Experiencia fantástica: I needed to have an old crown replaced with a new one. My Dentist, Dr. Derek Arnoczky, and his assistant, did an excellent job removing the old one, repairing some damage and installing a temporary crown until the permanent crown is completed. Great job, thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at AuraSmile Dental are extremely nice. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a friendly smile, to the hygienist to the doctor. I highly recommend them!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Derek and his team expertly and efficiently worked together to replace a filing and an old damaged crown. Both teeth are on the upper side of my mouth, which for me is usually problematic with numbing agents not working. I had no problem this time! No pain during the procedures. Dr. Derek and his assistant worked like a well oiled machine. They explained what they were going to do, did it quickly and gently and I was on my way. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff met me very early on a one day notice to fix my bridge not happy bridge broke but very pleased with the response from staff and dr called me that same night after hours

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Arnoczky was focused, efficient, and caring during my treatment. He also called me the next day to ensure I was healing properly and asked if I had any questions. Best dentist I’ve ever had, by far.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr was very personable and was very straightforward! I would definitely recommend ❣️ best experience in getting a tooth extracted! Thank you

Experiencia negativa: This dental office has lied to us multiple times about our insurance coverage. They lie about you being covered and then stick you with hundreds of dollars worth of bills. My active duty husband has been told to continue coming by multiple staff and they keep sticking him with bills and pretending they don’t know why. Do not go to this dentist they will scam you.

Experiencia fantástica: A fantastic dentist's office. They managed to turn a 3 hour appointment shaving down teeth and setting temporary crowns into a very relaxed session (i.e. Like getting a tattoo) And despite being only temporary prosthesis, the crowns look fantastic. They took time and care to ensure that they looked very good, even if they will only be used for 2 - 3 weeks.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't sing the praises enough for Dr. Derek Arnoczky and his staff at the Avon AuraSmile office! Their attitude, care quality and professionalism far exceeds the prior team! They go out of their way to provide comfort and superior service. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care. Professional. Fun atmosphere. Compassionate. All at the dentist office. Check them out.

Experiencia fantástica: I Drive 1 hr and 15 Min to See Dr.Arnocdky. Even if i lived out of state id still make the distance because ive never felt more comfortable and confindent with a Dentist . Also a Huge bonus that we are close in age so i will be taken care of as long as he's in practice

Experiencia fantástica: First time going to AuraSmile Dental. Both Buddy and I had appts. We were both happy with all personnel and quality of service. Looking forward to future appts! Thank you Aura Smile!

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to make an appointment as a new patient quickly. The office staff are so friendly and explained everything they would be doing step by step. Dr. Arnosky did the same. Everyone that I delt with was patient and kind. After the initial exam I was informed of things they were concerned with and set up the plan to help me. I'd recomment this dentist and this offer to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first visit at this dentist office. I thought they did a very thorough job on my exam and x-rays. I was impressed.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very well run dental office where everyone is professional and very personable. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: Hygienist was a 10 star. Very professional and polite. However, the rap like loud music does not belong in a truly professional dental office. Perhaps soft relaxing music will cater more to client's vs suiting employees music tastes?

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist is wonderful . Very personable

Experiencia fantástica: They are the nicest , caring and understanding dental office that I've ever had the pleasure of go to .

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Arnoczky and his staff are wonderful! I would highly recommend them!!

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist derrick arnoczky was so professional and very courtesy and helped get me the help I needed. He was also very kind. I would recommend him to my family and friends and anyone that needs help with their smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there is so nice and personable. They were so professional and take great care of me! Highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Derek was super cool n knowledgeable about my options. All the ladies in the office were super kind and made me feel very welcomed

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly. Thorough. Show and explain what is happening in the mouth, what they will watch, and what needs to be done soon and in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful service, very passionate caring and professional service. Your team is the best I’ve experienced “ever•.

Experiencia fantástica: Best tooth extraction I’ve ever had. The cleaning was very good as well. Thanks for the great service.

