Matt knows how to do things to minimize my sensitivity so he can give me a thorough cleaning. In addition, my anxiety was greatly relieved. Matt is the BEST Hygienist I've ever had and he deserves 5 stars and more!!!! Thank you Matt.

They gave me multiple different options on what I want to do next as well helping me financially.

It’s the second time Amanda has cleaned my teeth. She is so patient about listening to my dental issues and has an experienced and confident but gentle touch. I really appreciate that.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve lived in Cypress for 10 years and have never found a dentist I truly liked—until now! In that time, I’ve tried about seven different offices, but I’m so glad I didn’t give up and decided to try one more. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel comfortable and cared for. The office staff is fantastic, so friendly, organized, and helpful with scheduling and getting my kids and me set up. The dentist, hygienist, and dental assistants are all wonderful. They are professional, gentle, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I’m so relieved to have finally found a dental office in Cypress that feels like home!

Experiencia negativa: The main dentist (not sure of name) worked on me. I asked for an extraction. He said he wanted to see if a root canal made more sense. Price difference of 750 vs. 3500…. (1200 for root canal and 2300 for crown) I told him NO, I want an extraction. He said he wanted to look at it and do some investigating. I said OK. After 20 min, he says “ok you’re done!” I say “what do you mean” He says “the root canal is finished” I am quite annoyed at this, he apologized for “not understanding” I paid him 1200$ for the root canal he did AGAINST MY CONSENT. I never went back for the crown, as you can understand. A few months later, I had to have the tooth extracted. I went to a different dentist. After X-Ray, he showed me that a root canal had never been done, and the work that had been done, had killed my tooth. After a 400$ extraction, my tooth is gone and I feel great. I have a letter from that dentist who helped me, and I WILL, be speaking to this office about making this right. DO NOT go here, unless you want to be fleeced out of money, and walk away worse for wear.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to DR. Sundrani for about 15yrs and never have felt so uncomfortable at a dental visit. I was immediately charged a bill without being seen. Service was pushed on me like I was at a used car dealer. And, when I wasn’t willing to get the advised service I was denied any service. The front staff, acted like I was bothersome as well. Therefore I will not be returning.

Everyone at the office was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, from the front desk to my hygienist (I think her name was Amy? not sure, but loved her!) to the dentist himself. Nice, clean office, state of the art technology, compassionate care... Highly recommend.

However, in recent years, we have consistently faced problems with the front desk, including wrong billing and issues with scheduling. We truly didn't want to change our dentist because of our satisfaction with Dr. Sundrani, but we've had enough. The ongoing paperwork and frustration are becoming too much for us to handle.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE! Since Dr Sundrani sold his practice, this clinic is being run by folks with questionable ethics. I was told I needed crowns for my two front teeth only for the insurance company to say the crowns were medically unnecessary- I was working with Cypress Dental excellence to get this resubmitted to the insurance company when I found out they had already sent my account to collections! I have been with Dr Sundrani for almost 10 years and to be treated this way over an insurance dispute over a procedure they recommended is a complete betrayal of trust. I will never go back to this clinic while it is being run by such unscrupulous individuals.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment with Cypress Dental Excellence last December 19, 2023, for a regular dental cleaning, but I was informed that day that they were busy and could not accommodate me, so I asked for another schedule, but the only available is January 2024. They should have informed me ahead of time and provided another schedule so that I would be able to use my dental insurance benefit for the year 2023. In spite of what happened, I went to the clinic last January 18, 2024, for a regular dental cleaning as preventive care; instead, they did the periodontal maintenance, but I wasn't informed, and the cost wasn't mentioned. Then I was charged for a service that I never requested. Before providing treatment for patient, they should make sure that the patient is aware of what to expect before, during, and after, but it didn't happen to me. I hope they resolve these issues.

As someone who experiences dental anxiety, this office was able to handle things in a manner that put me at ease. Experiencia negativa: I have been going to this dentist since he first started in Cypress. It used to be a personable and well managed dental office. It was organized and the staff made you feel welcome. Over the last few years there have been many changes at this facility. Unfortunatley, organization and timeliness of appointments has plummeted as the facility expanded and added new dentists. They don't follow through with quotes on procedures. They now constantly push to have work done that may or may not truly need to be taken care of. You wait between 30 -45 minutes upon arriving early to your given appointment time before you are even seen. I'm sadly disappointed in what has become of Dr. Sundrani's practice, and will not be returning or recommening this practice to anyone.

Everything that used to be basic is now an extra charge. They tell you one charge upfront and charge you more when you are about to pay. Again nothing but money business and I’ve referred to few of my friends to this facility based on my previous experience but they too shared the same with me that they are charging a lot and charging for basic things

Experiencia negativa: It was my worst experience at a dentist’s office. My appointment was at 2pm and I was seen by a doctor at 4pm! Nobody explained anything about the delay. They staff only kept saying “the doctor will be here any minute now”. Will never come to this place again.

Experiencia negativa: We started going here when we relocated from Indiana to Texas. It has not been the same from the time we originally started. Staffing has changed. Love Dr. Sundrani, but at no fault to him my mom who is almost 70 went in for an appointment- that they asked her to come in early too. She left in tears, she waited for hours and they didn’t even clean her teeth. They said she needed a deep cleaning when she’d just been there earlier that year. They wanted her to pay over $1,000, in addition for this deep cleaning. We went somewhere else and she did not need a deep cleaning. Very disappointing experience.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been going here my whole life and I never had any issues until now. I was seen September 29 for a 3pm appointment. I didn’t even get seen until almost 4pm. Got my teeth cleaned and I was still waiting to see a dentist by 5pm. I finally had enough and didn’t even see the dentist since I had already been there TWO WHOLE HOURS. Not to mention the billing process is a nightmare. They still haven’t /verified billed my insurance, (which I have given the info 3 separate times), it’s almost a month later and I am STILL waiting for my $49 refund for the teeth cleaning. Will NEVER be back here again. Told all my family and friends too. Incredibly disappointing
