Experiencia negativa: I was deeply disappointed with my visit. I called this dental practice in advance, verified that they take my insurance, and provided all my information. I also had a person referring me here ask. I also confirmed with my insurance. Upon my arrival, my insurance was once again collected because they had issues with verification. It was only verified after I filled out personal information. I then found out that they do not accept my insurance at all. I have widely used insurance carrier so I don’t understand how this was not known. After me expressing that out of network dentist is financially prohibitive, I was told that I can pay out of pocket, it will be just 90% or the bill. Why would I possibly want to agree to that? I drove an hour (just one way) to go to this practice. I had to cancel this appointment. It absolutely astonishes me that this dental practice would make a patient drive all the way there without insurance verification. I have never had such an awful experience elsewhere. Think hard before going here.

Procedure was virtually pain-free. I called it my spa day. Great place! Great staff! Great artistry. No reason to go anywhere else. Just wanted to thank the team again!

Experiencia negativa: Do not trust these people , I literally told them what I wanted done ...they tried to take upon themselves to restructure what I wanted done ... in doing so would have ate all my insurance coverage.. not completing what was needed , and pushing me 16k past the limit I set ... READ EVERYTHING, AND ASK 3 TIMES YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Experiencia fantástica: I found a needle in a haystack, I would never go anywhere else. From staff to physicians they are absolutely hands down the best, you won't find better quality and Care anywhere else, trust me.

Experiencia negativa: Basic service for cleaning and examination performed adequately BUT Cavet Emptor! I fault my dental insurance carrier to some degree for not fully identifying the status of the practice, i.e., not in the network. I was displeased to have received a bill for services regularly covered by plan fully. The dental office made no comment on my insurance when I registered and there is likely no legal requirement to disclose in all instances (Though if you have Liberty insurance, they will leave that network on Jan 1, 2026 AND that was displayed in their office). I find that ethically ambiguous. Who wants to pay extra for services that are already covered? Remember that no business is truly concerned with your welfare when it comes to money. Question everything before you decide to buy!

Experiencia fantástica: For years I struggled with bad teeth and couldn't smile. I lost who I was and didn't want dentures and was so tired of partials. They never fit right, hurt my mouth, so I would get them and never wear them. My friend Glenda introduced me to Dr Marshall on Abbe rd in Elyria. I had a consultation and wasn't sure if I could afford to get the permanent full mouth dental implants like I really wanted. I wanted them so bad and I figured it out. Shelly was a huge help. Janelle is the best. I love them all. My theory is, if theres a will, there's definitely a way! I went in in October 2023 for the surgery. It was painless. They put temporaries in until they make sure you absolutely love them. They make adjustments, little or big changes too. I was so picky how I wanted mine and sometimes his advice was better than mine. I made alot of changes, and mostly went back to what his suggestions were. But threw every step of the way he made sure I was happy and received the look I was achieving. Also the feel. Well, today I got my permanent ones. I cannot tell you enough how great they feel. I am so happy that I can smile again with confidence. They feel like glass. Its like having perfect real teeth back. This entire process has been so nice because Dr Jay and his team were so good to me. With patience like you have never seen. They made sure I was completely satisfied and did everything they could to help me along the way. Thank you so much for giving me back my smile. Hugs to you all!

Great staff that are very compassionate about their patients as well as their work! I have continued to insist that others look into this amazing place for any/all dental needs!

They are supposed to help with anxiety! But they wait until you are in the chair to tell you it will be over $100 out of pocket right then!!!! Do not go

Amy, my hygienist, and Dr. Minnillo were terrific and spent an hour with me to set up a plan for my aging teeth and gums. I'm glad I found the whole practice and you will be too. I met Dr. Marshall on an earlier emergency look-see, and liked him as well.

She’s very personable and down to earth. Incredibly gentle and does an amazing job with my cleanings. I also appreciate that she uses hand instruments to scale my teeth instead of utilizing the ultrasonic. Bri the assistant who helped with my radiographs today was very sweet and gentle. I’ve seen a different dentist each time I’ve been, but each provider has been very kind and I appreciate them getting me in and out of the office. The customer service in the clinical area is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Minnillo will always listen to your funny feelings. He will look for signs of infection and try to keep my mouth and chewing capability working well. This time an infection is not evident, but I can call back when pain or swelling occur. I have teeth coming for my implants and a cleaning next month. I had a tooth that let go from the bone. I have scleroderma and teeth falling out is a problem. Dr. Minnillo pulled the tooth in May before it infected. He placed part of the dental implant that day and has checked the healing process and tried a post on the screw today. It fit my bite. The tech took bite pictures. Next month should be a new tooth!

The office and Paul were able to get me in the next morning and by 11:00 am my crown was once again seated and I was able to have coffee and eat as though it never occurred! It started with Shelly contacting me after I completed the form on their website. She was so supportive and knowledgeable through the entire process of getting everything lined up and as well as the day of my surgery, and checking on me the next day. Throughout the surgery, Dr. Jay and his nurse Keisa were amazing. Always letting me know what the next step was and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Little to know pain. And Janelle did an amazing job on my temporary set. They look and fit perfect. I honestly cannot say enough about everyone there. Experiencia fantástica: Dr "Jay" Marshall is amazing. I have been having a lot of dental issues over the past year. I was in pain daily. 5 days ago I had my teeth pulled and implants put in. During the procedure Dr. Jay made sure I was in no pain and comfortable. I have minimal swelling and pain. Nothing Tylenol can't handle. I will tell everyone I know if they are having dental issues to go see Dr. Marshall. Thank you Dr. Jay for giving me a reason to smile again.

Always professional. When I have to get dental work done, I always feel in good hands. The staff is always warming an professional. I've had implants done well by him. I've had cleanings which were done extremely well by 2 of the female staff members. I've had many fillings and extractions an crowns all with good outcome buy him an his assistant which in herself is excellent in her work. All of them together make up a good team. What I love about his practice is the fact that I'm not bounced around to different Dentist. One to another like your a yo yo. Getting a hodgepodge of Dentistry work in your mouth patched together like a quilt. What you see is what you get with his practice. He practices painless Dentistry. Which I personally appreciate. Thanks to his excellent Dentistry an care over the years. I'm able to chew comfortably. I'm not afraid or Embarrassed to smile an show it off !!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Minnillo made an appliance for me to treat sleep apnea and it has been fantastic to use. Prior to that I used a machine with hose and a mask to sleep at night. That was such a pain to use and I would constantly wake up because of air leaks and repositioning the mask and hose. Not to mention the constant cleaning, ordering supplies and filling the water chamber. Now, I am sleeping more sound without interruption and don’t have any of the maintenance and expense of equipment. I highly recommend Dr Minnillo and the sleep apnea appliance if you have sleep apnea and want a good nights sleep.

Objective information was provided to support why the work is necessary, a recommendation provided by Dentist the order in which treatment should he received and affordable cost .The dentist takes the time to get to know you as a person he asked about my family my kids who are now young adults.Dr. Minnillo just very down-to-earth very cool the office is clean I highly recommend Dr.Paul Minnillo.