Experiencia fantástica: Lovely staff and very clean and attractive facility

Experiencia fantástica: They are the best in dentistry there is out there so kind, gentle and understanding best of the best all that work there. Thank you so much for everything that has been done for me. Jennifer

Experiencia fantástica: EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL, POLITE AND MADE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Experiencia fantástica: My first time to go here as a friend raved about how wonderful the staff was along with how they have the latest and greatest equipment and so knowledgeable! I absolutely agreed from the second I walked into their front door! Bethany was my hygienist and I was amazed and impressed by her in so many ways due to her knowledge and experience of how much she truly loves and cares for people in order to give them the best possible explanations for what and why she’s doing each step of what is needed in such a loving and caring way. Derek the Dr was also very kind and very helpful as he explained the process of a couple different ways of a decision that I could make and how it would affect and benefit me in the best way. Their new patient promotion was a very nice surprise for me as I didn’t know about it and that was a major bonus!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Arneki absolutely goes above and beyond to ensure patients’ health. 5 stars! He is meticulous and careful. My hygienist is wonderful too. I did not have good experiences with certificate holding employees helping with temp crowns. 1 star rating there. But Dr Arneki made it right and also fixed problems caused by the previous dentist and assistants, at his own expense. I am very grateful to him.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and quality care. Fit me in same day for severe tooth pain. Offered options for care on site same day. I feel great! Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind and caring. Do there best to make you comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Bethany and Derek are so amazing, especially with special needs autistic children. Bethany has always taken great care of us and never left us without a solution. 10/10 for this team.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Arnoczky is by far the best dentist I've ever seen! No words can describe how WONDERFUL my experience with AuraSmile was with Dr. Arnoczky and his staff! I had a horrific dental experience as a child, and it's stayed with me into adulthood, but for the first time, I'm no longer terrified to go to the dentist! Dr. Arnoczky was the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt, and it was the first time I had totally pain-free dentistry! He took a lot of time to make me comfortable with the nitrous oxide and didn't rush me to feel the full effects before he started, even though it took quite a bit of time for me. I am usually petrified about needles, but it was no sweat at all! Dr.Arnoczky and his staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. He took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing and listened to every concern and question I had. He is incredibly kind and caring; you can tell he truly cares about his patients. His assistant and front desk people are always warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I drive over a hour to see Dr. Arnoczky, I would drive 3 hours if I had to! There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend! When you find the best, you keep it! If you're looking for a new dentist, you can stop looking; you won't find a better dentist than Dr. Arnoczky and his staff at AuraSmile.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome staff and no surprises in billing! I feel like my dental care is in great hands with this team!

Experiencia fantástica: The best dentist and staff. I always enjoy my visits thanks to the wonderful staff and I have recommended my friends to Aurasmile. Nice peaceful atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and the follow up care is terrific, it's. like a friendship not just a visit. There the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was great! Dawn was awesome! She was very professional and amazing with the tools! The office is a tremendous & very atmosphere!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to AuraSmile and I was very impressed! There's such a welcoming atmosphere, and everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The diagnostic work was thorough and all options were presented in a very professional manner. I've already told several of my friends about the staff and how they make looking out for their patients a priority. So thankful I found them!

Experiencia fantástica: I had four crowns done at one time. They did all the work in 3 short visits. They did a fantastic job with a very professional staff. Thanks to all.

Experiencia fantástica: Aura Smile was very consistent with keeping me notified by texting and email alerts of my upcoming appointment. I was scheduled for a cleaning with the hygienist Bethany. I did not have to wait long before I was called back and Bethany was extremely thorough! She took her time insuring any of my questions were answered, as well as being very gentle with the procedure. When the dentist arrived, the same service was received, and the two of them communicated with me very well so that I understood what they were seeing on my x-rays. I would certainly recommend this dentist office and hygienist Bethany!

