Experiencia fantástica: So amazing! They not only fit me in as a new patient but also did an extraction same day. Super happy with my visit. The room was clean, the nurse awesome and the doctor so nice to check on during the entire process. Will definitely be going back.

Experiencia negativa: 2 years ago, I wrote this about Camelot, "Extremely professional staff, very engaging with patients, fun ambiance and extremely fast service!" Unfortunately I have to update my review. Over the course of the last two scheduled visits and a follow-up in the last year, we have seen the quality of service and care plummet. The front staff is great, though it is clear that there is an office manager issue. They used to give away gifts, offer working arcade games, movies on a working TV, live fish, nice chairs in the lobby....now, only the fish are still doing well! The seating area is full of broken seats, broken TV, no movies, broken games, disorganized decor. Those things suck, but they do not necessarily mean the care has slipped, right? Well, then you step to the back and that's where the real issues begin. Please ensure you monitor your loved ones, there is an unusual and unhealthy attempt to separate parents from children. I personally request to witness the level of care and administration of meds during care. I will stop here to avoid being specific, just trust me, this place used to be super. Now? Not so much.

It was the most efficient service I’ve ever had in my life. They were very careful, caring, loving, organized, respectful, and supportive group of dentistry professionals I’ve ever met. They were very supportive and informative about every step of the way. They really make going to the dentist easy and definitely looking forward to next visit. Many cuddos to you all for a wonderful experience last month and today. We also pray you all enjoy the tasty watermelon . It’s a blessing to have you all here in Ennis ! Experiencia negativa: The posted open times online and on the front door say 11am until 7pm Tuesdays through Thursday. I showed up 30 minutes before closing to ask for care instructions from an extraction because my paper was accidentally throw. Away. The door is locked and my phone all was unanswered. I’m not sure what type of office closes before the posted business hours and without posting a closed early notice for anywho who may be stopping by. I’m leaving out of town before they open tomorrow so I guess I’ll just have to look for resources online.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment for an extraction but when I got to the appointment they only did the X-rays and told me I’d have to come back for the extraction because they didn’t have time to do it that day. Why did they make an appointment to do something they didn’t have time to do? I did not surprised them with the request or ask them to fit me in sooner than they had available.

Experiencia negativa: I thought it was a good business at first, but the office staff is horribly unorganized. You get whatever random dentist happens to be in on the day of your appointment, that way you never get consistent care or instructions. Annnd the office changes their hours and lets you know you’re not important to them at all by cancelling your appointment and limiting availability… Also the only business without a calendar who can’t notify and adjust “summer” hours which is ridiculous anyways…. The dentists (whichever you draw from the lotto) are usually very nice, but you’ll never hear the same diagnosis or instructions twice… they all contradict each other and no one bothers to read a chart at all. But it doesn’t matter because the one bad point about the dentists in this office is they don’t write their SOAP notes themselves so nothing is documented with what the say anyways. So, TLDR, bad office staff, horribly managed business, with a lotto system of treatments and documentation … go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Not at all recommendable, bad, bad. I had a crown job done on my front tooth 7 years ago. It fell out with all the tooth. The doctor who did it gave me a guarantee, but the doctor who did it is no longer there. So they say that guarantee no longer exists. I would think that it should be valid. It still has the same name. If I want to fix my tooth, do I have to pay for everything again The employees in front desk are not friendly at all. That's why I made my visits to another dentist. Where I got my implant after Camelot denied my warranty. They said my teeth are healthy and there is no reason not to have a warranty.

I have been coming here for years and I am beyond grateful that my kids have an amazing place like this to call their dentist. I love how the front desk ladies greet you when you come in, very welcoming! The office staff is always on top of their game making sure the kids and I are scheduled and good before we leave. The dentist assistants are just amazing all around making sure my kids are okay through out the whole visit. Thank you Camelot Dental for providing such a great place where my kids aren’t scared of the dentist and having such an awesome hands on staff that makes our visit each time incredible.

However, the office management has been neglectful and sloppy. The office has never been proactive to inform us on the status of appointments and procedures. Very frustrating. Dr. Schultz has improved my smile each time. I have always been shy to smile because of extreme white spots I have had on my teeth since I was a child and got more self conscious as I got older. Experiencia negativa: My mother went in for a broken tooth that was causing her pain but Dr. Fisher decided to fix another tooth because it had a cavity and not the tooth that is causing pain. She paid more than $600 with the understanding that Dr. Clayton Fisher was going to fix this tooth. Dr. Fisher and the assistant that was translating because my mom doesn’t speak English did not tell my mom that they weren’t going to fix the tooth that she needed to get fixed. Because it was “more urgent” to fix this other tooth that had a cavity and not the one that she went in for them to fix. I understand that cavities need to be fixed but she was NOT made aware that they were going to do this. She went in for them to fix the tooth that is causing her pain and they lied to her and she’ll have to continue to be in pain because Dr. Clayton Fisher decided to ignore my mom’s pain and do what he wanted. Of course my mom was angry and they basically told her she’d just have to make another appointment and pay again for them to fix the tooth that they should have fixed in the first place.

Experiencia negativa: I called in asking for an appointment with their orthodontist to get replacement retainers since my orthodontist is 3 hours away. I was seen by their general doctor and had x-rays and an exam done despite being there for something entirely different. I was told I had a cavity that needed to be filled before I could get my retainers. I had gone to my real dentist no more than 1 month prior and had no cavities so it felt odd. The whole "exam" felt rushed and nothing was explained. I did not feel like they cared much about my concerns about needing new retainers and not being able to go without retainers due to my extreme nighttime grinding. The retainer prices were also double the price. My previous ortho told my husband I should leave and they would do the retainers free of charge so I wouldn't be scammed out of hundreds of dollars. I also went to my real dentist this morning to get a second opinion on the "cavity" I had. It was confirmed that I did not have a cavity and it was just some staining and a deep root structure. Unlike Camelot, my dentist took the time to explain the situation and showed me with a mirror what Camelot had seen and why they were incorrect in their diagnosis. In hindsight, I should have left the Camelot visit earlier than I had. It was an uncomfortable situation and left me feeling confused about my care. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this place of business.

Experiencia fantástica: So far I give this place a thumbs up . The decor is awesome throughout the whole office and the kids had a blast! In the lobby they have a bunch of games for the kids to play and also a little mini theater! Now to me, the lobby can be pretty and all but how is the work from the staff? They were great so far! Very very friendly & informative. The doctor was nice and straight to the point. This is my 1st visit here so, so far so good. Definitely would recommend.
