaning we didn’t know we had to pay for. Waited almost 2 years to tell us we owed money for it, and took us off their client list when my 4 year old had teeth pulled and needed spacers and caps put on her teeth because she had an emergency extraction Kass than a month ago. Since Sarah is now refusing to speak to us, and allowing my daughter to walk around with her mouth not completely done, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Sarah can’t talk to a customer the way she spoke to me, and they robbed us hundreds of dollars, as well as my daughters teeth will now suffer until we can find a new dentist: she refuses to give me the owners information. So if the owner sees this I’d like to be contacted about your managers bad service.

Experiencia negativa: Price Gouging. I used to pay 7$ for Fluoride Varnish every cleaning. 1 random visit they changed the price to 50$ and blamed inflation. Go online and look for the same brand fluoride varnish. Can get them at 3$ a pack if you buy a pack of 50. They don’t care about the health of their patients, they only care about exploiting your wallet.

Experiencia negativa: I was told over the phone that I could get an Invisalign retainer, They do not do Invisalign. I drove over an hour for my appointment, paid a babysitter… I also had arrange for my x-ray history to be sent over by my dentist… I basically waisted a whole day of my life that could have been spent doing something I enjoy because I wasn’t told accurate information.

Although Dr. Jeff is an amazing Dr and makes you feel comfortable im very disappointed with them calling to confirm my appointment on Thursday and calling back the next day telling me I have to reschedule cause the hygienist is out. This has been going on for the past year. I Don't know what going on with this place but I would not recommend.

We talked about bringing my toddler in for his first visit and I can already tell she is also amazing with the little ones. Even gave me a buzz lightyear toothbrush to bring him :) All of the staff is super nice! Never had any issues. Always accommodating. Def recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I called for an appointment because of pain and swelling in my gums. Was scheduled the next day because they had a cancellation. That was all great until I got there and asked to be billed for the visit. I was told that I would have to pay the 90+ dollars for the visit today and they would schedule any work that needed to be done. I found this to be very uncompassionate, since I was in so much pain. I walked out in tears and called another dentist and got an appointment for tomorrow who will make payment arrangements. I guess money is more important to Riverview Dental than their patients.