Experiencia fantástica: Great costumer service. Very friendly staff. The doctor actually remembers who you are.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff is always welcoming. The hygienist’s and doctors’ expertise and state of the art equipment make for the finest practice around.

Experiencia fantástica: Abby and Dr. Derek were very thorough about describing my dental issues. They answered all my questions. Very professional. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is very professional and extremely friendly.

Experiencia positiva: I was very pleased with my dentist, and his technician in completing my treatment plan in one visit, instead of stringing it out over several visits.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very kind and professional. Costs were very fair and much better than expected. The office was clean and comfortable

Experiencia negativa: Over the past 5 years I have had very good experiences with AuraSmile dentistry. However, at the most recent visit, I believe that I have been overcharged by $699. Based on their response to my protests, I believe that I will continue to be overcharged. As a result, I will be looking for a new dentist

Experiencia fantástica: They were wonderful. Taking me in and changing my tooth. And I didn’t even know they were in Avon and will go there all the time. Had all my charts changed to them.

Experiencia fantástica: Aura Smile fixed a dental emergency for me quickly on the afternoon I called, and made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Derek Arnoczky is a kind, caring and compassionate dentist! He got my father in quickly for a visit when he was having issues with some old periodontics from a different provider.

Experiencia negativa: They put you in a dentist chair and then you wait and wait and wait. I have waited 45 minutes in the past on the dentist to enter the room. When finished you go in a tiny cubby, more waiting, to have a not so friendly employee take your money. I have been told information regarding my care that ended up changing. Most of the staff is nice with the exception of a couple women. Even though I like my dentist, I can’t stand how the office is run so once I’m finished with what I’m having done I will never go back.

Experiencia negativa: One of the worst dental offices I have ever been to. Staff were very unfriendly and had an attitude the entire time. I had my cleaning scheduled for 6 months on one of the only days I have off work, I get there and they said they double booked me and were unable to see me that day even though I confirmed multiple times. So I rescheduled for a week later. At the second appointment, I also had to change my insurance because I got married and arrived early to do so, the receptionist acted like it was such a hassle and by the time it was updated they said they didn’t have time to do my simple cleaning. Did not make patient accommodations at all. Such a waste of my limited time!! I work in healthcare and I will never be going back what a joke.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Arnoczky and staff are the best! My smile has only gotten better with their help!

Experiencia negativa: 2024 update: Finally had the last straw and am no longer a patient. Was lied to all the way up to getting scans for an orthodontic refinement before being told that they switched companies and would no longer honor my refinement period and would have to pay even more money out of pocket. Only reason I stuck it out was because the doctor (who is now conveniently retired so they can blame stuff like this on him) said they’d get my refinement done since I’d already paid the $4,000 for it. Office staff blames the corporation and has an “it is what it is” attitude instead of making things right for patients. Advice to new patients: go to a dentist office that doesn’t hide behind “corporate.” Hard to rate the practice as the dental clinical staff are wonderful. The new front desk hired is also wonderful. But billing is terrible. I have been trying to get information for two months about my billing (which they clearly have wrong and even said they had it wrong from one system to another) but they are holding up my healthcare funds because they cannot be bothered to get back to anyone. You leave messages: they don't call back. You call to ask questions: you get an attitude. They say they will follow up: they do not. You keep calling: they keep stringing you along. Again, the care is wonderful, but check every statement, check your own insurance, and don't go by their word about your own account. Update a month later: The office manager doesn’t return calls. When you do talk to her, she makes promises she doesn’t keep. When you schedule an appointment to meet with her in person, she is conveniently in a meeting. They overcharged a medical expense card and are refusing to add the funds back to the card, thus locking up medical funding to pay for other medical expenses - and the office manager does not care at all. Advice to the owner: replace your office manager. Worst customer service at a dental office I’ve ever encountered.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was perfect. Everyone is professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and experienced in their work. Every visit I’ve had at AuraSmile has been excellent.
